Why is most of the URL address, except for the domain name, in gray font? It's difficult to read. I would like to make the entire address font in black

Before I upgraded to Firefox 6.0, the URL address was displayed in black text.
After upgrading, it is now displaying only the core domain name (e.g, mozilla.com) in black text, while any extra text (like, https://support. ) is grayed out.
It is very difficult to read this gray text on my monitor. I'd like to make it so that the entire address is displayed in black text, but I couldn't seem to find any kind of configuration setting under Options to change this.
Please let me know if I can modify the URL display to be all black again.

That is a new feature in Firefox to highlight the domain in the URL bar. You can change a preference to make the entire URL dark.
Change a preference:

I am not sure whether or not you need to re-start Firefox after doing the above for the change to take effect. Test and if it does not work, then re-start Firefox and test again.

Custom Control we cannot see directly on the screen output. If one of the Grid you want to make invisible
then you can follw some thing similar approach ..
in PBO you will intialize the controls. while initalizing it you pass the wrong Custom control name then it will not display the ALV GRID.
Custom control name is name of the Custom control of screen what ever you want to show.

How do I make the text and overall browser Font's bigger? I'd like to make the actual letters bigger on the websites I am viewing as well as the option menus at top of browser.

Right now when I am using FireFox the FONT and overall text on the web pages are very small. This includes the option menus in top left of browser,the web address bar, and even this here request. Every website I view also shows up with very small font and is hard to see. I would like to make the font larger and cannot figure out how. Please help, Thank you for your time!

Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"

Hello, thanks in advance for your help. I recorded a panel presentation on an ipod and would like to edit the audio recording to just one portion of the recording. I was able to import the audio into my itunes 11.1.3 music library but I have not been able to edit the length of the recording. I followed an online tutorial and was able to edit when the recording starts and stops on the recording but I haven't been able to edit out the parts of the recording that I dont want. Also when I try to export it to my Desktop or to Garageband (not sure if that helps or not) I am not able to export it. It is currently a .WAV file. I would like to edit the length of the recording and then export the file onto my desktop. I would like to email the presentations to my colleagues online so I could also use advice on how to make it a smaller file since it is current 945.6 MB.

iTunes isn't an editor. You need an app that's intended for editing audio files, like Adobe Audition (http://www.adobe.com/products/audition.html) or Audacity (free in the App Store).

Blocking all MAC addresses except for the ones you allow

I have a Cisco Aironet 1200 Access Point. I want to block all MAC addresses from accessing the access point, except for the ones I've allowed. First I went to the Address Filters page and clicked on Allowed, then listed all the MAC address I want to be able to access the access point. Then I went to the Ethernet Advanced page, and set the Default Multicast Address Filter to Disallowed, and the Default Unicast Address Filter to Disallowed. Then I went to the AP Radio: Internal Advanced page, clicked on the Advanced Primary SSID Setup link, and set the Default Unicast Address Filter to Disallowed. Accept Authentication Type is set to Open with Shared and Network-EAP cleared, and the Require EAP check boxes are all cleared.
When using a computer whose MAC address is not listed on the Address Filters page, I am still able to connect to the network through the access point. I am also able to connect to the access point from any pc on my network by entering its IP address in Internet Explorer.
What do I need to do to block any pc without a listed MAC address from connecting to the access point?

Follow these steps to create a MAC address filter:
Step 1 Follow the link path to the Address Filters page.
Step 2 Type a destination MAC address in the New MAC Address Filter: Dest
MAC Address field. You can type the address with colons separating the character pairs
(00:40:96:12:34:56, for example) or without any intervening characters (004096123456, for example).
Note If you plan to disallow traffic to all MAC addresses except
those you specify as allowed, put your own MAC address in the list of allowed MAC
addresses. If you plan to disallow multicast traffic, add the broadcast MAC address
(ffffffffffff) to the list of allowed addresses.
Step 3 Click Allowed to pass traffic to the MAC address or click Disallowed
to discard traffic to the MAC address.
Step 4 Click Add. The MAC address appears in the Existing MAC Address
Filters list. To remove the MAC address from the list, select it and click Remove.
Step 5 Click OK. You return automatically to the Setup page.
Step 6 Click Advanced in the AP Radio row of the Network Ports section at
the bottom of the Setup page for the radio you want to configure. The AP Radio Advanced page appears.

Love the Vado HD,,, except for 2 things

'Love the Vado HD,,, except for 2 thingsS I recently purchased my first Vado HD a few weeks ago and love it so much I eBayed my MinoHD and Kodak Zi6,, the Vado HD is way way better in almost all respects,, just ordered a second Vado HD.
Anyhow my two issues with the Vado HD.
: The little tab on the bottom of the Vado HD that ya grab onto to pull out the USB,, is that liitle tab just a really bad design flaw or is there a reason its on the bottom of the Vado ?,,, the tab prevents the Vado from being able to placed it on a flat surface and it can be a pain when your screwing the Vado onto a tri-pod.
I dont understand why the tab and USB was not placed on the side of the Vado HD instead of the bottom,,,, is this just a bad design choice on the part of Creative or is there a good reason it was placed on the bottom of the Vado HD ?
2: The audio level on the Vado HD leave's a bit to be desired, is there any future software updates that would address the low audio level (recording and playback) of the Vado HD ?

I had tried to email Vado CS but the way the menu is set up on the Vado site does not allow one to send a message that is not?one of "required to choose" feilds, kind of a pain not to be able to email Vado CS if the question or probelm one has is not already listed.
Two more questions if I may.
Does Vado have any plans to move the USB to another part of the camera or at least get rid of the little tab that prevents the camera from sitting on a flat surface ?
Any plans in the works for a second generation Vado HD,, and if so,, any details you can provide,,,, I promis not to tell anyone.

Yes - well you have to make the file in a word processing Application.
You could use TextEdit (it's free) Pages (words only), or Numbers (data base) (they are part of iWorks - and may or may not be free (included) on your machine. You could use MS Office (it is not free) You could use any Open source word processor that plays well with Office (NeoOffice, StarOffice) they are free.
That's how you create content and copy/paste URLS. Then you save the file to the desktop. If you are going to make more than one file... you make a folder on the desktop and save, or drag the file(s) into it.
You attach it to your e-mail client which will compress it and e-mail it. An excellent reference is to use Help, from the menu bar, also from inside any application. From your library or book store the OS X for Dummies has a lot of useful information (you don't read it cover to cover but look up chapters about what you'd like to do)
You can also make appointments at your local Apple store for individualized help (if a store is nearby)

Try the Firefox SafeMode.

If it is good in the Firefox SafeMode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one.

When I open a saved document in pages, then close it right away without making any changes, why does it ask if I would like to save the page or all new info will be lost?

I have a few saved documents and when I open them to view them quick, sometimes when I close it, I will get asked if I would like to save the document or all my new info will be lost. I didnt change anything so Im not sure why it asks me that. When I open the document again, all the info is there and nothing is different. Thanks

Unless they were Word documents, Pages has done nothing really, but it is updating date information in the file.
It is annoying but just ignore it and don't save.
