Why my occi example always crash?

Question

I have install oracle 10g on xp. And I make a project with the sample code occilbar.cpp. Link the libs:oraocci10.lib,ociw32.lib,oci.lib. It is linked correctly, but when I run the application, it crashed here:
env = Environment::createEnvironment (Environment::DEFAULT);
conn = env->createConnection (user, passwd, db);
when it createConnection.
The main is below:

The default Oracle Shipped OCCI dll's are built using VS .NET 2003 (VC7.1)
If you need OCCI dlls built with VS 2005, check the following URL
