Why my vi repeat its data of previous run and canot refresh itself?

hi,
i have a vi to normalize the raw data to a sine wave, but the vi repeat the previous calculated data, i wonder wether its cause my indicator is not a locale varient but a global one.....or other cause?
the below is my vi. can you do me a favor to check how can i improve this vi to refresh it self and release the memory after every calculation.

in fact using the same subvi twice but with a different name is because i thought with different name will have different memory management, so the Data repeat will be avoid. so it's a weird thinking
to the formula of normalize a sine, i emplyed a very simple way, firstly, i get the raw data with noise (hi-frequency) via a A2D card.
then i use a low pass filter to make the raw data smooth, in fact the raw data should be a sine wave though they are always not due to all kinds of extrinsic cause. so we need to normalized the unsine signal for the next step to get the phase information through two different sine wave(we call differential phase) acquiring from two different analog channel of A2D.
to normaliz the sine, i just find the max and min points and divide the original array to several zones according to the position of max and min indexs.
then use the x-min/max-min(x is the value of every point in some zone)to normalize the sine wave to vary between 1 and 0. the lase step is to make the two sine normalized wave to have the same length.that's all
if you have a better way, or any unclear . pls tell me...

The easiest way to fix the hosts file is to restore it from a backup that predates the modification, or to copy the unmodified file from another Mac. If you can't do that, then do as below.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
open -e /etc/hosts
Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
Paste into a Terminal window by pressing command-V. A TextEdit window should open. At the top of the window, you should see this:

# when the system is booting. Do not change this entry.
127.0.0.1                              localhost
255.255.255.255          broadcasthost
::1                                        localhost
Below that, you may see some other lines. The first 9 lines should be exactly as above, apart from differences in the blank space within lines. Otherwise you can't use this procedure—STOP and ask for guidance.
If the contents of the TextEdit window are as described, close it, then enter the following command in the Terminal window in the same way as before (by copy and paste):
sudo sed -i~ '10,$d' /etc/hosts

That will fix the hosts file. There is now a copy of the old hosts file with the name "hosts~" in the same folder as "hosts". You can delete the copy if you wish. Don't delete the file named "hosts".

My Tomcat server always shows data from previous run !!

I have html form whose method is post and submit data to jsp .The JSP then process the input data , produce some images and place them in appropriate directory and uses <img src=.. > to show them in the browser. But I am always getting the images from previous run . If I refresh , then I get the right images. Its so annoying. Since I am the developer, I know that I am not getting the right image. But other users might think that my program has bugs.Well it might be a bug . Is there anything I can do in my application to prevent this? Pls help/suggest me. I am new to web Application.

I'm not saying to change the image file name... all I'm saying is write the image tag's source URL with a unique query string parameter (such as the current time).
If the image files are different names each time, there's not going to be any caching, so it shouldn't be a problem. If the image files are the same name each time (the image generator overwrites whatever is there already) then this is where the caching becomes a problem for the browser. So you don't need to do anything except what I already said, add ?x=timestamp to the image file name in the image source attribute. This doesn't change the image file name, it will still get the same image. It'll only prevent the browser from going to a cached image when the next time it loads, cuz the URL will be different.
As for Scottie's comments... the reason is so that the browser doesn't have to load the image from the server every time. It's generally expected that most content on the web is not changing, unless the server includes headers with the file that specify when the file expires. For most servers, you have to set up special general rules about setting expiration times (x hours/days/etc.) for it to use based on file type. With JSP, you can manipulate the headers in the JSP page, but this just applies to the page, not the images or other content in the page, which are separate browser requests.

"write plot to jpeg" always stores data of previous run

Please have a look at the vi attached below: Although I'm using a sequence, the output-jpeg file always contains the date (jpeg) from the PREVIOUS run of the program.
What am I getting wrong here?

It works just fine here (LabVIEW 7.0).
The jpeg always contains the data of the newest run and the file date is also correct.
(Your VI is actually broken, so I added a few points manually).
Please provide more details, e.g. are you calling this as a subVI? I doubt it would help, but you could also try to set the picture for synchronous display (right-click..advanced..synchronous display).

I am having problems with my apple id password, mainly in relation to iCloud which has been refusing to accept it. I then find myself being forced to change it. Sometimes I have also received this error message in relation to the iCloud password entry "There is no application set to open the URL mme.setupservice.SetupServiceJS.LearnMoreURL." I have had my apple id refused and had to change it 5 times in the last 24 hours. Any idea why this is happening? Quite frankly, I would happily manage without iCloud!

This seems to have fixed itself now. I have no idea how or why it started or got sorted! Part of the problem could have been my inability in the past to remember my apple id password and then having to change it so often as a result that the confusion simply escalated! I have now managed to set up a password that is both secure and easy to remember. I hope that keeps things ticking over! Even now however, the apple id and password is still the only one of the hundreds that I use that ever caused me repeated problems. Until recently my Password Manager couldn't handle the apple id. Fortunately that has been sorted out now. Good luck with your problem.

Why did Migration Asst. not delete the previous admin and info?

So I used Migration Assistant to transfer all of my info over to my Macbook Pro. I thought the old Admin would be deleted and I would be the only one, but the old Admin is still the main Admin on there. Also I noticed the addressbook has his info (address,email,etc.). Is there a way to delete the Main Admin? Or do I have to do a clean install of Snow Leopard again and transfer my info from my other Macbook to this after I do that? Any help would be appreciated.

HT4623 I bought an ipad from a friend and I was trying to put in apps and they won't go in because it says I need higher than the 5.1.1. I check for updates and it tells me it is up to date on both itunes and the ipad itself. I have latest itunes.

I have been trying to put in new apps but it says I need a newer ios version. It currently has 5.1.1. I have tried resetting it back to factory. I have tried updating it through itunes and the ipad and they both say it is up to date.

Why will my ipod play a song or two and then reset itself?

Earlier, I had an issue with synchronizing my iPod to iTunes - it kept freezing up. I reset and restored the iPod, then I re-installed iTunes and I finally was able to transfer music. Now, the iPod will play a song or two, then the music stops and the black "apple" logo shows up on the screen and resets itself. What's going on here? It is the 8gb iPod Nano Black.

Hello Experts,
I am facing an issue while designing a query.
Requirement is like this.
Report will be run on monthly basis.so on execution of report, it should prompt for month/year.
now on report there are two columns for which I have to get data on date basis(last date of previous month and Last date of current month).
Can anyone tell me is there any standard variable for this? what is it?
or how to achieve this?

Why is the Analog Input data incorrect when VI is restarted?

In the attached Read Temp.vi I get correct data the first time it is run. Once stopped and then restarted the data values are incorrect. If I remove TS-1 from the I/O channel list then correct data is reported even when rerun. Why do I get incorrect data when I rerun and have TS-1 in the I/O channel list?

Which version of NI-DAQ are you using. try to upgrade it to version 6.9.2 available free from National Instruments website and see if it helps. It should.

Boinc is already running in the background as a service. There is no need to run "boinc" on the command line. The error you see is because it is trying to start Boinc again from the command line, but the service is already running and has claimed the port 31416.

No, I can't be more specific than I've already been above. I've described all that I see that happens.
Other than that, the wiki tells you where to look at the log file (make sure there are no errors there) and explains the password for connecting (sounds like you already took care of that, but good to double check).
As you can see I've searched all the errors I got in the boinc wiki. I know what they mean, but not why are happening.
I think my problems come from a bad management of the files permissions by the package installation. I mean, when a package is installed there should be an script or something that modifies (or create the files with) the permissions that files must have, or create the groups that need to be created, and so on. But it looks like I have to modify all this data in order to get boincmngr connect to boinc, boinc and boincmngr get the writting permissions in the installation folder too, etc etc etc. I don't know very well how to do all this stuff (I mean that I've already created by hand the boinc group, changed the execution, access, modification of files with users and boinc groups credentials, and I still get silly errors as "boinc can't write" in a folder which is the owner, or can't write executed by the root. All this stuff messed me up because looks too much stupid), but more important, I shouldn't to do it manually after a package installation.
I should open a bug report in arhlinux first and if they can't solve the problem open it in the boinc support, I suppose.
