Why not jdeveloper creates the persistance unit and the session client and

why you do not create the persistance unit (outside) and the session client and ...the interface and other required opjects automatically when I create the application or the project?
why you are using symbols like AFD, JSF, JSP, JPA,.JEE...and tens more, why you do not use a meaningfull names of these process symbols.

I'm quite happy the JDeveloper behaves the way it does. Why? Because in most of my scenarios I don't want to be driven in a particular direction of development. This my choice of development and I don't like tools that dictate this to me.

Not sure I understand the question but it could be because you meant to say "can't" somewhere in the sentence. anyway, just guessing here:
Try going to:
File >> Watch folders
Now you can Add new folders here that you see them in Windows. The word ADD is a button to browse for the folders and hopefully this will solve the problem you are having.

How to Create a Persistent button on the top HTML gallery

Hi,
In my InDesign Folio I have an article with full page HTML photo gallery. The photo grid occupies the full screen. I want to create a Persistent button on the top of this gallery which user can tap to go to the Main Menu page. This button is always visible at one place even as user scrolls up and down the gallery. I tried creating it on the top layer, and on the top layer for Master page, but the button disapperas when the HTML gallery loads.
So the user does not see any button to navigate out of the gallery to another article.
Any ideas how to create the persistent button ?

Depending on if you are using the HTML as either an article or in an overlay, you may be able to either use the standard navto and goto hyperlinks syntax or place a blank button on top of your link in the HTML.
I am not sure if using the standard navto and goto syntax will work between an HTML article and an Indesign article. Maybe Bob Bringhurst, Bob Levine, or one of the staff members can clarify. If you are using your HTML in an overlay, you can add a transparent button on top of your link or image to return to whatever page you like.

Not able to select Base unit in Receipt from production and Sales order

Can anybody help me out for the below scenario
I have defined Sales UOM , Sales Packaging UOM, Items per Sales unit and Quantity per Packing UOM for all finished product in the item master.
I have created Production BOM and Production Order (with Issue method is Manual because they maintained items batchwise ) for all Finished products.
Based on Production orders, I received finished products(Batch wise) through receipt from production. But the base unit shows Yes and it is not allow me to change.
In Sales order, the quantity column shows the value of quantity per packing UOM instead of Items per sales unit.
For Ex. ItemA - 01 No (Item per Sales Unit)
                         3600 Pcs ( Quantity per Packing UOM)
                         Receipt from Production - 10 Nos
                         In Sales order - it shows 36000 (10*3600 ) instead of 10 nos
Expecting favourable solution for that.

The selectable units on the sales order are the inventory unit or the sales unit. So if you want to see in units of 3600 Pc-s you should define this as Sales Unit (not as packaging unit). Then you can show the item in this unit in the sales documents.
(In the receipt from production document you should always use the inventory Uom.)

while configuring intercompany billing I am not able to assign the Organizational Units to the Sites.
I am in retail system and maybe here I have to do something else before seting up the intercompany?

VLC plugs directly into pulseaudio, while the firefox flash plugin uses ALSA to play sound. Do you have the pulseaudio-alsa package installed?
I have had a similar problem before. Sound would occasionally be controlled by ALSA and occasionally be controlled by pulse (the pulseaudio-alsa package did nothing). As far as symptoms, sometimes other applications would not produce sound while a flash video was playing and vice versa. Ultimately, I just removed everything pulse/ALSA-related, deleted (and backed up) my configuration files, and installed all related packages anew. It works now. I still don't really know what the problem was.

How Do I Make Updated Procedure in the Program Unit of the Form to Work?

I have updated a procedure in the Program Unit of the Form that I modified. I am not sure what are the proper ways to compile or load the changed procedure in my form to make sure the changes work. Please help me with the following questions:
Do I have to use Oracle Procedure Builder to compile the updated procedure in order to have the form work properly? If so, how do I make the list of procedures in the program unit of my form to come up after I have the Oracle Procedure Builder opened and connected to our database?
Couldn't I just compile the form after the changes are made to the procedure (Body) in the Program Unit of the form in the Forms Builder?
Any thoughts and/or suggestions on this are welcome.
FYI, we are in Oracle Forms 6.i with Oracle database version 10.2.0.2.

There was no errors what so ever, no triggers and other module errors, when I compiled and created an executable for my form.
If the database is not connected, Forms Builder would not allow me to compile/execute any forms so I am pretty sure that the database was connected when I did 'CTRL' + 't' to create an executable.
FYI, the following is an excerpt from Oracle Procedure Builder Help:

and all of other procedures, that do not have an '*' next to the procedure name in the Program Units of my form, contain both Spec and Body.
p.s. I remember the '*' next to the procedure name means the procedure has been changed, and ... (sorry, I don't remember the rest...)

Selecting United States, for example, will use English units (feet and statute miles).

If Forms central was simply an interactive forms builder used for direct B2B or B2C information, it would be a winner. If I wanted SurveyMonkey, then would get it but I and others like me do not need or want tabulation services as I assume Adobe looked at Forms Central as a cash cow; it isn't that at all for me.

Backup Disk Image could not be created-- Answer-2 Fixes to the problem

Sorry I posted this twice but I wanted it posted as an answer and not a question, because this problem was really frustrating for me and I was so relieved when I finally figured it out. So here are my answers and I hope they Help...
In order for TC to backup your entire HD it needs to create a Disk Image on your Mac. For example you would have seen your computer do this operation if you ever installed programs on your Mac computer.
I actually had this same problem and I searched the forum for answers. One fix that I found was that your computer might actually not be named. To fix this click on the apple in the upper left hand corner and then go to >System Preferences. Then click on >Sharing, after you do that you will see Computer name at the top. Type in whatever name you like for that part and then also turn on file sharing by clicking the box next to it below.
The other fix to this problem...which was actually the solution to mine, was that during setup 2 files for a Disk Image mount were created onto the Time Capsule itself. It is only supposed to have one. *In order to fix this problem-->If your Time Capsule is setup so it allows file sharing you should be able to see it as a connectable disk drive in your Finder window under sharing. Click on Time Capsule from there and enter in you password. You should now be able to search though the files on it. Since this is your first time setting it up there should only be one file visible on the Drive and that one file is what creates the mounted Disk Drive...(What I found on my Time Capsule drive was a file labeled with a bunch of numbers and then a Shared folder and then another file with a bunch of numbers in that). For me it actually turned out that the first file was not working properly but the one in the shared folder was. So I deleted the first file and dragged the second file that was working out of the shared folder and into the main part of the Time capsule Disk and then deleted the shared folder.
The way you can tell which file is the correct one is by double clicking it, if you get an error message right away, delete it. If it starts to load, then that is the file you should keep. After I did this mine worked fine and backed up my disk last night. I hope this helps

Why are all contacts changed to United Kingdom on my iPhone and to Deutschland on my iPad after I did a simple backup?

I backed my iPhone only to find that I lost all the new contacts I entered in the iPhone only or better just lost the details e.g addresses, phone numbers but not the names and also all older contacts now have the country "United Kingdom". Have the same problem with my iPad but here all older contacts now have the country "Deutschland" while again I lost all new entered contacts except for the names. However all addresses in Outlook are with the correct country but again all newly entered contacts are missing all details safe for the name
