Why when I try to download new apps does a blue circle with a blue square inside it come up and then it just says waiting and never downloads?
I've been having this problem for a while, and I have no idea how to sort it out. It won't let me download or upadate and apps at all and when I press download it comes up with this blue circle and the app just says waiting when I look at the icon... Someone help me it's really stating to bug me now and I need it sorting out.the circle in question is above the ''related'' option on the page.
You can't keep changing the ID you use with iTunes, you are limited to once every 90 days.

Although having it loading 5 at a time is not ideal, the iPad is more than capable of doing it, it merely pauses those after the first requested. It will install one at a time then go to the next, installing one at a time rather than trying to do a group like this shouldn't yield any great benefit.
Also don't forget that some apps are hundreds of MB in size so depending on your internet connection will just take a lot longer to download than those which are only 1 or 2 MB in size.
I only have a 0.8MB broadband connection when it's at it's fastest so am used to checking the sizes of apps before downloading, it's very frustrating when you forget and hit download only to spend the next 30 mins or so watching a blue progress bar creep across te 10 mm of icon space!!

Can't download apps to my ipod touch. It downloads to my screen and then it just says waiting...

Apps are tied to the Apple ID that was used to purchase them and you will always need to use that ID and password in order to update them.
Saying that you do get to update them on your new details makes no sense at all. -
When I try to purchase new app or update apps on iPad it tells me user name is disabled. I have done all the "tricks" from the tech support on phone and still not working.

my mac is currently running on version 10.6.8,and when i try to upgrade to mountain it just says waiting but no download.what should i do?
Go to the Purchases tab in App Store and click on the Mountain Lion download. See if there is a Resume option.
There also might be an icon in the Dock where you can try the same.
I can't remember from Snow Leopard what it shows when you are downloading. -
Hi, I just downloaded iBooks and I downloaded a book but i wanted to get the hunger games one and they dont Havre it so I erased the app and when I wanted to download another one it just says waiting and it does nothing , CAN YOU HELP ME!
Don't know if there is an option make the download window stay up, but you can bring it back with Ctrl+J then right-click on the download to open the folder it was downloaded to.

i am trying to download itunes 10.7. i have windows vista 32-bit. when i click on download. the pop up window comes up and ask to save or cancel, and then the webpage says thank you for downloading. it hasn't downloaded it. what can i do to fix this?
I'd first try downloading an installer from the Apple website using a different web browser:

I downloaded garage band on my iPad ages ago but now it just says waiting and when I click on it it just says "retry" and does nothing. I've spent literally ages making songs (I've got like 20 ). How can I get it back with all my songs still there?
Thanks for that. Much more constructive than the last comment. It's only the restriction code I can't recall, not the access passcode. So I can currently access the device, just not age restricted content. Does that's make a difference? I also wondered if anyone knew how many attempts you get to try to get it right. Now tried 21 times and so far nothing bad has happened but I am concerned I'll eventually be completely locked out of the device. That doesn't seem in the spirit of things though. Surely it's foreseeable that a child could repeatedly try to guess the code so I can't see that it would be right to lock the device down completely in that circumstance, particularly if the access code is being typed in correctly every time.

I'm trying to place a phone call and when I do the 3G icon goes away and the phone just says connecting but never does. I have almost full service and only have had my new iPhone 5 for two days. Can anyone help because I can't call Sprint at the moment???

When I try to reinstall an app it just says waiting and then tells me cant go into iTunes.
I have been installing free apps all along tried to reinstall double down casino and the little pic just says waiting then
Never comes up says can't enter I storeIf there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Tap on the one that says Waiting if the above is not the case and it should resume downloading.

I'm having issues syncing my iPod today! I sync once a week, I've got the latest version of iTunes, but today it tells me that it won't back up to my computer, WHY? Since updating iTunes, it keeps coming up with a separate error message about not being authorised for the library thing, after I've synced/used iTunes... Oh & it point blank refused to recognise my iPad to sync. It's driving me potty :(
I dislike technology on occasions... I shut down iTunes, plugged my iPad back in & NOW it decides to sync!!! No error messages...and then it syncs my iPod with no problems as well!!! It seems that I can't start iTunes, play music & then decide to sync the toys. I HAVE to just plug in the iPod/iPad and let it start up all by itself. How irritating! Thank you for responding!
