I go to forward my emails to some of my friends and firefox 4 beta tells me it is not allowed might make a chain

If you had provided the exact message you are getting maybe we wouldn't have to guess about your problem and then get berated when we guess incorrectly. '''chain''' isn't a term that Firefox has ever used in a warning or alert message that I have ever seen, at least in English.
Did you enable the pref that says '''Warn me when websites try to re-direct or reload the page''' - in Tools > Options > Advanced - General -- Browsing ?

Why wont Firefox allow me to click on the top most menu bars on websites? For instance that top-most blue menu bar on facebook.

The top-most menu/options bar on websites where you could do things like log out, view your own profile, or change settings is what I was referring to. I can't click on anything up there, but I can click on everything else on the site.

That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar or the Babylon extension that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links and buttons in that part of the screen not clickable.

Why wont iTunes allow me to copy/sync a song from my iPod? I have a song on my iPod that i want on my laptop to add to my iPhone, but i can't sync it. I did not purchase it via iTunes.

The music sync is one way - computer to ipod. The ONLY exception is itunes purchases.
As the song came from your computer in the first place, it should still be there and be included in your regular backup of your computer.
The ipod is not a storage/backup device.

I added a bunch of adware cookies in firefox to be blocked; the very next time after running a scan, I find the same blocked cookies were allowed. Based on this, firefox is not blocking cookies from the blocked list. Why?

Why wont Firefox launch at all?

Ok, yesterday Firefox installed he new verison of the beta, and also updated the addons. But now it wont open at all. The process isnt even running at all! I dont know how to run it in safe-mode, since i see no safe mode at all. And right now, i'm stuck using Internet Explorer! XP Can someone plese help me get Firefox back?

Hmmm...i went through all the add-ons. It's the "DownloadThemAll! Anti-container". I'm not sure why, but everything works. But in order to do that, you need to uninstall Firefox 4 Beta, re-install it, run Safe Mode (by typing in 'firefox -safe-mode' into Run, which is in the start menu. I don't know why there is no shortcut for that. XP), disable all the add-ons, and enable all except for this one add-on (and of course any that are incompatible with the Beta).
I hope this is the case with the rest of the people having this problem. If not, i hope we can still solve what it could be. In the meantime, I'm going to report this bug...

Why wont firefox load after i close the window ? it tells me it is already running in the background and to close that window before opening again. took 10 tries before it would load again !

As for iLivid. Possibly it also has associated apps or extensions with names not including the word iLivid. Looking at their own FAQs there are instructions to remove iLivid using the Windows Control panel, and mention of other bundled software that you may wish to remove. Why wont Firefox 5 warn me when closing multiple tabs? The box in settings is checked.

After I downloaded Firefox 5 it no longer warns me when I'm closing multiple tabs. The box is checked in settings for tabs but it still wont do it. This feature worked fine in Firefox 4. Can this be a glitch?

We are not talking about saving tabs when closing; we're talking about the warning "You are about to close X tabs" that usually shows up when you press the browser's close button. Now when I press the button, everything closes; no warning. I'm fortunate that Firefox does have a "restore previous session" button when you reopen Firefox.

Use a Master Password. Then when you go to a site which requires you to login and you fill in your details, you'll get the option to "Remember Password" which is pop up (actually a pop-down). If you choose "Yes", then you'll be presented with the Master Password field.
Enter the password you created for it and then the next time you go to that site, you'll get the Master Password field every time. When you type that in and click OK, it will fill in your login details.
The alternative way of doing it is to use the option most sites have which is something like "Remember me" which you have to checkmark. But this option requires you to have cookies enabled permanently.

when I log into facebook using Mozilla Firefox I either: get a notification stating Im need to temp shut down my secure browser, or I get threw, but get a notification stating I need to shut down the secure browser if I try to enter into Mafia Wars.

Ever since I downloaded the new version a few days ago I get full screen popup ads whenever I try to open a new site. It's INCREDIBLY annoying, and sometimes there is no icon to close them. WHY, why would Firefox allow this?

I don't HAVE any more details. Whenever I open a new site, I get (so far) one of two full screen advertisements. Most of the time there is the word "Skip" in the upper right hand corner, but on occasion that is not there, and there no way to get beyond the ad screen except to go into what they are trying to sell you. It is imposing and obnoxious to the nth. This has only happened since I downloaded the latest version (I think the BETA 4) 3 days ago. If this can not be resolved, I want to go back to the older version.
