Wifi connectivity is lost after 12 hours on 32RL938

Hi all,
I'm experiencing a very strange and annoying issues on my 32RL938 regarind wifi connection.
I set up the TV and connect it to my home wifi network and everything is just fine four about 12-15 hours.
After leaving the TV in standby mode for some time (lets say during the night) when I start It again I realize that although my tv says its connected to my local WIFI theres no access to Toshiba Places or Network DLNA player.
Also the Network connection test fails.
If I check on the router the TV has a valid IP and looks connected, but any ping test to its ip fails.
The only workaround I managed to identify to this issue is to reboot the router.
After reboot the TV connects fine to my network and I can access Internet on it.
What is very strange is that in my home I have 6 other wi-fi devices (laptop, android phone, printer, tablet etc) that work perfectly fine while my TV shows it has no connection.
Because the ruter is not in my room its quite hard to reboot it every day.
Please let me know If you experience this kind of behavior and what could I do to fix it. I also tried with static and dynamic ip for the TV but the behavior is the same.

This is what I also suspected. So I connected the TV to another WIFI. I live in a campus so I have plenty of wifi networks available from my neighbors. I asked the pass from one of the neighbors and connected the TV.
The TV worked OK last night but this morning it doesnt even connect to the WIFI network although the WIFI signal is fine, so I think it might be something wrong with the TVs embedded WIFI interface.
Unfortunately Toshiba doesnt have a firmware upgrade for this model yet. This is a Tv marketed in the second half of 2012 and they dont have any firmware update.
After comparing this TV with others from my friends I tend to believe that Toshiba tv firmware is full of bugs and ages behind the other manufacturers.

I.e, every time the lock screen comes on, the wifi connection is lost when you reopen the device and we have to reconnect through settings. This appears to be an ios6 software issue.
Is there a solution to this wifi connection issue or do we wait for a software fix?
I'd hate to think Apple is going down the Microsoft path, of passing untested software onto the user. What ever happened to Regression Testing, to ensure the existing functionality remains intact?
I bought into the Apple dream, because it was intuitive, reliable & enjoyable to use, all the things that Microsoft windows isn't.
Other issues we are experiencing are, Games are stuttering and the kids really miss the old YouTube app.
Please Mr Browett, sort these issues out.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

YouTube is not now part of iOS 6.
However, you can go to the App Store and do a search using YouTube. You can download several YouTube apps: YouTube (for the iPhone, a IPad app is in work), several users like Jasmine and YouPlayer.

Network connection is lost after a few hours

Hi Everyone.
I'm new to the Mac world.
I have two issues.
1. Is there a way I can always map my network drive on my mac to see my windows PC? I always have to manually connect to it.
2. I notice when I put the mac to sleep and I come back after a few hours I do not have connection to my network drive on my windows PC? It says that connection is lost or not available. It then takes another 3 minutes for it to recognize (beach ball thinking) and then I can proceed with my work.

switching to 802.11b isn't really the solution…
with 802.11b you're restricted to 11MBit/Sec and it switches quite fast to 5.5 MBit/Sec.
I have a card in my iMac that supports 802.11g (and even n - but for that I would need a new router…and the driver…an airport extreme base station is not really an option for me) and I want to use it. I want to be able to stream video in my home-network between the computers. With 802.11b it's not really possible. In addition I want a "fast" data transfer per WLAN - even though 11g isn't as fast as copper, it's definitly faster then 11b.
Apple should do something on that problem. Right now I'm on 11g only and that doesn't help…

Qosmio X500: Lan/Internet connection get lost after period of time

Hi all,.
I got the qosmio x500 for about half a year now...
I got this problem where after about 5 hours or less the lan/internet connection get lost.
I disabled the wireless connection and is using only the wired connnection now.
When it get disconnected... all devices seems to work seemlessly, no problem can be found. I checked the win7 network adaptor --and it seems to be connected properly.
I haven't got a slightest idea how to fix that.... Only a reset of the system and reloading the os results with a valid connection.
It is even stranger,. When using it for a piriod of time (listeding to audio streams from the web)... when getting back to the machine the audio connection seems to work properly.... but when trying to access other sites, or other machines in the homegroup, or network (under explorer). It result faulty.
Please guide me somehow how to fix the issue, it is bugging me a lot (all these resets to the machine probably doesn't do it any good as well).

It could be the energy saving feature of your network card.
Right click Network Icon on the status bar, choose 'Open Network Center and Sharing', Click on 'Connection', Click on 'Properties' (low left button), you'll see the tab with your Network Properties. Click 'Configure' (Upper right button), choose 'Power Management' (last right tab).
Uncheck 'Allow computer to shut down this device to save energy'. Probably your problem will now be solved.
If the names I write aren't exactly right, I'm on a French language computer so my translations can be slightly wrong.

Drop off wifi connection more frequently after update to iOS 5.1

After the system updated to iOS 5.1, the wifi connection on my iPhone 4S drops off more freqently than before. For example, when I updated Galaxy on Fire 2, the wifi lost connection about 5 times. But the connection on my Android tablet and laptop is completely fine.
Did anyone experience the same ?

Check again your list of activated keyboards and make sure only English is there. Then tap the English item once and make sure that it is set to qwerty and not qwertz or azerty under the Software category.
If you have a "globe" key on your keyboard, you have NOT gotten rid of the non-English ones from your setting.

Exchange 2007 - unable to connect to smtp after severall hours

Hi,
We have a Windows SBS 2008 server with Exchange 2007 SP3. After severall hours we are unable to connect to the server with telnet on port 25 from outside. Sometimes a local telnet on the server still works but not always.
The only solution is to restart the server. The transport service can not be stopped.
Even after a fresh reboot the telnet session does not alway show the smtp banner.

Is there any related error message left on Exchange server?

More detailed error message without sensitive informaiton is helpful for the further troubleshooting.
Also, SBS 2008 is different from Exchange 2007 on Windows Server, I suggest ask SBS Forum to double confirm this issue.

Be sure that you are in range of your Wi-Fi router (access point).
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and then on again.If unable to do so, see this article.
Confirm that your Wi-Fi router and Cable or DSL modem are connected to power, turned on, and indicate that they are connected to the Internet.If not, refer to your network administrator or ISP for assistance.
Restart your iOS device.
Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and locate the Wi-Fi network to which you are connected. Then tap > and Forget this Network. Try to connect to your desired Wi-Fi network again.
Note: You will need to enter your Wi-Fi password again if your desired network requires one.

After installation of ios6 wifi connection is not stable pop up the alogin page to apple.com with an error message of wrong address. This happen on my ipad 3 and iphone 4s both devices.

Try going to settings-general-reset and then reset all settings. You can also try to reboot your phone/ipad hold the power and home button together for ten seconds until the Apple logo shows up on screen.

You should be able to download updates from the Mac App Store via Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

i have a time capsule.
symptoms:
excessively searching for network
but more often than not, it cant find the correct netowrk that is correctly stored in keychain
if i try network assistant opened through safari not finding its page, then it can find the right network after i enter in the password again. it connects. but only for a few seconds then it loses the connection again.
the only fool proof workaround for me is:
1/ shut down time capsule. restart time capsule.
2/ restart mac with airport turned off.
3/ after restart manually select the network from the wireless icon in the menu bar
airport utility is a complete waste of time
old airport utility is still better.

Hp 620 connection randomly lost,after restart sometimes comes back then goes again

Randomly wireless connection goes away.And says not connected and no connection available.Wireless button stays always white and doesnt respond .
