Windowscolor als Plug-In
Hallo Zusammen,
gibt es ein Plug-In für Photoshop, mit dem man aus normalen Fotographien eine Vorlage für WindowsColor erstellen kann?
Im Netz habe ich bisher immer nur Anleitungen gefunden mit denen man aus normalen Bildern eine Strichzeichnung anfertigen kann. Diese ist jedoch so detailreich, dass sie als Vorlage für ein WindowsColor nicht verwendet werden kann. Wäre doch toll wenn es sowas gäbe.
Oder
hat vielleicht jemand eine Idee wie man so etwas bewerkstelligen kann?

schnelle Erfolge hast du mit dem Zeichen-Filter "Fotokopie". In den Einstellungen Details niedrig (unter 4) und Dunkelheit hoch (über 35).

Obwohl die neueste Version des Flash-players als Plug-in in Mozilla Firefox youtube-Videos richtig darstellt, werde ich aufgefordert flash zu installieren. Ik maak gebruik van een programma dat alleen te openen is met IE 6 of hoger. De ontwikkelaar geeft aan dat dit aan het frame ligt en dat er wel een nieuwe komt maar niet op korte termijn. Om mijn MAC draait geen IE dus ik ben op zoek naar een browser die dezelfde eigenschappen heeft als IE. Ik zie een hoop plugins staan maar weet niet of een ervan een oplossing voor mij is en zo ja, welke. Kan iemand mij svp helpen?

"Missing Plug ins" in InDesign CS6
Hi,
lately, I've got installed CS6 Standard on a Windows XP machine, German version. There were CS2 and CS4 formerly on this workstation. The admin deleted the CS2 before installing cs6.
Now, every part of CS6 is up and running - except for InDesign CS6.
Upon launching InDesign CS6, I keep getting error messages saying, among others:
"Adobe InDesign erkennt [plug-in name here] nicht als gültiges Zusatzmodul. Installieren Sie das Zusatzmodul [plug-in name here] neu, und starten Sie InDesign erneut. Diese Meldung wieder anzeigen? (JA) (NEIN)".
and/or:
"Zum Laden von [another plug-in name here] is JBX erforderlich. Installieren Sie das Zusatzmodul JBX und starten Sie InDesign erneut. Diese Meldung wieder anzeigen? (JA) (NEIN)".
The first message appears several times along with diverse plug-in names ( ssignment UI, InCopy Bridge UI, InCopyExport, InCopyImport…). The other one concerns only this "JBX", if I remember correctly.
After all the message are clicked away (it does not matter if I click on JA or NEIN), InDesign CS6 launches in a crippled form, with no palettes, with reduced menus, and it is crashing upon trying to choose the "Preferences".
The Prefs were already deleted with the appropriate keyboard shortcut.
What's the issue and how do I get InDesign CS6 to work?First of all you should know which Plugin is missing. Then you have to buy it for CS6 and install it properly with the Extension Manager.
This is not the issue, I think. There was never a 3rd part extension installed along with former ID CS version. So I don't think we'd had to buy any.
I suppose the Adminstrator has copied the plugin from an older version to the newer version and the plugin seems not be compatible.
No, he didn't. AFAIK, he's just installed and registered the CS6 according to Adobe's instructions.
Another thing is obvious that a second plugin is missing which is used by the other plugin. This might be also a third party pi or a default is missing.
Yes, this is all fine, but again: there was never an extra plug in for ID CS 6 installed on the system. Every version was always installed simply "as it is", because we don't need external plug ins to work with.
Another thing: It is good to keep older versions installed on the computer for a while when a new version is installed. When all documents have been migrated you can delete (uninstall) the old version. Not before. So it was not a good idea from the administrator to delete the older version.
You have possibly misunderstood me. Your hint to keep the previous version is highly appreciated; this is, actually, the way we'we been processing with every major software update for years, as well as this time. Only the whole CS2 was deleted, since it was succesfully preventing (on three different Windows workstations) the CS6 installer to do it's job. CS4 is still installed and working.
The missing plug in issue doesn't exist au dem MacBook Pro, by the way, which was also upgraded from CS4 to CS6. Maybe because I am actually the "admin" of it -
New Plug-In for Acrobat: 3D Bill-of-Materials
Hello everyone!
We at vpr-solutions are thinking of developing an Adobe Acrobat Plug-In which allows users to create 3D-PDF Bill-Of-Materials with just a few mouse clicks.
The outcome would be an interactive 3D-PDF, similar to this:

Such BOMs could be created quickly and would require no scripting at all. All that the user will have to do is:
1) Create a Layout: 3D-Annotation and text edit fields (for part meta-data display)
2) Link 3D and edit fields using the plug-in
Now the user will be able to select parts in 3D and fill in the edit fields. Whenever a part is selected in 3D, the specific part info will be displayed. All meta information will be gathered and saved inside the PDF. Additional functionality would be export and import of part meta-info als XML spreadsheets (MS Excel, OpenOffice).
Please tell me what you think. I am thankfull for every single line.

A client wants me to work on a text which is both english and arabic.
I heard this is only possible with the arabic version of indesign?
If I place the text in my present version, it comes out unreadable (arabic letters/words -but not connected and jibberish my client cannot read)
I heard I have to install something, is it a plugin or a whole program?

You have installed Swedish InDesign, it is ok, leave it, don't uninstall it.
Open the Creative Cloud Application.
Opent the preferences and in the Apps change the language to English with Arabic support.
Install InDesign
Now are additional plugins installed which add new functionality to your Swedish version.
You can switch back to your language in the CC app.
This works with any other language system the very same. Each install will add plug ins to extends the functionality.
InDesign chooses the same language as your OS. -
Persistent crashing of Flash plug-in in different browsers

Whenever I click:
'Attach' on Yahoo Mail, or 'Bestand toevoegen als bijlage' on Gmail (this is the Dutch version of the attach funtion for Gmail), or 'Add more photos' on Facebook (or similar functions of FB where you can upload photo's), or the normal upload screen for Youtube and a couple of other websites that have functions to upload files I get notified of this:
'De Adobe Flash-plug-in is gecrasht Meer info...' and two buttons on the right side: 'Pagina vernieuwen' and 'Een crashrapport verzenden'.
This of course reads: 'The Adobe Flash plug-in has crashed. More info...' and the buttons say: 'Refresh page' and 'Send crash report'
This particular error message occurs in Firefox (version info below) and 'More info...' takes me to a very generic Mozilla troubleshooting site, which suggests to update Firefox, the Flash Plug-in, Graphical card drivers (if I'm not mistaken) and a few other things.
In Internet Explorer I get an error at exactly the same time as I get it in Firefox, only IE quickly reloads the current tab and then gives you a little notification about that, it seems to persistently occur at exactly the same points as when they do in FF though (when I click 'Attach' etc.)

- Reinstalling Flash (by removing it in add/remove programs in Windows and then reinstalling it by downloading it again and then installing it)
- I disabled hardware acceleration (Flash seems to function fine when playing Youtube and similar videos, above mentioned problem persists)
- In about:config in FF I changed the options around for IPC (as mentioned here: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Plugin-container_and_out-of-process_plugins )
- I made sure that all applications running (such as firefox.exe and plugin-container.exe) that are associated with what I'm trying to accomplish are marked as safe in my security software (Comodo)

In Internet Explorer Attaching with Gmail with Safe Mode now brings up the file dialog that I'd need to attach files. So this seems to be a viable workaround, although it's also possible to change Gmail to the simple HTML version where the dialog would come up anyway in both browsers, this is because the dialog in the simple HTML version is a standard Windows dialog and it's not Flash based.
In Firefox there's no such luck, the same message about the Flash Plug-in crashing appears under the same conditions.
Btw I double checked the HP support site (the manufacturer of my website, to which I was referred by AMD) and I do have the latest graphical card drivers installed, as a matter of fact I've been having this Flash player problem a while now, even from before I updated the drivers the last time, which was approximately a week or two ago. -
Photoshop CS, Camera-RAW-Plug-In: Farbmodus RGU ?????
Kann mir irgendjemand sagen, warum im Camera-RAW-Plug-In von Photoshop CS die per Pipette unten angezeigten Werte als R, G und U (????) angegeben werden? Handelt es sich hier um einen banalen Tippfehler bei der Lokalisation? Wie siehts mit der englischen Version aus, steht da auch RGU (hat die jemand?)? Oder hat das U irgendeine vernünftige Bedeutung? (Rot, Grün, blaU ???) Auch in der Hilfe ist nur von RGB die Rede, und im Screenshot prangt dann trotzdem R, G, und U...
Ich glaube das ist ein Tippfehler in der Version.

What it does

I am working with CS4 on the Mac OS X, version 10.6.8. I created some InDesign files with it a couple of weeks ago. When I want to open them now again, it shows me a long list of plug-ins that I supposedly have to activate first or I need to buy the newest CS as an alternative.1. How did this problem come off? 2. How can I activate the missing plug-ins?
Ich arbeite mit CS4 auf einem Mac OS X Version 10.6.8. Habe damit vor einigen Wochen mehrere InDesign Dateien erstellt. Wenn ich sie jetzt wieder öffnen möchte, zeigt er mir eine lange Liste von Zusatzmodulen an, die ich angeblich aktivieren muss bzw als Alternative das aktuellste CS kaufen soll.

If you now make a new document, save it and open again - will it work?
Those plug-ins are usually enabled/disabled via the Adobe Extension Manager (Menü "Hilfe"->Erweiterungen verwalten). -
PSD Camera-RAW: Höheres Rauschen als Kamera-Software
Hallo,
ich habe eine Frage und würde gerne wissen, ob ich da alleine bin, oder ob dieses Thema auch andere betrifft.
Wenn ich Bilder meiner Kamera (Canon 10D und 1D MARK II) über das PSD-Camera-RAW Plug einlese, habe ich deutlich sichtbareres Rauschen, als über den file-Viewer, oder die Digital Photo Professional Software.

Ich habe in beiden Fällen, die Standard-Einstellungen der Kamera gelassen und nichts verändert. Da dies ein besonders dunkles (zu dunkles) Bild ist, habe ich lediglich bei beiden Programmen die Helligkeit und den Wert 2 erhöht.
Dieses Thema habe ich sowohl auf dem MAC, als auch auf dem PC.

Danke für den Hinweis. Das habe ich übersehen, die Angaben zu machen.
Begonnen habe ich unter PS 7. Derzeit habe ich sowohl auf dem PC (Adobe Creative Suite CS 1.0), Camera-RAW 2.X (ich kenne den Stand am Anfang nicht), bis hin zum Update 2.4. Desgleichen unter MAC Adode CS 1.1 und aktuelles Camera-RAW Plug-In. Alle Applikationen sind durch die Updates auf dem aktuellen Stand.
Das Ergebnis ist gleich schlecht - wenn Unterschiede, dann sind diese bei 100% nicht wirklich sichtbar.
Natürlich gibt es Luminanzglättung, etc, um hier nachzuhelfen. Jedoch werden dadurch die Bilder weich.
Zumahl ich keine Manipulation vornehmen möchte, wenn es besser geht (Digital Photo Professional, File-Viewer - beide Canon)

Signatur Plug-In für Acrobat 5.0 schreiben. Dazu habe ich ein paar fragen
und würde mich freuen wenn Ihr diese beantworten würden.
1. Wo wird DigSigBox bb definiert ?
2. Wie kann ich eine DigSigBox auf einer beliebigen Dokumentenseite an einenm beliebigen Ort erstellen ?
3. Wie kann ich auf ein selektiertes Signaturfeld zugreifen ?
4. Wie kann ich einen Loop über alle vorhandenen Signaturfelder erstellen ?
5. Wie kann ich ein selektiertes Signaturfeld löschen ?

Der Sachverhalt gilt für beide USB 3.0-Ports?
Du könntest auch noch einmal den Chipsatz-Treiber und danach den USB 3.0-Treiber neu installieren.
Deinstalliere die beiden genannten Treiber bitte über den Gerätemanager.
Fange mit dem Chipsatz-Treiber an. Deinstallation --> Neustart des Rechners --> Neuinstallation.

I am trying to update Adobe Bridge and Photoshop CS6, because it is not opening my CR2 files taken by my Canon 6D. I have tried to go to help > updates, and the software says that it is "Up to Date". However, if I view the plug-in, it says that Camera Raw is only version 7.1. I can not find a direct download for Camera Raw 7.3, only the DNG converter, NOT CAMERA RAW! Please Help!

When I first got my iphone i plugged it into my friends computer and added songs from their itunes. Now when i plug it into my computer it will not connect or show up in the sidebar in itunes. I have already tried factory resetting the phone and 'authorizing this computer' in itunes. Can anyone help?
Is your iTunes up to date, it is now 10.7, click the iTunes button at the top of this page if you need the new version.
