Wiping handheld... but can't find the option to..?

Hi
Having problems with my blackberry since last night, very randomly, haven't dropped it or anything..
The A key has stopped working and all the other keys are slow to respond. When the backlight turns black, the only thing I can do to get it back on is to press and hold the off button till the screen reappears, whereas usually I can press any key if the keypad is unlocked which it is...
Also sometimes it'll freeze and none of the keys will work yet the rollerball will...
I've pulled the battery out and also checked to see if it needed an update through the blackberry desktop software but nothing, been reading some posts to see if anything will help but nothing yet.
I want to try wiping the phone by going to option>security options>general... etc and wiping the handheld but it appears I don't have a general tab, once I go into the security options I have Advanced scurity options, encryption, firewall, information and security wipe but none of these help (I want to wipe the whole handheld not do the security wipe).
Please help, I'm getting extremely frustrated with Blackberrys, always seem to encounter some problem or another...

There is an alterenate for your issue.
Connect your device through USB Cable to Laptop/Desktop.
Now open "BlackBerry Desktop Software".
Goto Tools.Desktop Options>Restore Default Settings.
Hope this resolves your Problem!

You should have a series or drop-down menus at the top of your Mac's screen, one of which should be 'Store' :
Do they not show ? If not, then have you got iTunes in full-screen mode - if you have the control-command-F should toggle between full screen and normal.

Trying to repair my keychain, but can't find the option to do that. I'm in keychain access, but where is it?

Tutorial: Resolving Keychain Issues
If you can't access your keychain, or forget your password If you can't get into your keychain file because you've forgotten your password or the keychain file appears to be corrupt, there are a couple of options.
First, if you've forgotten your password, you can use the "Keychain First Aid" utility to make the keychain password the same as the login password. This can be accomplished via the following process:
1. Open Keychain Access (located in Applications/Utilities)
2. Go to the "Keychain Access" menu and select "Preferences"
3. Click the "First Aid" tab
4. Make sure the "Synchronize login keychain password" box is checked
5. Close the Preferences window
6. Go to the "Keychain Access" menu and select "Keychain First Aid"
7. Enter your username and password
8. Click the "Repair" button
The second option is to completely delete your keychain then recreate it. This routine is useful if your keychain appears to be corrupt or otherwise inaccessible. This can be accomplished as follows:

3. Select the problematic keychain from the left-hand pane.

2. OS X Lion: Enable and disable the root user
3. Mac OS X 10.6: Enabling the root user
4. Enabling and using the "root" user in Mac OS X
After enabling the root user, and logging in under this account, again open Keychain Access. First attempt repairs using Keychain First Aid, and failing that, delete then recreate the keychain as described above while logged in as root.
Persistently asked for stored passwords If you are persistently asked for passwords in various applications that you have specified should be remembered in a keychain, your "login" keychain may not be active for one reason or another.
Navigate to ~/Library/Keychains/ (this is the Library folder inside your user's home folder). Find the file named "login.keychain" and double-click it.
Failing that, select the "login" keychain within the Keychain Access application and make sure it is the default keychain by going to the "File" menu and selecting "Make 'Login' Default"
Turn off Keychain synchronization in applications having problems If specific applications are experiencing issues when accessing password-protected material, the Keychain may be to blame.

Your steps so far are OK but you may want to try:
1 Trash your user library Caches folder (House Icon with short name in Finder window (hard drive window)GOTO:House icon > Library folder > caches folder
2 Trash the com.apple.Safari.plist file in User library > preferences folder > Safari.plist as well as removing the library Safari folder its self.
3 you can selectivly re-install Safari 2.0 from your OS Tiger Install disk 1, (see Knowledge base article 301229 for how to just select the Safari Application) without doing a complete system Archive and Install.
4. Create a new Test user account on the system and test how Safari responds in the Test user, see if its a user related issue and not system issue.
5. Still no Safari response? have to do an Archive and install (not preserving user and network settings)article 107120

Issue may be related to actual internet connection connectivity, power cycle cable modem and router or airport if using one as well as the computer(keep unplugged for 3-5 min) and plug the cable modem in and then the router/airport then power on the computer. Do the Airport Admin utiliy (applications, utilities on HD_1)update.
- do a hard reset of airport knowledge base article 108044(Express base) and 107451 (Extreme base)
- Check with internet provider for connection issues "cannot find server" ect.

Running FOXFIRE 6.0 on a Windows 7system and when I go to Sync I can not find the option of adding another device. Where is it?

Trying to sync another computer to sync, but going from Tools to Options to Sync I can not find the Add A Device choice. have looked everywhere but can not find the frame that allows me to enter the codes from the second computer. Have installed the sync function on the first computer and have received a sync key.
What am I missing and where do I find "Add A Device"?

Thanks for trying to help solve a problem in Foxfire's sync function. I guess I haven't done a very good job describing the problem so I'll try again.
My desktop computer is running Windows 7 and Foxfire 6.0. I had no problem establishing a sync account and obtaining the Foxfire Sync Key. Now I would like to sync my Asus Eee Transformer Tablet running Android 3.2 and Foxfire 3 (for Android). On the tablet I go to Sync, then Connect, and get the three-box code to be entered on the desktop computer where the sync account was established. So far, so good.
I then go back to the desktop computer and in Foxfire click Tools, then Options, then click on the Sync symbol, then click on Set Up Foxfire Sync, which is the only option available. I am then taken to a page with two options: Create A New Account, or Connect. sunce I have already created an account I click on Connect. I then get a page with a three box code and am told to go to the other device (the tablet) and select Add A Device. Unfortunately, on the tablet the only choices available are Sync and connect, which returns a three box code. No where can I find a page or an option fo Add A Device and enter the three box code.
So, in summary, I can not find w page to Add A Device and enter the three box code on either the desktop computer or the tablet. If all else fails, I guess I can go back to day one and establish a new sync account on the desktop computer, or completely give up on the sync, which is a nice feature but one that doesn't work.

I don't know which button I have pushed, but I can't find the option "Basic" anymore. I can see the options "Histogram", "Tone Curve" etc. But I can't find "Basic". I'm more or less a beginner with Lightroom, and I would be very grateful if someone could help me find it. This problem almost drives me crazy. :-P

Where can I find the options for usetopicformat? It appears that usetopicformat="0" (I'm formatting breadcrumb placeholders) ignores the style sheet and uses the settings in the rh-placeholder string).
I'd like to put settings in a style sheet. But changing to usetopicformat = "1" doesn't seem to help.
Are these "advanced" codes documented anywhere?
The full context is: I'm using a fixed position on the screen so the breadcrumb doesn't scroll (which works) but the classes in the style sheet are ignored.

As far as I have found, using the topic style prevents Robo from using it’s own styling for the breadcrumbs. But I saw that it also adds the class ‘breadcrumbs’ to the paragraph holding the breadcrumbs. So you should be able to use the following CSS selector to style the placeholder:

You would need to get the IP address of your printer then manually add a network print queue.
To get the IP address, on the control panel of your printer, press on Setup > Network Setup > TCP/IP > View/Set IP address.
