Wireless -- how to find a public accesspoint

i have a wireless mini_pci builtin in my laptop and configured the modules (orinoco_pci) fine; with iwconfig i can find out that it works fine --- i also tried successfully to have a laptop to laptop connection configured with iwconfig commands
now to larger things:
i want to try out connecting to a public accesspoint ... the funny thing is: people using this way to connect to internet told me i can go to control panel in my windows and search for the accesspoint --- the thing is: i have no windows running on this laptop; only archlinux :-) .. but want to search for it in the same way
=> how do you search for available accesspoints on archlinux?

ok, i tried ... but now i'm at home and probably there is no public accesspoint around --- but the feedback i got from kismet is not so clear:

are not so "positive" feedback from kismet i think ... is this normal?
after this run i can see in iwconfig something changed:

you can use HOLIDAY_CALENDAR_GET FM to get the holiday calendar id .
Then pass that calender id and date to FM HOLIDAY_CHECK_AND_GET_INFO.

How to find the oracle public repo

Hi,
I found the link to the OVM 2.2.1 public repo somewhere on the internet: http://public-yum.oracle.com/repo/OracleVM/OVM2/2.2.1/base/
However, I want to know how to find above link by browsing oracle.com? I spend almost an hour looking for it on oracle.com but did not come across this link. Is it THAT difficult to browse oracle website? OR Am I doing/missing some stupid thing?
This is just to make sure in future I don't want to google to check the oracle public repo.

Remove your IMEI number. That's irrelevant, and you can't track an iPhone that way anyways. Plus, you just revealed personal information to the public. Bad idea.
Contact local law enforcement and your wireless carrier. Not sure why you couldn't use Find My iPhone, since it works anywhere there's wi-fi or a cellular service.

How to find a specific word in sentence in each line and output will show start from the beginning from specific word plus with small description from each sentence?
For example: I need to find a "+Wednesday+" and "+Thursday+" word in each sentence by line by line from "myfile.txt".

On your iPhone, go to Settings, General, About, and scroll down. You'll find IMEI number there.

As for your original question, there is no direct way to do it.
Especially not the way you phrased it,
since objects don't have "names".
Applications also don't have "names".
They have classes and instances.
Also, there are 2 related issues, and I'm not sure which one is the one you asked.
#1. Finding the number of references to the same object.
Eg.
Map<String,String> a = new HashMap<String,String>();
Map<String,String> b = new HashMap<String,String>();
Map<String,String> c = a;In this case, there are only 2 objects.
The first object has (at least) 2 references pointing to it.
The second object has (at least) 1 reference pointing to it.
(There may be more, if the HashMap library keeps
references to these things, or if the HashMap object has
some internal cyclic references...)
If you're asking this, then it can't be done.
It's an active research topic in universities
and software research labs, called "alias analysis".
Type it in google, and you'll see people are working hard
and having little success so far.
#2. Finding the number of instances created from a class.
In this case, what you have to do is to add a counter to
the constructor of the class. Every time an object is constructed,
you increment the counter. Like this:
   class MyClass
       public static int counter = 0;
       public MyClass( ) { counter++; }
    // Then later in your program, you can do this:
    MyClass a = new MyClass();
    MyClass b = new MyClass();
    System.out.println(MyClass.counter); // It should show 2Note: you won't be able to do this to every class in the system.
For every class you care about, you have to modify its constructor.
Also: when an object is deleted, you won't always know it
(and thus you won't always be able to decrement the counter).
Finalizers cannot always work (read Joshua Bloch's
"Effective Java" book if you don't believe me), but basically
(1) finalizers will not always be called, and
(2) finalizers can sometimes cause objects to not be deleted,
and thus the JVM will run out of memory and crash

You can dispute any charges by doing an Arbitration or Mediation. I have never done it, so I can not help much there but this all may get you started.

How to find out which object on a JPanel was clicked...

I have a JPanel that contains about 200 other small JPanels(only 8 are visible at any one time), and a JButton(with Visible set to false).
When one of the small JPanels is rightclicked i want to know which one was clicked so I can add the JButton to it (set theJButton Visible on the JPanel that was rightclicked). When the JButton is clicked, it will hide the JPanel it was on and hide itself again.
I added a MouseListener(MousePressed) to the main Jpanel but I dont know how to find out which of the smaller JPanels was clicked. I would Also need to know how (in the ActionEvent for the JButton) the JButton knows which JPanel it is on so it knows which one to delete.

That will make the row visible, but not answer whether it was visible
in the first place. Try something like:

Dear gurus,
I need to replicate ‘Warn about changes’ functionality in a certain case.
In my case page A displays view object VO1 in a tabular form, each record having a link in column ‘type’ that takes navigation to page B.
On page B the user changes the type to a new value using a pick list and submits a page B, then clicks Apply button that takes him back to page A with the new value for type brought from page B.
Now page A has a new value for type. Not committed yet. I need to show a warning popup message (similar to seeded ‘Warn about changes’ message) if a user navigates out of page A now.
I am thinking about using javascript to show the popup message. I will use the condition whether VO1 is dirty or not. But I don’t know how to track the fact that I navigated out of page A. Does anybody know how to find out is navigation out of the current page did occur?

as there are links on the table from where you are navigating...set the fireaction property to fire an event say
"click". grab that event in contoller.
Controller code:

this means you are navigating out of page A.
now invoke a method in AM to check if VO is dirty or not and if it dirty then throw an exception on page rather than pop_up.
