I am trying to access the Wisconsin State tax form on Wisconsin.gov, and I am unable to access it. I installed the program that they suggest and it still doesn't come up. It is: 2013 Form 1A.

    What email client? What version of Reader (I can only assume you even have Reader at this point)?
    Please wait? I'm sure it says more than that, right?
    Have you tried simply saving the PDF (it IS a PDF correct?) to your desktop and opening it from there?
    Did you get this form from the IRS or did it come from somewhere else? If the IRS again, what version of Reader?

  • Adobe reader does not always down load IRS and state tax forms.

    Can I pay for the Adobe Reader service so it will always download the Fed and state tax returns in  PDF format.  Now, most of the time nothing happens even though I have Adobe Reader X.   go on line, bring up the form and then  no matter what I do nothing prints.
    You can always send an E mail to [email protected] as I am not sure I will be able to find this forum.

    Adobe Reader is a free software to view, print and collaborate on PDF files.
    There is no paid version of it.
    Are you able to download the tax returns? If yes, are the downloaded files in PDF format?
    Try to open PDF files in Adobe Reader and try to print it. What happens when you try to do it?
    Also can you try to open any pdf using your Web Browser, ex- http://www.education.gov.yk.ca/pdf/pdf-test.pdf ant try printing it.

  • Minnesota state tax forms do not have scroll arrows or bar.

    I have no problem with the tax site for Federal forms using Firefox. I have no problem with the state tax site if I use Internet Explorer.

    There definitely are differences in the 2 images. I have attached an image below (the one on the left below) with the differences highlighed. The greyed-out top arrow, no bottom arrow, and no "slider" in the portion on the left (scroll bar portion of the first image in my previous post) make the scroll bar un-usable. The portion on the right (scroll bar portion of the second image in my previous post) shows non-greyed arrows at the top and the bottom and a "slider" so that the scroll bar is usable.

    IE Tab Plus is really a very simple extension. It has one function: open a tab in Firefox and use the Internet Explorer rendering engine to display a web page within Firefox. For that reason, you MUST keep IE updated and use the current version for your own protection and security.

    #A copy of the icon in View > Toolbars > Customize that you can drag to your toolbar (after setting the options)
    #An image of the Status Bar icon, the drop-down instructions that will show when resting the cursor on the Status Bar icon, and the pop-up that will show when right-clicking the Status Bar icon
    #Images of the settings that I use for each of the four tabs in the IE Tab Plus options window (Tools > Add-ons, click on IE Tab Plus, click Options).

  • How do I add a tax form field to a tax form magnetic tape structure?

    I'm in version ECC 6.0:
    I copied SAP's tax form HR_F_1099R_TAPE and created ZHR_F_1099R_TAPE, bringing in all the entries. 
    The only change to ZHR_F_1099R_TAPE is to add tax form fields T102 (STATE withholding) to position 139 and T103 (STATE tax) to position 151.  However, when I run PU19 the values are blank. All other fields are populated as expected.
    If I stick in T002 (FED tax) and T004 (FED withholding) into positions 151 and 139  I have no issues, but I need state not federal.
    What step am I missing to get the T102 and T103 to show in my magnetic tape structure output? 
    The PDF form works brings in P103 and P102 instead of T103 and T102, but the P's don't work either for the mag media.
    Please help.

    Tax Form Field T102 pulls from Tax Form Group 0001, and the same for Tax Form Field T103.
    On the magnetic tape structure, my entry is as follows:
    03     Payee "B" Record     139     Payment Amount 8     T102
    03     Payee "B" Record     151     Payment Amount 9     T103
    I'm using the take from field option.

       Can anyone tell me how to see the mapping betw the Tax Form fields and the Tax Form in pdf format. For example in Quarterly State Unemployment form, I have a Tax Form field T003. How can I map this field to a particular field in the Tax Form in pdf format ?

    To use the Tax form field say T003 in PDF,  there check box 'Form Processing Indicator' should be checked then only the field is available in PDF to be linked.   • Tax Reporter-Nonexistent evaluation rule for tax form group'

    Hi,
    In ECC 6.0 upgrading testing, I get a configuration error message 'Nonexistent evaluation rule for tax form group' when I try to run a W2 statement.
    How can i fix this?
    We plan to generate statements in sap script not Adobe.

    ECC 6.0 defaults forms to PDF with effiective date of 01/01/2005; the sapscript forms in table T5UX7 has to delimited with valid dates.

  • Tax Form - W2  - MMREF - Field - T101

    Hi ,
    We are trying out the new W2 - MMREF Form for Connecticut.
    And we need to enter the State Employer Account Number in the RS record  in location 248 - 267.
    The corresponding  field in V_T51T3 is mapped to "T101"
    How can we set the value of  "T101"

    I don't know how to map T101.  But, you could use the "Maintain additional information for tax reporting" configuration under the "Tax Form Definition" node.  Enter your account number in here.  Then, change your mag media definition to use T5UX9-FLDXX (where XX is the field number in your config) instead of T101.

    Where can I view and configure the tax form class variant? When I use tax reporter, I don't know how it is defaulted with form HR_F_W2. I guess it is done by the variant for tax form classes, right?
    For 2006, I want to use the form HR_F_W2_01 for tax reporter. How could this be done?

    For country US. Goto IMG & do the settings as below
    SPRO->Payroll->Payroll:USA->Tax Reporter->Tax Form Defination->Define original tax forms. Execute this & then choose tax form HR_F_W2 . Click on that & double click on the left hand side on issuing tax forms. Here in alternate form insert a new entry with HR_F_W2_01.
    So when you run PU19 for W2 - Wage and Tax statement. This HR_F_W2_01 will be displayed along with other forms.

  • Help can't open WI tax forms

    I can't seem to open the WI tax forms online - I live out of state so is essential that I can open them but they either tell me that I need to download version 9.1 or that there is an Invalid enumerated value: validationState. The fault occurred on line 147524.  I have uninstalled my adobe reader, reinstalled an older version; updated to a newer version...pretty much exhausted everything.  I was able to open Iowa tax forms online (they did have slight glitch at first but then it worked).  Here is a screenshot of what I get:

  • IPhone Developer Banking/Tax Form issues:  W8BEN, GST506E and SWIFT CODE

    Hey guys,
    I am new to this entire iphone development thing and having a hard time with this whole Banking/Tax Information process. I have a few questions I'd like to ask:
    1) I cannot for the life of me see a link anywhere on iTunes Connect to fill out an SS-4 or a W8BEN. Many have done so and even Apple's FAQ includes instructions and locations of these links for the forms. The FAQ also states that the W8BEN form must be done through Apple if being completed the first time and then mailed to update. I have looked all over but could not find it. I have heard rumours on other forums that W8BEN is no longer needed. Can this be confirmed?
    Does anyone know if I am still required to fill the W8BEN form out?
    2) Regarding the GST506E form, I have filled out the Legal Name portion with my legal name (including middle name), which I use for most of my legal documents in Canada, however my paid contract has already been electronically signed with my name (without the middle name). Will this provide an issue to the entire process?
    3) Similar to the missing W8BEN form, I did not find a place to enter my SWIFT CODE when filling out the banking information. At the moment the Banking info is frozen in place for "24 hours", waiting for the tax forms to come in. Is this still necessary?
    4) Does Apple have a number I can reach them at with regards to these issues I am having? The only place I can turn to is [email protected], but these guys have not emailed me back in almost a week. I have also tried [email protected] and [email protected], no luck either.
    I apologize for the long post, but this entire process is getting too frustrating and I am hoping someone here know the answers.

    Thanks a lot for your post! I've been worrying they did not receive my info since they did not reply in any way. We'll see once the next payments come. I think they at least should have emailed me confirmation that the message was received. The same way they work with technical requests.

  • Acrobat 8 Standard - Printing Tax Forms in Black - No Forms Toolbar

    I have filled out some tax forms in Acrobat 8 Standard, however, the font color for the filled out text is blue, and thus prints as a hard-to-read grey when printing on the laser printer.  I've searched and the standard advice seems to be to use the forms toolbar to change the font color, but when I go to View -> Toolbars, there is no option for the Forms toolbar.
    Is there any way I can get this damned text to print as black?  Seems kinda silly to have a form fill-out function that you can't print the result of!

    But something a little more important than how to do it is why is it so hard to find? I'm sure there are many more people out there who can't find this and I think it's because it's hard to find. The intuitive functionality, offered by the Properties Bar in Acrobat, called the Control bar in Illustrator, and the Options bar in Photoshop. Acrobat also appears to be the only one in that list that doesn't contain a secondary tool pallet for each function offered by the Properties bar, found in the Window menu.
    I've been through everything Tina looked at and most of them seemed like they should contain the font color, although I couldn't find the Document Colors Option. And if it turned out that you can't edit the color, why would it pick red?
    So my two questions are, why is this solution so hard to find?
    How do you change the default font color so you don't need the Properties bar?

    we have issue while creating Sales Order with picking up of State tax
    for Ship-to-party & Sold-to-party.

    suppose to pick? Because the partner is marked as tax exemption</b>.

    What do you mean by "It is picking up state tax"? Does it mean that in the pricing procedure it is picking up a condition type which is meant for state tax?
    If so go and check the condition record meant for it. Follow the following steps
    1) Go to Sales order
    2) Select the line item for which the state tax is being picked.
    3) In the condition tab select analysis.
    4) In Analysis you shall find the condition type meant for state tax.
    5) See which condition record has been found.
    6) Go to VK12, enter the state tax condition type and check the condition record for that state tax.
    7) If wrong correct it.
    8) If anything else come back to the post and inform the details

    Just came back from vacation and saw your thread (which should have been posted in the HRP HCM Payroll North America forum).  We applied SAPKE60061 in late November and the Canadian YE Note in mid-December and didn't come across that problem, but then again we don't have any Quebec employees.
    What version are you on ?
