With java how to call a function offered by user32.dll?

Hi,everyone.
Please think about my question.Now i want to retrieve all the user's
information in NT OS.will it be possible? could it be done by calling a method
of dll? i have tried to define a native method,but i got java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkerror when i execute the class, what will be the problem?
can you please offer me a piece of code like it. but the dll should be available with the OS,such as user32.dll,kernal32.dll ...ect, not the one using jni to generate.

to generate.You cannot directly call C functions in this way. You have to use JNI. Have your native method written to normal JNI standards call the functions in the OS. Your native method will also have to take care of creating the data structures needed to make the OS call and also creating the Java data structure you want to return.

You have to use the Call Library Function Node to call Windows API functions. The animatewindow function itself has some pretty simple parameters. You first need to get the window handle. There are a set of Windows API Function Utilities (32-bit) for LabVIEW that you can use. In there there is a VI (Get Window Refnum) that gets the window handle. It's a simple call to a Windows API function. You would call the animatewindow function in the same way. In this case there are 3 parameters: the window handle (returned by a FindWindow API call), a DWORD (32-bit integer) for the duration, and another DWORD for the flags.

You need to use the syntax "{call <procedure_name>}".
The {call } syntax tells the OLE DB provider that it needs to translate the call into whatever the database's procedure calling syntax is. This means that even though different databases have different syntax for calling stored procedures, your OLE DB code can be run against any of them without changing.

I have a question about using tags.
I have a java file,which has a function. Now I want to call this function into my JSP page.
I'm using JSP 1.2 and TOMCAT 4.1 with Java2 SDK.
I search through the web and find a method to do this.Bu it requires JSP 2.0
But I try that in my machine(using JSP 1.2).It gives an error:

Yes. As serlank showed, you can just call the function easily in scriptlet tags
However the whole point of a tag library is to avoid the use of scriptlets.
Seeing as you can't use functions, is just to do it as a standard tag.

How to call a function with generic table parameter

I need to call function module RSAR_ODS_API_GET (from BW). It recive an internal table with request ids and should return in E_T_DATA "unstructured" data from the psa and in E_T_RSFIELDTXT the description of the data structure, I guess
from sap help only thing I have reggarding how to use the function module is :
"You can call up the function module RSAR_ODS_API_GET with the list of request IDs given by the function module RSSM_API_REQUEST_GET. The function module RSAR_ODS_API_GET no longer recognizes InfoSources on the interface, rather it recognizes the request IDs instead. With the parameter I_T_SELECTIONS, you can restrict reading data records in the PSA table with reference to the fields of the transfer structure. In your program, the selections are filled and transferred to the parameter I_T_SELECTIONS.
The import parameter causes the function module to output the data records in the parameter E_T_DATA. Data output is unstructured, since the function module RSAR_ODS_API_GET works generically, and therefore does not recognize the specific structure of the PSA. You can find information on the field in the PSA table using the parameter E_T_RSFIELDTXT."
unfortunately I when running de report bellow, I get a dump which says:
Function parameter "E_DATA" is unknown
in the definition of the interface E_DATA has no type, which means it can recive any table type, right?
So I have two questions?
1) How to get the code working
2) How do I use the parameter E_T_RSFIELDTXT to parse the data returned in E_DATA
by debuging RSSM_API_REQUEST_GET for this code I found it try to put an internal table with the struct of the database table /BIC/B0000151000 in E_DATA

I would try to take an aproach where I'll generate a stub for the WSDL in JDeveloper, and also write a
Java class that calls this stub and return a simple variable (String, int, or boolean).
Then I would call this class from Forms.
I believe this would make it easier.

In PL/SQL function can be used just about anywhere where an expression (with the same data type that the function returns). Arpit gave a very common example.
Here's another example, where all the functions take a single NUMBER argument and return a NUMBER, so they can all be used in places where NUMBERs are used:

    WHERE   column_z = fun_e (ROUND ((fun_f (3), fun_g (4)));You call a function simply by using its name, followed by its argument list, if any.
If the function is in a package, you must call it with the package name, like "pk_foo.bar (1, 2, 3)", unless the call comes from within the same package.
If the function is owned by someone else, you must give the owner name, like "scott.bar (SYSDATE)" or "scott.pk_foo.bar (1, 2, 3)". You can create synonyms to avoid having to name the owner.
