WM - LX22 : unlock inventory cleared

Hi all
I got an old inventory document (dated 2006 ! ) , with the status cleared (see in LX22).
That inventory document is blocking all the storage bins concerned by this old invenory document.
I want to unlock those storage bins, in order to do the inventory of 2007. How can I do ?
Thanks all
Mathieu PAINEAU

Hi Mathieu,
did you check value for field LQUA-SKZSI ?  Maybe it was not cleared correctly... pls. have a look at Oss note 824904 maybe this is the problem you're experiencing.
Pls. reward if useful.
Best regards,
Enrico

I have given an old iphone4 to a friend in need.  It is in her possession.  I am trying to unlock...when I go to find my it under my devices it is not included to unlock it.  In the meantime she cannot clear it without my clearing it...she went into an apple store and was told I have to clear it, I talked to verizon...they said she may have to mail it back to me...as I cannot seem to connect it with the right email.and password.  What can I do?

The "If you no longer have your iOS device" section of What to do before selling or giving away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch may help.

  • Config Manager Agent - after Hardware Inventory High CPU Usage with WMIPRSVE and very fast empty Battery

    Hi there,
since a few days there is on some machines (40-60) a high cpu usage on one core (quad core cpu machines) with the WMIPRSVE.EXE if the HARDWARE INVENTORY CYCLE started.
i try out some tests, read some forum articles and troubleshooting the WMI management but a real problem i doesn´t see.
in some articles i read that hardware inventory runs about minutes up to more hours but some machines runs longer, someone more as 1 day.
here an example of mine PC:
at 8:07 i started Hardware Inventory Cycle, in the InventoryAgent.log i can see that some Collection Namespace are captured.
after a few minutes there stopped and does nothing round about 5.9 hours or better, after 21436.097 Seconds.
For any hints i am grateful. :)

Looks like something in one or both of those wmi queries.  it goes from 8:10:03 to 14:06:43 right around there.  6 hours to do that...
try running those queries from wbemtest manually; and see which one just never finishes.

  • No accts maintained for company code clearing between comp.cds

    Hi All,
I have the following issue when trying to carry out inventory clearing using LI21.
When I carry this out for Plant B all is OK.
When I try it for Plant 'A' I get the following error.
No accts maintained for company code clearing between comp.cds A and B.
When I clear inventory from plant A why would the system look at plant B?
This does not occur when clearing from plant 'B'.
I am convinced it must be a WM setup issue, but could be FI.
I am not a WM guy but need to resolve this issue.
    Thanks
    Stuart

In LI21 system will pick up the quantity from storage type 999.
It will clear this storage type and tie up the WM-IM stock for a particular plant.
This error message which u have mentioned usually comes when u are doing a stock transfer between 2 plants in different company codes.
system looks for a GL account in transaction type BUV in tcode OBYA.
    Check this setting also .

Which seems the Inventory is completing as expected, but is not being sent on to the Management Point.
When I check the MP_Hinv.log files on the Management Point, I don't see this computer name in there to show that it is processing this computer that has been sent.
I also checked the IIS logs from the MP, and I am getting alot of the following errors:
    2014-08-11 23:59:30 10.1.1.122 BITS_POST /CCM_Incoming/{A4F4B1A2-BD24-4919-A761-34CB1C22616D} (bits_error:{7886667F-116E-4573-A267-74AC36B425FB},403,0x80070005) 443 - 10.240.9.105 Microsoft+BITS/7.5 403 0 0 35
The last data that has been successfully inventoried was in 22nd of May. It seems that the intory is being completed by the client, but not being sent back to the Management Point?

    Hi,
    0x80070005 = Access denied
C:\Windows\System32\CCM\Logs\DataTransferService.log – This is probably where you’re going to find an error.  Look for an error containing something like:
CDTSJob::JobError : DTS Job ID= { GUID } . If you receive this error, you can be fairly sure that the transfer failed.
Bitsadmin /list /allusers – Bitsadmin is a useful utility for manipulating and troubleshooting BITS transfers. Open up a command prompt and type
    bitsadmin /list /allusers or bitsadmin /list /allusers /verbose > bitslog.txt.

I have check the MP_HINV.log and the inventory infotmation is not collected. When I check the Badmifs folder, I do see them in D:\SCCM\inboxes\auth\dataldr.box\BADMIFS\NonExistentRow folder.
Why do these files get collected in NonExistentRow folder. How do I go ahead with this?

  • SW Inventory not running

I have about 100+ plus machines that are no longer running their software inventory.       They all seem to have the same data in InventoryAgent.log.    I don't know why it is saying VirtualServer when these

What leads you to believe that software inventory is not working?
I setup SW inventory to run every 7 days.  I then ran a SQL query that showed me all machines that have not run a SW inventory in 8 days or more.   I had 95 machines.   I then started the Resource Explorer on a handful of these
machines and it too showed the SW inventory had not run for far more than 7 days.   All of these machines appear in the Collection has healthy which is what is throwing me off.   What also throws me off is in c:\windows\ccm\logs I
see 15+ log files that have  been written too "today".  I have not gone through all of them yet.
Am I chasing a red herring or do I have something to worry about based on the SQL query and Resource Explorer?  Note, all of these machines are desktop and are "usually" left on.
    Thanks.

  • Inventory revaluation accounting

    Hi All
I have to revalue an item in a specific warehouse, i set accounting in warehouse GL Decreasing Account = Stock in trade
and GL Increasing Account= Inventory Clearing Account. But when I am entering transaction, system creating JE
    Stock in trade = Debit
    Stock in trade = Credit
    While it should be
    Stock in trade = Credit
    Inventory Clearing Account = Debit
while i selected same accounts in transaction at row level , any one have any idea?
    Thanks

One side of this entry will always be stock, you have the option to have your expense (write off) and income (write on) coding to different accounts. If you have set your decrease account to stock, the entry you described is what you will get:
    ie increase in valuation:
    Dr Stock
    Cr   Income
    Decrease in valuation
    Dr Expense
    Cr   Stock

  • Software Inventory - File Types Question / Issue

    Hello,
I am having an issue at my site that I hope someone can help me out with.  Basically, my office is currently undergoing a software audit and they have something connected to my SCCM 2012 SP1 environment that is reading software inventory.  To save
the boring details, they told me that I needed to go into the Software Inventory and under the file types, add *.exe with all other settings as default.
My manager did not want to turn this on for the entire company immediately so he asked that I target the IT department for this change during the afternoon.  So I created a new policy with only Software Inventory withthe settings that the auditor told
me to put and scheduled it to run daily at 2:00 PM with start date of today.  I then deployed this to a preexisting Collection that had all IT computers in it.  I completed this task by 11:00 AM, figuring that has given me plenty of time to allow
for the policy to filter down.  I forced a Machine Policy refresh on a few machines.
So at about 2:30 PM, I checked my InventoryAgent.log and nothing.  It doesn't appear to have run at all.  I began to do some research and found that I had to turn on a series of items in Asset Intelligence > Edit Inventory Class, which I did.
I then refreshed my policies manually and then triggered the Software Inventory manually.  I watched the log again and got this

No change in about an hour since then.
Did I do something wrong?  Is there something that I am missing?  Any assistance would be helpful.
    Thank you in advance.

I began to do some research and found that I had to turn on a series of items in Asset Intelligence > Edit Inventory Class, which I did.
Software Inventory and Asset intelligence (hardware inv.) are unrelated. Just be patient - it might take some time.

  • Clear difference for blocked stock in LI21

    Hi Gurus,
I try to clear difference for blocked stock in LI21, an error will show up saying 'reason for movement xxxx not supported ' but  in OMBS, reasons for movement type 711 and 712 are maintained correctly.
also , for unrestricted use stock, clearing difference can be performed well. do you know what's the problem . thank you in advance!
    BR,
    Dragsky

    Dragsky
    Hi
Firstly 711 and 712 are not 'reasons for movements' they are Movement types and they are used to write 0ff (711) and write on (712) stock via a stock count (physical inventory)
    In the configuration in
Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management > Activities > Physical Inventory > Clear differences (Interface to Inventory Management) and then select the top one - MM-IM Movement types for clearing inventory.
Yoe will see in the SAP standard that 711 and 712 are for unrestricted stock
You need to copy the rest for your warehouse with Category Q, R and S which are different movement types (713 to 718)
This means that you can clearBlocked stock with movement types 717 and 718.
    I hope that this helps

  • Open Payable,Receivable & Trial Balance!!

    Hi Guys,
I need your help in Trial Balances.
Our company has aquired a small firm which does not use Oracle ERP.
Now we are planning to merge them under Oracle EBS.
My question is what information do we need to bring related to their
trail balances so that we can reconcile GL with AP,AR & INV.
    1) Open Sales Invoices
    2) Open Payable
    3) Advance Payment
is there any GL component related to this to be brought in??
    Thanks in advance
    Prashant Pathak

    1) Open & Pending PO
No Accounting impact unless you have encumbrance. So you do not have to worry. The only thing you need to worry about is definition of open PO. If PO is received but not yet billed you ought to have accrual balance in your old system (assuming accrual basis of accounting). If you convert these POs, when invoice is matched to this PO (this is no receiving expected as goods are in inventory or consumed), you have to make sure to use the accrual account (it should default). It is kind of a mess as you have to train people carefully to look for holds, which one is received earlier which one is received now and so on. Ideally the value of these POs+AP invoice value conversion with the accrual account should match with you accrual balance in your GL conversion.
    2) Open & Pending SO
    No accounting impact.
    3) Open & Pending AR,AP Invoices ( may be we might close Open invoice's in old system)
AP for liability and distribution accounts, I think you should use actual liability account and reclassify later in GL (reclassify the one that was converted in GL) and for the charge account, you should use dummy accounts as the account could be accrual or actual department charge account. As this will be coming in GL, just make sure that the values match.
    4) Open & Pending Receipt
Not sure whether you will be using a dummy bank account or actual one (accounting for cash and clearing are derived from the receipt classes) for converting these receipts. If cash gets converted in the GL into actual cash account (sensitive topic and highly individualistic to each implementation), then you have to use dummy cash account. If not in GL you have to use dummy cash account.
    5) Customer
    No accounting impact
    6) Vendor
    No accounting impact
    7) Item
    No accounting impact
    8) On Hand Inv ( what about the cost of this inventory? How do we tackle this in GL?)
In inventory when we covert we have no choice in choosing the material account (inventory account) as it is taken from organization (average cost) or subinventory (standard cost) so on. Hence we cannot change that. The only thing we can change is the account we pass while doing on-hand conversion. Usually we call this guy as Inventory Clearing account. Depending on your set up (different inventory accounts for different organizations) you have to use different clearing accounts.
So in inventory conversion you generate
    Dr Inventory account
    Cr Inventory Clearing Account.
In GL you bring in the value of inventory account into Inventory clearing account. When you transfer from inv to gl, clearing account gets squared off.
    Thanks
