Work centres for employee of more than one plant

Hello experts
I have a question regarding work centres. Our department is managing a pool of workers which consist of employee from more than one plant. Somebody had made experience concerning this issue?
Furthermore we have to manage external workers as capacity. How can I build up this in SAP?

if you want one employee to work in different companies on different assignments you support use (MGE and CE concept)

Material has more than one plant, only show the price for the first on

I am having the standard price for the material with the different plants ,I am seeing only one Material and Standard price(if a material has more than one plant, only show the price for the first one In the report ):
plant :de87 Material: 60020601 Standard price: 1237.00
plant:PT01 Material :60020601 Standard price: 634.00
In the report I am seeing DE87 with the standard price :1237.00 .
I am extracting from the 0MATERIAL_ATTR
Please help me how can I display all plants with the material and std price. In my data source there is no PLANT

Report is running on 0MATERIAL(Transactional master data),Data sourc: 0MATERIAL_ATTR,
We are having the standard price in the 0MATERIAL ,(Standard price is combination of plant and Material) .Plant is not available in the material,so in the report its displaying only first result
plant :de87 Material: 60020601 Standard price: 1237.00 --->Displaying this
plant:PT01 Material :60020601 Standard price: 634.00
In the above we are having the same material but different plant and different standard price. so I need to display the both in the report.

In Customer Material Info record I want a option of more than one plant. Right now I can enter only one plant in customer material info record. What can I do to have a option of more than one plant in customer material info record.

hello, friend.
as i understand, you would want options for more than one plant (to choose from) and not to restrict the number of choices.
for practical reasons, you can only enter 1 (standard) plant in the customer-material info record. nevertheless, you can enter a different plant in the customer master, and another plant in the material master.
when you process the sales order, you can change the plant to any other choices, even those not included in the customer-material or customer master data, as long as these plant choices and your customer are assigned the same distribution channel. of course, your material should also be extended to these plants.

in mm01 u can extent the material for new plant
first creat all the views say purchasing accounting basic view etc for one plant
the go to MM01 put same materal code and select the views purchasing and accounting
now put the other plant number
enter
and put the purchasing and valuation class etc asd save
thuis u can extend the material to other plant
reward if usefull

Spatial index creation for table with more than one geometry columns?

I have table with more than one geometry columns.
I'v added in user_sdo_geom_metadata table record for every column in the table.
When I try to create spatial indexes over geometry columns in the table - i get error message:

Hi Sharan,
As Ashok has guided you is perfect way to get the list.
You further can do is in QP03 press the F4 help for the field "Group" and then set the search option as "Search Using Material".
The same list you will get from MAPL.
It will give you the material assignment to the task list group counter combination whether it will be single assignment or multiple it will give you the list. Then you should use the short/filter commands eithere on SAP screen or after downloading it in excel.
Unfortunately there is no such STD list available that can give you only those who are having multiple assignment.

Multiple addons will not work, firefox will not open more than one window

Here's the problem: when certain addons (such as Morning Coffee, Fire.fm, Thumbstrips, Colourzilla, and others) are enabled on my firefox, it won't open more than one window. Additionally, some of these won't work at all (the first three listed). I know similar questions have been asked before, and the answer given was to disable the add-ons in question. However, I would love to actually be able to *use* them.
Anyone know how I might be able to fix things so that the addons work, and firefox isn't disabled in any way?

Report Painter - Format group for columns in more than one section

How do have different decimals for columns in different sections.
For. e.g I have three sections
one for quantity (I do not need decimals)
two for dollars (I do not need decimals)
three for formula dollar upon quantity (I need to have two decimals)
I made format group 0 (with no decimals) for first two sections and format group 1 (with two decimals) for the last section.
4.6c does not consider format group 1 and makes every section look alike with format group 0 i.e, no decimals.
How to overcome this?

I replied earlier but after reading you post several times I realized that I probably misunderstood what you want. This is what I now understand. You have several resources, each of who may work on various parts of design tasks, assembly tasks, and test
tasks. For example, let's say your resources are Joe, Bill & Tom. Joe is assigned to a design and test task, Bill is assigned to an assembly and test test task and Tom is assigned to a design task, an assembly task and a test task (Tom is very versatile).
You would like to see a report showing just the assembly tasks and the amount of work each of the three resources is assigned on those tasks.
Assuming the above is a correct interpretation, you will need to employ three processes, some VBA, grouping and filtering.
1. First, designate a custom text field for group identification (e.g. use Task Text1 to enter "design", "assembly", or "test" for each task)
2. In order to use grouping and filtering effectively, you will need to translate the Task Text1 information to the Assignment Text1 field. To do that, go to the MVP website at: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm, and run the macro in FAQ 37.
3. Now go to the Task Usage view and set up a group with Text1 as the first group by element and Name as the second group by element. Check the box to group assignments and not tasks. Then select "assignment" for field type of the second element
(i.e. Name).
4. Apply the group
5. To show only the work hours for each resource in a specific group, autofilter on the desired group. Note, if you do not run the macro to populate the Assignment Text1 field with the Task Text1 field, the filter will yield nothing.

2 Role each one with it own Access Policy to provision AD resource
case 1: if we request one Role at time by Catalog, no approval is required
case 2 if we assign both Roles at same time by Catalog, one Request that requires approval il generated
Questions:
1. Is it default behavior?
2. Is it possibile to avoid approval step for case 2? If yes, is there any side-effects removing the approval step?

It is very much possible. Configure that settings in the IMG path
SPRO -> Logistics - General -> Tax on Goods Movements -> India -> Basic Settings -> Maintain Series Groups
Click on new entries and enter 122 and assign excise registration 12 to it.

Somewhere it say I can install and activate on two computers but only run the applications on one computer at the time.
On antother place I read that I can use the applications on two computers at the same time.

You appear to want to believe that because you think you have a way of getting around the agreement without being caught it would be okay to do. You are bound to the agreement if you purchase the subscription. Do you understand what intentionally (and with fore-knowledge) failing to honor a contract constitutes?
