I am sorry to say that there is no official article introduce the detailed way to publish a worker role using CLI.

Instructions via cli:
Cisco recommends that a direct CLI console port connection is used to update the controller software.
1. Make sure a TFTP server is available for the Operating System (OS) software download. Also, keep these guidelines in mind when the TFTP server is set up:
If a download is performed through the service port, the TFTP server must be on the same subnet as the service port because the service port is not routable.
If a download is performed through the Distribution System (DS) network port, the TFTP server can be on the same or a different subnet because the DS port is routable.
The TFTP server cannot run on the same computer as the Cisco Wireless Control System (WCS) because WCS and the TFTP server use the same communication port.
2. Download the desired OS software update file from the Cisco website to the default directory on the TFTP server.
3. Log into the WLC CLI.
4. Issue the ping server-ip-address command to verify that the WLC can contact the TFTP server.
5. Issue the transfer download start command and answer n when prompted to view the current download settings.
This example shows the command output:
transfer download start

Run XML Publisher Report via URL (like Oracle Reports)

Is it possible to run xml-publisher report via URL?
In Oracle Reports works this fine:

I was waiting to get home before Tim replied... He got the better of me this time :-)
You say you want to let your users run reports using XMLP just by clicking on an URL same way you do with reports and without having to login. If I got the question right and assuming that:
1.Your company is not overly concerned on who runs what reports
2.Who sees what data
3.Your XMLP installation is on your intranet and firewalled from the outside
What you can do is:
On the main page of your XMLP Enterprise installation you should see a folder called "Guest". Any report you create under this folder is run as user "guest" which means you don't have to authenticate yourself as you would normally do.
I have tested this on my home server and this is what I've done:
1.Logged in as admin or any other user you've created with admin privileges created a report under the "Guest" folder.
2.Copied the URL, on my server it is "http://samba.private.net:15101/xmlpserver/Guest/People/People.xdo"
4.Logged off as admin and pasted the URL to a new browser window
5.Hit return and Voila, my report runs without the need to login to XMLP.

Windows 7 upgrade: discs will include the option for a 32 to 64-bit upgrade via a clean install?

I would like to know whether the Lenovo Windows 7 upgrade discs will include the option for a 32 to 64-bit upgrade via a clean install? I called Mentor today and was told the answer is no, but I was hoping someone here could tell me differently.
If "no" is truly the answer, I would like to voice my complaint: The upgrade discs from Microsoft (i.e. the retail upgrade discs) include both the 32 and 64-bit versions, so I don't completely understand why Lenovo's upgrade program doesn't offer the same thing. I purchased my T500 in August, and back then Vista Ultimate 64 was not offered, so I chose Vista Ultimate 32 thinking that I could later upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate 64. This assumption was based off of the info. on Microsoft's website indicating that all upgrades would contain the 32 and 64-bit versions. I even customized my computer with 4 gigs of RAM thinking that I could take advantage of the extra gig once I installed Windows 7 64.
I don't understand what Lenovo or Mentor Media have to gain by restricting a 32 to 64-bit install. I voiced this opinion to Mentor Media over the phone, who responded by saying that I should be happy since I am receiving a "free" upgrade. I don't think this is an accurate assessment for two reasons: (1) I had to pay $17.03 for shipping, and I still haven't received the upgrade and (2) The total cost of my computer was almost $3,000, and the purchase was made a mere few weeks before Windows 7 was released. $3,000 is a lot of money. I waited for the details of the Windows 7 Upgrade Program to be announced BEFORE purchasing my machine. When I finally bought my computer I accounted Windows 7 into the price I was paying. In addition, when I bought this computer I did so expecting good customer service as a given. Not providing a 64-bit upgrade without a rational explanation as to why does not qualify as appropriate customer service.
As most of you know, 4 gigs of RAM is useless with a 32-bit OS. Also, NOW Lenovo is building new T500s with the option of having Windows 7 Ultimate 64 (why wasn't Vista Ultimate 64 offered when I bought my computer???).  And the price for choosing Windows 7 Ultimate 32 is EQUAL to the price for choosing Windows 7 Ultimate 64, which proves that there is no cost difference. I just want to know what Lenovo has to gain by denying customers a 64-bit upgrade? There would really be no additional cost since as I mentioned before, Microsoft's retail upgrade includes the 32 and 64-bit OS on one disc. If anything I would think that it's costing Lenovo money to strip the 64-bit install from the upgrade discs.
Can anyone please address my problems? Do you think there is anyone at Lenovo I could contact to voice my opinions? I have been a loyal Thinkpad customer for over 5 years now, and I expect better from Lenovo. Thank you for reading!

if your system shipped with a 32-bit version of vista then you will be sent 32-bit windows 7 upgrade media.   the reason for this is two-fold.
first, because this is upgrade media, it's impossible to install a 64-bit version of windows over a 32-bit version.   doing so would require a clean installation and upgrade media simply won't allow this.   this is the case with retail media, too.   if you had 32-bit vista installed and wanted to upgrade it to 64-bit using retail media, you'd have to wipe your system or set up a dual-boot.
second, the COA (certificate of authenticity) on the bottom of your system is for vista.   because of this, your new license is of an upgrade from vista to 7.   this is how microsoft licenses it and it is their policy, not lenovo's.   microsoft's policy with OEMs is that you must install vista first, then upgrade to 7 (unless, of course, you purchased your system native with 7 on or after the 22nd).   since your original lenovo preload is of a 32-bit OS, the issue becomes circular and you'll have to refer again to the first reason.
i understand your frustration and wish this stuff were made easier for everyone.   it's repetative reading post after post of people with 4GB installed who don't understand the limitations of a 32-bit environment. i wish both manufacturers and users switched to 64-bit OSes sooner. the same thing happened when the industry went from 16-bit windows 3.11 to 32-bit windows NT4/95 and limitations went from 16KB all the way up to 4GB (which, in 1995, no one thought we'd ever exceed).   the difference is that people were complaining on BBSes over 14.4k modems instead of on GUI-based forums using broadband connections.   times sure have changed.

Is there a way to add, delete or change a FAC code via CLI in CUCM?

I know how to do it via BAT tool, but I want to do it via CLI(if it's possible).

There are no instructions n how to do this and we do not support doing any kind of changes to the DB via CLI unless instructed by TAC.
If you still want to do so, read the data dictionary for your CUCM version and work your CLI queries, again, if anything happens and the DB becomes corrupted or you have undesired results, we won't provide any level of support.
Previously I mentioned which are the supported methods for adding elements to the DB, I encourage you to use any of them.

Sort order from NAT rules via CLI

im a newbie here and i have my first question. Hope you can help me to find a solution.
Is there a way to change the order of NAT statements via CLI in Cisco ASA IOS 9.1 ?
By ASDM i can change the order and bring them up and down to the place where i must have them, but i found no way to do this via CLI.
Any Ideas?

You would need to remove the NAT statements and then re-add them in the order you want them to appear. The ASDM does it the same way but makes it easier by you just having to move the NAT rule to where you want it and apply...the ASDM does the rest. If you set your ASDM to show the commands before they are applied you will see how the ASDM does this. The setting is under Tool > Preferences and select Preview commands before sending them to the device

Unable to login to ISE 1.2 via Cli

Hi,
I have a weird problem; after changing the default admin password on cli and rebooting the unit; i am no longer able to login via cli. Instead I get the following message:
% Error: Unable to launch ADE-OS shell. Disk full.
The ISE is running 1.2 with patch 3 installed.
If I try to access via web, it is running normally. I was wondering if anyone encounter such issue and any suggestions on how to fix it?

you may be probably hitting one of these two defects.

There are workarounds for these two defects and initially we need to know if it is the problem due to Admin user previleges corruption or issue with MNT DB growing in size and occupying the entire tablespace.
I suspect this could be a Admin privilege corruption and can be fixed with Rescue ISO image.
Can you please raise SR with TAC who can provide you with Rescue ISO image and help you in implementing the workaround.

When in SE80 go to Internet Services, specify an internet service then right click on the service (or template or mime if only one file is to be published) from the tree and select publish. You can specify where to publish to by going to the menu in SE80: Utilities > Settings > Internet Transaction Server tab > Publish tab.

Apple does not upgrade parts of a machine - they'll have it repaired under warranty, but no upgrades. You can, however, take it to an authorized service provider; no idea how much they would charge.

I bought one of their SSDs and installed it in my 2012 MBP (not retina) - very easy to do. If you want to go this way, post back for instructions on how to clone your current drive which will make things super easy.

During the setup of iOS 7 which you went through after installation it asked if you wished to create a passcode. It is possible to skip setting up a passcode at this step but you must have created one.
If you can't remember the passcode and you have enabled "find my iPad" you can use http://www.icloud.com/ to remote erase your iPad, then you can set it up again, and restore it from an iCloud backup.

Bi publisher repository via api

Hi,
using BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.0, I have 4 reports that are basically the same but each one is getting data from different database,
is it possible to create only one report and then dynamically call it and send database connection through url, also is it possible to send username & password for protected reports through url.

There has been some succes in what I'm trying to accomplish,
when I create Report in BI Publisher only two files are created (can be found on server) .xdo and .rtf. So I've manually downloaded them and I'm able to extract sql query & params from .xdo file run it throught data processor with desired jdbc connection (which is the most important thing for me) to create .xml file, then I run .rtf through rtf processor to get .xsl, and finally I use fo processor to create report from .xml and .xsl and everything works as expected.
Now the only thing that I don't know is how to access the files on server through api, there's nothing in documentation regarding this, I don't want to use web services bpel wsdl or anything similar, I just want to be able to download them from my app.
Ok just to sum up, I need to manage following somehow:
FileInputStream fiS = new FileInputStream("http://ias.test.hr:7787/xmlpserver/~administrator/TEST/Z/Z.rtf");
RTFProcessor rtfP = new RTFProcessor(fiS);
or

I think this is not possible since I should be passing username & password, so just to make sure, is it anyhow possible to get to bi publisher repository via api or not.

That has to be performed from the GUI. I had ran into that a while back and I usually Dona lot of my configuration from the CLI, but couldn't find how to set that and put an address.... Well there wasn't one for the CLI.
