Workflow problem with status Ready

HI,
I have a problem with the workflow not getting completed.
The workflow is for the employee attendace 20000081 .
After the manager of the employee accepts the leave application posted by employee , The workflow is in the following state: -
ID 000000340552 Work item type Background step
Work Item text Find Employee .
Status <b>Ready</b>
Now the question is there any background job which needs to be scheduled for changing the all the workitem with status 'Ready' to be executed .
since once I execute this step manually then the workflow again goes in the ready status with the next step and the next step in this case is 'Create attendance/absence' This stpe of the workflow is in again status 'Ready'.
Please let me know if some know about this problem.

     Monitoring job for missed deadlines is scheduled
     Monitoring job for work items with errors is scheduled
     Sending to objects and HR objects activated
     Entries missing in PD control tables
     Default Domain for Internet Mail Maintained
Workflow development environment
     Customizing incomplete
Prefix numbers for standard object types maintained
     An active plan version exists
     T77* tables all available
     Number range defined for customer tasks

BDOC stops with status ready

Hi
I am replicating campaigns from CRM to PS. Now as I release the campaign BDOC is triggered and goes to backend ECC system. But after replication BDOC comes and stops in inbound queue of CRM with status ready. When I goto SMQ2 and unlock it, it flows through.
This problem I am facing for all campaigns transfered not for any specific one.
Please help me in resolving this issue.

Hi,
This happens because the Queues are not registered.
In SMQ2, note the first 3 cahracters of the queue, e.g, R3A or CSA.
Now goto SMQR and see if any Queue exists with this name like R3A* or CSA*.
If it does, then select the Queue and press button Registration.
If it does not, tehn create a new entry by pressing the same registration button and entering the following value:
Queue name     CSA*
EXEMODE     D
MAXTIME                     60
USERDEST
NRETRY                     30
TDELAY                     300
Doing this is sufficient for your Queue to get executed automatically.

Problems with Input Ready Query

Hello All,
I'm facing problems with input ready query for BI IP.
I've created the input query on aggregation level and maintianed all the planning settings. It is not allowing me to edit, when i'm attaching in the web template.
I also attached a button copy function, and i'm able to execute it and save it, but it not allowing me to change manually.
I also enabled the 3rd option for keyfigures...data can be changed with planning functions and user input.
Please help me in this regard.
We have just started the development of BI-IP, please suggest me if there are any notes to be applied.

Yes I've set to the finest granularity...even if it is Only one characteristic and one key figure without any restrictions...
I've checked even planning tab page under properties...it is also fine..
But still it is not allaowing me to go to edit mode...this is a fresh instalation and the query i'm working is the first one...
Please suggest me if there are any notes to be applied, we are on Support Pack 10.

Big problem with status bar legibility in IOS 7.0.4

Hi, i'm adressing this problem to Apple. I recently update my iphone 4s to ios 7.0.4 and i have found some problems with status bar visibility in certain apps. Ex: in Photo app, the status bar is dark and it is unreadable, same in Lockscreen in Emergency menu, in menu when someone calls or you call someone and in Camera app the status bar is black and overlaps with the text and option buttons of the app. Please fix this as soon as possible because it is very frustrating.Sorry for bad english :d

Backgroud task of a workflow set to status "ready"

Hi all, We have a worflow working since some years ago and now suddenly one problem has started to ocurr...
sometimes, one of the backgroud steps of this workflow is not processed in backgroud by WF-BATCH as expected but it remain in status "READY"....this is not intended and what we are expecting is that this task is processed in background without any user input inmediately after the previous task....
Until today, this task has worked without problems but now we got this task not processed but waiting in status "ready"...this only occurs sometimes, not with all instances of this workflow but only sometimes in a random way....
I can´t see anything wrong in the template...only thing I see is that this background task is executed right after a "dialog task" where user need to aprove or reject the document in workflow. this "dialog step" use the standard task "TS00008267" (generic decission task) as base and this standard task has "latest end" setted (I don´t know if this can be the problem or always has been in this way with this "latest end" active...)
any tips???? someone with same problems????

surfing this forum I just found this post () , I think, is same problem, related to RSWERRE program jobs....
I´ve seen that all of those background workitems in status "ready" that we expected to be processed automatically are from same day, and in that day we suffered a problem related to jobs system so I think that is the key of my problem....no wrong workitems in status "ready" others days than that one when we suffered that problem with jobs systems so pretty sure this is my case...
anyway, thanks a lot for your tips...if I found that my problem continues I will be sure of check what you are pointing me...

Problems with Cluster Ready Service installation (RAC) in Oracle 10g R1

I have got problems with this installation. I am starting Oracle user
At the end of the installation I get a mesage when all Configuration Assistants are failed
I have got 2 computers with Windows 2000 PRO, two networks (private and public)
As a shared disk I use one external disk (with USB) attached to one computer.
What to do here?

Also you clusterware installation installs to an ORACLE_HOME.
Oracle does only make a differentiation, if it has to be clear, that you got a clusterware home and a database home.
Normally if a patch is referring to $ORACLE_HOME (and the patch can be used for clusterware & database), it just means the installation directory of the oracle software installed.

View for active Incidents related to WI (Problem) with status (Active) works but can't be changed.

Hi,
I wanted to create a view of Incidents which are linked to a Problem (any problem).
I did a quick test using the Incident (advanced) class, selected to display Incidents with status Active and [Work Item] Is Related To Work Item and status for Problem with the status Active.
At this first test I didn't bother to select any specific columns to display but just went with the pre-selected ( Description, Display Name, Display Name) and it worked.
I got a list of expected Incidents in the view but having the Description column made it quite useless.
So, when I try to select the columns I find useful it will not update and it returns a No items found message instead.

It is of course possible to group by one of the Display Name fields and collapse to get a more workable view but it still lacks a lot of good information. One would like to include ID, title, Created date,
date modified, Display Name for Affected User and Assigned to user, and a few others.
I was just a bit stumped as to why this fails when changing the columns on a view that obviously is possible to create.

Consider using the Advanced View Editor( or
the free edition), since it has much more robust criteria and column editing capabilities.

Problem with status-button in item view of ME21/22/23N

Hello ABAP,
i have to check for some conditions when a PO is saved, and due to those checks either save it or well, not.
This is working fine so far.
when you click check, or save, conditions get checked and window with errors pops up.
I´m using the normal error message procession used in SAPLMEGUI which i have to fill with thos three makros.
I just have one problem, my status button in item line doesnt get updated. i tried with a lot of metafields by now but it seems trial and error is not the way to go here.
any tips?

Need to send HTML email from Workflow : problem with sender

Hi all,
i need to send HTML email from my Workflow. I did it but i have a problem with the sender. The sender of email is always the agent responsible of workitem, and i don't want the receiver can answer to sender. So i need to put a false email address like nosender.at.mycustomer.com.
Possible to do that ?

How to change the wf-batch to some other name as you mention in previous reply. Can you give some details of that. If i use the function module SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1 how to change the wf-batch name and if i use send mail step in my workflow how to change wf-batch name.

Problem with all ready installed SAP R/3 4.7

well i need ur help.
i have installed SAP R/3 4.7 in my laptop for learning purpose it was working perfectly but few days ago there was some problem with my booting files. i have installed Windows server on C drive sap data on D drive and Windows XP on F drive. now due to booting problem by mistake my EDP guy has installed xp on C drive without effecting to partition and he found all sap data safe.
now what is the solution to again start SAP?? like do i need to again install SAP after formatting the laptop?? or i can start it by only reinstalling the Windows server?? kindly help me out i am in big trouble..

well i m wondering but i have got solution form one system administrator...!! he has simply copy some file from his PC and past in laptop with the help of one software, hardly it takes two minutes and my Windows server & SAP application works perfectly....!!!!!

Problem with status of header in BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI

I start by shortly describing the situation of the problem.
We have CRM linked to R/3 (IS-U (energy products) and SD (home assistance products)).
We created a bsp application for the IC Winclient (integrated in a workspace) which makes it possible to create a contract easily. When I create a contract with 3 items (10 = Electricity; 20 = Home Assistance; 30 = Gas) then replication of item 20 to SD is not done. the status of the header does not change to 'to be distributed'...
And since I use the BAPI 'BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI' it is possible to change the user status (works fine) but still it doesn't replicate.
Since the BAPI does a CRM_ORDER_SAVE, afterwards I can't change it directly because it is still locked...
Does anybody know how I can fix this???

I totally agree with you that in the normal circumstances the replication is complete. And it is the case if I create a contract where the Home Assistance is the last item...
But when I create a contract with 3 items (10 = Electricity (new customer so a workflow is started and no replication is needed yet); 20 = Home Assistance (should be replicated to SD); 30 = Gas (new customer so a workflow is started and no replication is needed yet)) then the item 20 is not replicated...
I changed the order of the contract (within the program) and if I create the contract with the following order (10 = Electricity (new customer so a workflow is started and no replication is needed yet); 20 = Gas (new customer so a workflow is started and no replication is needed yet); 30 = Home Assistance (should be replicated to SD)), then the Home Assistance is replicated fine...
It is a very strange problem... replication works fine in all cases, just not in this order....

AR workflow detail with status

Hi Friends,
I need the list of Appropriation requests(AR's) with workflow details ( that I am getting from SWI1/SWI6) but alongwith that I need status( system) means (at present time which status is active). By JCDS/JEST I am getting the list but it is showing whole history , but I need the present status data.
Any t code or report is available for that?

From JEST only you will get the status which is active now (you need to consider only those status for which status inactive is not X). And their complete details from TJ30 and TJ02 tables.
