Workflow report to get the User where

Hi ,
Does any standard workflow report exist to get the all approvers list who have active workitems in their inboxes for particular workflow template.
Or is there any standard table where we can find the users who have the active workitems sitting in their inbox.
IF not, I would greatly apprciate if you can provide if anyone has any custom report to do this.

I am not sure any std. workflow report exists that will show the list of users for a particular workflow template
But using table- SWWWIHEAD get the workitem id using corresponding task (WI_RH_TASK) and with WI_TYPE (Dialog), then give the WI id to table- SWWUSERWI to get the users.
P.S: If you need to get the actual agent of a task then use WI_AAGENT of SWWWIHEAD.

Custom report to get the vacation hours for the coming year befor time eval

Hi Gurus,
We have this strange requirement for the vacation hours. We need to write a report that shows the remaining vacation hours for the coming year. My functional guys told me that we will get this after we run the time evaluation for each employee. but our requirement is to get these hours before time eval and write them to a flat file.
They told me that we need to go through RPTIME00 program and get the logic where it calculates the vacation hours for the coming year. but the time schema is really big and to analyze this, it will take a long time (at least for me).
So, did anybody came across this kind of situation? Please help me.

Linking to an OBIEE report without showing the user and password

Hi!
we are trying to access to an obiee report from an external portal (coded with php).
The idea is that the user clicks on a link an gets the report in pdf format. For that purpose we are using this url:
http://ttivobiee01:7001/analytics/saw.dll?Go&Path=/shared/Prueba/ogp_obi&Action=Print&P0=1&P1=eq&P2="Criteria"."Key"&P3=1402&NQuser=user&NQPassword=pass&format=pdf
But this url is expossing OBIEE's user and password.
In order to avoid this security issue we tried to do an wget of the url but it doesn't return the report. Instead we get an html, which seams to download the report chunk by chunk (using javaScript).
The question is, is there any way that we could let our portal ussers access to an obbie report without expossing the user and password?
I have been looking into oracle forums and have found this: OBIEE Go URL with password protected
but we couldn't use this aproach due to security issues.

I have a requirement where i need to get the user entered value in the Parameter of a concurrent program while submitting it. i tried to query the FND_CONCURRENT_REQUESTS table but in that it stores the ID values from the value set of the Parameter.
After submitting the Concurrent request when we click on the view Details button it opens a form where it displays the arguments in the parameter field . i want to get that string.

Using JCom for getting the user name

I am using jcom610-win.exe and weblogic610sp2_win.exe .I need to use the Jcom for getting the user name of the NT Iser Logged in.I have got the process for this on the page at http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs61/jcomreference/Security.html .But this page uses a method isCallerAuthenticated() from a class file called jcom .I looked into the whole bea directory but there was no class like in the server dir.Can you tell where to get this class from.And if this has not been provided into the jar files that come along with the installable then why is it mentioned in the page @ http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs61/jcomreference/Security.html

Getting the user logged in to be outputted into PLD Page Footer

Good Day,
As the subject declares, I need to be able to out the User Name of the person who is generating/logged in the report on the page footer section of the pld.
I tried to follow the thread here

Hi Sean,
That thread is taking about the UDF and FMS. If you need get the user name on the PLD, that is necessary first step. You have to create an UDF first and then assign that FMS query. After this step, you will be able to put this new field on your PLD.

I am loging in Single Sign On Page. Then it goes to one JSP which lists out some links including InfoView link. While clicking InfoView link, I need to pass user name with the url for authentication. How and where can I get the user name?

Care to be more specific what you mean with single sign-on? There are numerous ways this can be done.
Just how you get the authenticated o/s user from within an Oracle session, depends on just how the actual authentication to Oracle was done in order to create that Oracle session.
E.g. dealing in Oracle with a LDAP server is very different than dealing with a NT Primary/Secondary Domain Controller using o/s authentication, than dealing with a Java-based application server that does it own thing, etc.

I am trying to avoid using different combinations of the word "Convention Center" in the workflow rule since the word convention center could be spelled with mixed cases by the sales people.For example - Convention center or convention Center or CONVENTION center.
I don't want to check for the different combinations of the convention center string in the workflow rule since i need to check for other fields in the opportunity and the expression could get very long.
I am trying to convert the opportunity to upper case and then check for 'CONVENTION CENTER' so that it will handle all the scenarios.

Security Agent: Could not get the user record from OpenDirectory

Hi,
Two months ago I had to change my SSD due to a damage at the old one. In the Apple shop they installed OS X Lion with a image from their image-server.
After that the Mac was quite slow in booting. With the old SSD (128 GB) booting takes 25 sec now it takes 75 sec.
I tried different things to solve the problem without result. First I asked in the shop, then I googled the problem all with no real solution.
Today now I searched in the log files. I found the following:

I get the same error message as the OP. My account is an Admin on the machine. It's configured to automatically log in on boot -- except sometimes it fails. It has a login-item which runs a bash script that makes an https request to a nearby machine. Maybe I should make this script sleep a while so the https action happens after the boot sequence is done? (unlike SmashHuevo, my user needs to be an Admin)

Is there a report in SCCM 2012 that shows the users with specific software installed? The report should show username, machine name and the software name. I am looking for a report that shows the users with the following softwares installed:
1. Adobe(all versions)
2. Photoshop(all versions)
3. MS Project(all versions)
4. MS Vision(all versions)

Take a look at the Asset Intelligence reports in the software section. You may get a list of computers with a product installed, and you might have to use that list to find the primary users based on user device affinity.

How to get The users from a Collaborator that is type Group.

Hello, I'm trying to get the users (and their emails) of a collaborator inside a Master Agreement that is type group.
I've tried the following methods:
1- Using a IBeanHomeLocator to get the GroupIBeanHomeIfc (with the static variable of sHOME_NAME) and then trying to get the Group with the DocumentId that the colaborator's method (getDocumentId()) returns and the GroupIBeanHome method findGroup().
The result was null
2 - Using exactly the same method as before, but instead of using the DocumentId, I did a query, in order to get the field USER_GROUP_OBJECT_ID, to get the Id of the group.
The result is still null.
I'm not sure if there is a direct way to get it, or if i'm misusing the GroupIBeanHomeIfc.

In the document collaborator class there is a method getCollaboratorType() which returns CollaboratorTypeEnumType and there are certain values assigned to them.
user - A user collaborator
group - A group collaborator
contact - A user contact
So, hashcode of 2 returns the group.
Please have a look in to the below code.

     if(collaborators.size() > 0)
        collabIter = collaborators.iterator();
          while (collabIter.hasNext())
             member = collabIter.next();
             collabType= member.getCollaboratorType();
             hashValue= collabType.hashCode();
                if(hashValue==2)
                          collabName= member.getDisplayName();
                          throw new ApplicationException("collabName:" +collabName);
In the above code collabName returns the name of the group, with this you can search for the specified group using IbeanHomeLocator for group and then you can get the members in it and their mail Id's
