Wrong time displayed on iPod Touch 4th Gen...
I have an iPod Touch 4th Gen. The time is off by about 6 minutes. I regularly sync it with my iMac, but it doesn't correct the time. Anyone know what's going on? I cannot correct manually on the iPod. It's pretty annoying.
I'm not sure what you mean that "you cannot correct manually on the iPod?" What happens when you go into Settings>General>Date & Time>Set Date & Time? You should be able to adjust the time and date.

This afternoon I was doing things and needed to check the time, I pressed the lock button so it would show the time, but the button would not press. I looked closly and saw the button was stuck as if it was pushed and didn't come back out. I CANNOT lock my iPod using the button.

I am trying to sync an ipod touch 4TH gen. The capacity bar at the bottom shows I am adding 22.29g with 6.5 g free. Yet every time I try to sync it warns that there is not enough room an additional 868.9m is still needed. Does the capacity bar tend to be wrong or am I missing something?
Well when all else fails do a restore! This fixed my problem. Still don't know why the content bar differed, but what the hey!

Does anyone know how to reset or fix an iPod touch 4th Gen. that's stuck on displaying the Temperature Warning display???
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem. I supspect a hardware problem

ive been trying to update since friday my internet is perfect [speedtest.net] itunes just wont get past [backing up ipod[ i hope they fix this soon and i just wanted to see if anybody else was also having this problem because i want the new features coming with ios but its just not working and it took all night just to get roughly to about 20% completion of backing up ipod then when i got home it said "could not restore ipod its still on firmware 4.3.3 so i dont know why it said could not restore i did click "update" but anyway im having this problem and wondering if anyone else is {i think everybodys having problems itunes10.5 right nowI am having the same problem (lost in back-up purgatory) on both my iPhone 4 and my iPad2. I have tried everything I've seen suggested on various support communities, with no success.
I have gotten used to having to find a windows workaround everytime Apple updates iTunes, and this time it is especially frustrating.
I don't have any solutions, and I am responding to all of these types of messages in hopes of finding something that will work for me.
One person was able to work through it by deleting all of the previous iTunes backup files. I'm trying that now. 4 hours into it, and it does not seem to be working...... -
every time i connect my ipod touch 4th gen. it says this accessory is not supported by ipod touch so people recommended me to just buy a new charger, so i did, but the night before I got my new charger it stopped charging, what should I do now?

While playing any song on your iPod, tap the artwork to bring up the scrubber bar and additional controls. On the left hand side is a option for repeat. You want to make sure this icon is white (meaning it is set to Off). If it isn't tap it either one or two times to change its current setting.
Any luck there?

Seems to be an Apple or FB app problem. Nothing you can do but wait for it to be fixed.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

What happens when you try to change them?
Try:
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.

I think it can't find the right or any artwork and ends up putting junk in there.
And can happen with artist and other tags.
