Wrote the current Date and Time in the backend

HI everyone,
I created a table view, where I display several records. Right now I will add an record to this table, which should be written back in the backend and automaticaly add the current date and time.
But I don´t know to make this. I tried several time with the funktion "now()", but it doesn´t work. So any help for me, to explain how I can display the actual time and then write it back to the backend?

we use a crm system. but the BAPI I mentioned was
just to play with. My basis will develop a new API
for the project, that have the requested Inputfields.
But what I tottaly forget was, that there has to be a
field for the time, so thanks for the advice.

I´m still of the opinion , that it should be possible
to add the curret time in a field with the
funcionality of the VC, even there is a way to show a
clock with the current time. My problem is that I
can´t figuer out how to do this.
Therefore you can use the TNow() function (Time functions) and the Now() Function (Date functions). You can cast them to a string and concatenate the string, then you have the date of today with the current time. This string you can format and transfer it as input for your BAPI_ADD_BP for example.

Use a formula: =NOW()
Format the cell for Date and Time, with both the Date part and the Time part displayed. Format the two parts as you wish, using the choices in the Inspector's menus.
The cell will update each time the table is recalculated.
(Description is for Numbers '09 (Mac), Numbers for iOS will be similar, but not necessarly identical in details.)

To get time and date of Alerts of SCOM, You can use following command let "get-scomalert"

The current time can be determined with a Date object:
Date now = new java.util.Date() ;or if you are interested in the seconds since the epoch:

I'm trying to display the current date and time on my iPad.

First, I'm not sure this is a valid post to this forum. If not, I'd appreciate knowg in where I can get help.
I have tried several ways to display the current date and time on my iPad. None work. Most things I try give me complier errors but the latest code compiles but won't display the correct time.
Here's the dispatch code in my ViewController.m file:

Do you know server's time zone? If yes, you can manually translate to the correct time zone.
Otherwise try some online time acquire API.

Not to the bottom, that I'm aware of, but to the top right or left in Grid view or to the top left in Loupe view. It is in the View Options.

I have tried this program to print the current time and date,

But it show the warning as;
warning C4996: 'ctime': This function or variable may be unsafe. Consider using ctime_s instead.
Can anyone suggest whats wrong with this?

i also got many warring when i use old version keyword. as i note on think thatin new vc++ has many keyword change with _s. the old keyword works even get warring.or you can change to as it suggest.For About ctime_s

If your code is running on the client pc you can just create a new instance of the java.util.Date class. That class automatically defaults to the current time of the client machine. Otherwise if you're running the code on the server, you could insert/post the client date/time by adding its string representation as a parameter to the HTTP request object.

Finding the initial date and time of a modified instance of reccurnt evnt

The problem situation is as given below:
I have created an event recurrent using the outlook client. I them modified one
of the instance in it to occur in a data and time different from the existing
date and time.
Using the CAPI i wish to retrieve the initial date and time when the instance
occured. According to documentation i should have the initial date and time in
the Recurrence ID parameter. When i look at the icalendar i see that the
recurrenceid matches the start date of the current instance and not the initial
date and time. I am using the fetchEventByUID in the CAPI API set.
Is this behaviour of changing date and time of the recurrence-id the expected
one or is there any problem in the configuration on my machine.
Counting on some insight into the parameter where the initial date and time of the event are stored.

Hi Joyce,
The sdk always sets the recurrence-id to be the starttime of the instance.
So the behavior you encountered is what one should expect with the sdk.
There were some changes in a 10G to correct this situation for a given service. (i.e. have the initial date and time in the Recurrence ID parameter, for instances of the recurring set).
This fix would not be available for the public sdk version, but given that this feature is important for your application, you could log a tar and it might become available in some 10G patch.

Ipod Touch shows two dates and times on the sleep screen/locked screen

First off i have the new ipod touch and i got it this christmas.since a couple weeks ago on the sleep screen/locked screen(the screen that appears when you hit the button on top of ipod) it shows the current date and time but in the background of that time it also sais 7:12 January 6 2010. It has said that for about two weeks. Also i noticed that when you slide the unlock bar over you can still see the slider in the background at the original position. One last thing has been happening with the volume when listening to music. When i try to turn it up i slide the volume button to the right to make it louder and when i let got it just slides back and does not get louder. What is going on.

I had the same problem with double image of date and time and also the unlock arrow. I found out that the problem was that I had, without knowing it, taken a snapshot of my wallpaper screen and saved it back to my saved photos. When I used that wallpaper image again, there was the dual image of time and date. All I had to do was change wallpaper! Good luck!

Burning photos onto dvd, loses the original date and time of photo

I'm trying to burn some photos onto dvd, but it marks all the files 'created date' and 'modified date' as today, rather than keeping the original date and time that the picture was taken. Is there a way around this?
