Wscompile changes wsdl

Hi
I have a wsdl with a structure of complex types as follows:
site
__product
___salesinfo
When I generate the serverside stubs and classes, wscompile changes the types to site, siteProduct, siteProductSalesinfo. Those changes are also made in the published wsdl. How can prevent wscompile from changing the original wsdl ?
regards,
joachim

This is a problem with the wscompile batch file, enclose your classpath in quotes, e.g. -classpath "path1;path2;path3"

    Hi everybody!
    I have created a web service from function module using SAP wizard.
    Now the consumer side want me to change <wsp:UsingPolicy wsdl:required="true"/>
    Is this possible???
    If so how?????
    Thank u in advance!!

    Hi Muhammad!
    As soon as you open WSDL for selected binding in the URL are of you explorer change the ws_policy with "standard" . Then simply save the wsdl and send it to the other party.
    Hope this helps!

  • Changing WSDL url in WebLogic server

    Hi All,
    I have created a BPEL project and deployed to weblogic server.
    I'm going to send the wsdl url to one of our clients to send data to this BPEL.
    I want to change the URL to be a simple.
    How do i change that?
    Normally it comes as http://<host>:<port>/soa-infra/services/<deployed partition>/<project name>/<client_ep>?WSDL
    How do I change this URL?
    Thanks....

    Hi,
    Some approaches are:
    * In case you expose your service(s) to the outside world, these service calls usually go through a DMZ. A DMZ often contains proxies, web/HTTP servers, firewalls and/or other applicances that are capable of endpoint virtualization. E.g. use Oracle HTTP Server, Apache HTTP Server, and so on to expose the endpoint at a public address.
    * Use an ESB or appliance for endpoint virtualization.

  • Changing WSDL location on deployment

    I'm using a layered structure of BPELs. The 'lowest' level of BPEL processes are deployed locally (ease of use), so when I need a BPEL I just drop an Invoke, click on 'Create Partnerlink' and use the WSIL browser to find the needed BPEL. This works just fine. But ... (there's always a but) when I deploy my processes later on, the WSDL is still pointing to 'localhost:9700', so my deployment fails.
    Is there any way I can automate this, so the deployment platform will be searched for the right WSDL? Or do I have to change all my processes by hand??

    Using dymanic partnerlinks pollutes the business process with unwanted logic.
    What is ideally required is an easy way to change the partner endpoints that a deployed process needs. The endpoints I use in development and the endpoints I use in production will be different. Even when set initially, partner endpoints can change later on.

  • Changing WSDL deault mapping thro' VB Client

    Hello,
    I am using VB 6.0 Client with JAVA Web Service (J2EE). VB does not put the data type in the SOAP message just like Apache SOAP and all others do. Can someone please tell me how to make the VB Client mention the data type explicitly by changing the default mapping. I know there is a way out for this. Right now I am using anyType in WSDL file for the string data type and making it work but i need the VB Client take care of this.
    Help from you all in this regards would be highly appreciated. Waiting to hear from you.
    Thanks,
    Snehal Shinde.

    The alternative is to turn on untyped support in OC4J - this feature just came available in the OC4J 9.0.4 preview:
    http://otn.oracle.com/tech/java/oc4j/904/content_preview.html
    The doc for the untyped support is at:
    http://otn.oracle.com/tech/java/oc4j/904/doc_library/webservices-devguide-904-preview.pdf
    on page 315.
    If you already have a deployed web service or are not using the Web services assembler (which is what the doc refers to), simply add the following 3 lines to your web.xml:
    <init-param>
    <param-name>accept-untyped-request</param-name>
    <param-value>true</param-value>
    </init-param>
    after the other init-param tags that will be in the web.xml following the setting for the type of Web service you are deploying.
    Be aware, untyped support in the preview has a bug logged against it that it only supports untyped primitives, not arrays that have untyped elements. It will be fixed in 9.0.4 production.

  • Unable to WSCompile using WSDL

    I am trying with little success to generate a webservice given a WSDL.; however, for some reason, JWSDP 2.0 is thinking I have two config.xml files:

  • Dealing with changing service wsdl locations  in the ESB

    Hi,
    I wonder how you can easily change the WSDL locations for the webservices in the SOAP services of your ESB project. I need this to be able to easily deploy an ESB project on the different OTAP environments.
    I have looked for a solution myself, but till now I must conclude that you need to make a new SOAP service each time the WSDL location changes. Also, you need to make a new xslt mapping file in the routing service that is proxying the SOAP service, because the mapping file also contains/needs WSDL location information. I omit the option to manually edit the source files in my favourite text editior, because this is not want you want by default.
    BPEL contains a wsdlRuntimeLocation parameter for its PartnerLink definitions, which you can use to change wsdl locations during environment change. I hope the ESB also has a comparable option to make environment changes easy...

  • Wsdl address change problem

    Hi;
    I have problem  about  web service.
    I created rfc function and then create web service and wsdl address.
    But if I chage any parameter in function and then regeneration web service,Wsdl address changes.
    I don't want to change wsdl address because every time send new wsdl address opposite side.
    can you help me?

    Hello Kris,
    I've filled the BAPIADTEL and BAPIADTELX structures. I'm only passing the the BP number and address guid to BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE in addition to the BAPIADTEL and BAPIADTELX structures.
    The BAPIBUS1006_ADDRESS_X structure is empty (btw, it doesn't contain fields for the BP's name -correct me if I'm wrong) as I'm not passing it to BAPI_BUPA_ADDRESS_CHANGE - so no X against any field there.
    Thank you,
    Tina.

  • Document/literal style wsdl with more than one port

    Recently I have changed wsdl style from rpc/encoded to document/literal as BPEL does not handle soapenc:arrayType. The wsdl contains 2 operations and few complex type definitions.
    In BPEL Designer I have created a process that invokes all operations defined in the wsdl, but only one of them will have some data in the response message and the other one will have an empty message. On the other hand, when I use stub generation to invoke Web Service everything is working fine.
    If I provide separate wsdl for each operation (in BPEL process I would have two partnerLinks instead of one) than it works fine.
    Does this mean that BPEL does not handle document/literal style endpoints with more than one port (operation)?
    I have tested this with the orabpel_2.0_J1_win32.exe and orabpel_2.0rc9_win32.exe. Web Services, used for this test, are deployed in Jboss 3.2.3 and axis-1_2beta3.

    Hi Dragana,
    We definitely support the ability to call a web service that exposes two operations (document/literal or not).
    Glancing through your WSDL, it looks good.
    Could you please try to tunnel the second request and see 1) what data is sent to the service and 2) what data is returned by the service?
    Can you please email us a reproduceable case so that we can help troubleshoot in parallel?
    Thank you,

  • ESB:  Is it possible to create custom WSDL for routing service?

    Hello all!
    I have an unchangeable requirement in my project - ESB routing services must confom to WSDL specifications that are already used before we started this integration project.
    For example, we have to implement not only the same logical part of WSDL description:
    <message name="AuthorisationRequestSoapIn">
    <part name="AuthorisationRequest" element="tns:AuthorisationRequest"/>
    </message>
    <message name="AuthorisationRequestResponseSoapOut">
    <part name="AuthorisationRequestResponse" element="tns:AuthorisationRequestResponse"/>
    </message>
    <portType name="OnlineServicesSoap">
    <operation name="AuthorisationRequest">
    <input message="tns:AuthorisationRequestSoapIn"/>
    <output message="tns:AuthorisationRequestResponseSoapOut"/>
    </operation>
    </portType>
    but the binding and service sections must conform to WSDL document too:
    <binding name="OnlineServicesSoapBinding" type="tns:OnlineServicesSoap">
    <soap:binding transport="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http"/>
    <operation name="AuthorisationRequest">
    <soap:operation style="document" soapAction="AuthorisationRequest"/>
    <input>
    <soap:body use="literal" namespace="http://..../OnlineServices"/>
    </input>
    <output>
    <soap:body use="literal" namespace="http://..../OnlineServices"/>
    </output>
    </operation>
    </binding>
    <service name="OnlineServicesSoapService">
    <port name="OnlineServicesSoapPort" binding="tns:OnlineServicesSoapBinding">
    <soap:address location="....."/>
    </port>
    </service>
    And after registration of ESB routing service I've got the following service description (I ommit esb bindings and logical part here, it's ok with messages and portTypes):
    <binding name="__soap_OnlineServicesSoapService_OnlineServicesSoap" type="import:OnlineServicesSoap">
    <soap:binding xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/" style="document" transport="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/http"/>
    <operation name="AuthorisationRequest">
    <soap:operation xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/" style="document" soapAction="AuthorisationRequest"/>
    <input>
    <soap:body xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/" use="literal"/>
    </input>
    <output>
    <soap:body xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/" use="literal"/>
    </output>
    </operation>
    </binding>
    <service name="ESB_OnlineServicesSoapService_Service">
    <port name="__soap_OnlineServicesSoapService_OnlineServicesSoap" binding="tns:__soap_OnlineServicesSoapService_OnlineServicesSoap">
    <soap:address xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/soap/" location="http://..../event/DefaultSystem/OnlineServicesSoapService"/>
    </port>
    </service>
    How can I change WSDL that is generated for routing services? Is it possible to change the names of port and binding element?
    Thanks in advance,
    Oleg Olenin

    So, no docs, no answers, no life :) - I have only one way to get the answers:
    oracle.tip.esb.configuration.util.WSDLGenerator.addSOAPBindings():
    binding.setQName(new QName(targetNamespace, WSDLConstants.generateSOAPPortName(service.getName(),portType.getQName().getLocalPart())));
    oracle.tip.esb.configuration.util.WSDLConstants:
    public static final String generateSOAPPortName(String service, String operation)
    return "__soap_" + service + "_" + operation;
    So it is not possible to change the names of SOAP binding and port.
    And I guess there is no way to change WSDL that is generated for routing services.

  • WSDL with unwanted https_port

    When the WSDL is displayed from the Sender Agreement in Integration Directory, it has two endpoints/wsdl ports. One is HTTP_Port and the other is HTTPS_Port. But my PI system is not set up for https. It uses a Sender SOAP channel and when I try to call it using a Web Service tool, it is picking up the https end point by default. When I manually change the end point to be used as the http one, it is working perfectly.
    The second https end point is not needed and should not come automatically in the generated WSDL. What settings should I fix so the WSDL generated from the Sender Agreement has only the HTTP_Port? If this can be fixed, I can give my partner applications the generated Discovery url without second thoughts. Now I have to manually change WSDL everytime and pass on the wsdl file itself, which is very tragic..

    Hi,
    One is HTTP_Port and the other is HTTPS_Port.
    That is the default way PI behaves, when WSDL is generated from Sender Agreement.
    But my PI system is not set up for https.
    Not a problem.
    It uses a Sender SOAP channel and when I try to call it using a Web Service tool, it is picking up the https end point by default.
    If you are using an external tool to push out the web service, then you must be providing the URL for the PI server. Use the URL with HTTP. It will never pick the HTTPS in that case.
    The second https end point is not needed and should not come automatically in the generated WSDL. What settings should I fix so the WSDL generated from the Sender Agreement has only the HTTP_Port?
    As I said, it is the default behavior of PI tool. It provides both the secured and unsecured URLs and you can use any one of them. There are no settings to change this behavior.
    Now I have to manually change WSDL everytime and pass on the wsdl file itself, which is very tragic..
    You can generate WSDL from Service Interface in ESR or ID -> Tools -> Display WSDL. The later one will have the URL that you provide while building it.

  • External Definition (wsdl) with abstract xsd element

    Hello All,
    we are trying to call a webservice, here is the wsdl:
    https://www.1link.com/fr/demo-sn/site/gaiwebservice.asmx?WSDL
    the problem is that the GAIJobLine element is defined as abstract:
    <s:complexType name="GAIJobLine" abstract="true">
    and there several elements which are extending GAIJobLine, for example:
    <s:complexType name="GAITyreLine">
                        <s:complexContent mixed="false">
                             <s:extension base="tns:GAIJobLine">
    So in our mapping we need to map to those element which are extending base element and not to the abstract one, but Graphical mapping displays only GAIJobLIne base element.
    Does anybody know how we can map to extended elements without mannually changing wsdl?
    Best Regards,
    Artsiom Anichenka

    thanks for your reply!
    the extended elements are seen when I open wsdl in XMLSpy.
    they are also visible in external definition object, but the main problem is that in the mapping only the base lement is displayed and there is no possobility to choose the extension.
    Maybe this kind os XSDs (with abstract base types and extended elements) are just not supported by PI711?

    I changed this
    Original:
    <xs:complexType name="TWSTransactionExecuteParamArray">
    <xs:complexContent>
    <xs:restriction base="soapenc:Array">
    <xs:sequence/>
    <xs:attribute ref="soapenc:arrayType"

    xmlns:n1="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/wsdl/"/>
    </xs:restriction>
    </xs:complexContent>
    </xs:complexType>
    Changed:
    <xs:complexType name="TWSTransactionExecuteParamArray">
    <xs:sequence>
    <xs:element type = "ns2:TWSTransactionExecuteParam" name = "TWSTransactionExecuteParam" minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded" nillable="true"/>
    </xs:sequence>
    </xs:complexType>
    In this way, I can invoking the WebServise with soapenc:arrayType.
    Thaks for anwsering.
