xcode max version for Lion 10.7.4 or 10.7.5, tell me both? what else must install, what SDK & Simulator file?
mainly for phonegap app iOS6 and below development...

I decided install xcode 4.5 to 10.7.4 (may get to 10.7.5),... well for simulator/sdk ios only what version sdk install for this?
exist install pack/bundle with xcode and simulator/sdk together included so install once?
or must installed separatelly?

was wondering if the new features in lion would work on iwork 08 i don't see anything for versions at the moment.

Very unlikely that the new features will be supported. iWork 09 was updated on the day of Lion's release for compatibility. I doubt you'll see any such thing for iWork 08. I haven't yet heard any reports from 08 users as to basic functionality.

How do I re-installing Xcode 4.1 for Lion?

I downloaded Xcode 4.1 via App Store to install on my system. Maybe because I had 3.x installed or maybe because of an internet glitch, I got it downloaded, ran Xcode Install, but when I tried to launch Xcode crashed immediately.
I assumed it was corrupted, since I found this in the trace:

Not seeing how to uninstall it properly, I just went ahead and deleted everything in /Developer (and /Developer.old, my previous install). I assumed I'd be able to reinstall it over the top again. Dumb assumption, because App Store shows it "Installed" and I don't know what to do to clean up and reinstall it again.
Any help appreciated!

I experienced this when migrating my dev tools to a 2008 MacBook and upgrading to Lion. Actually repeated the process several ways and even tried re-running the XCode installer. Spotted something on another site and tried downloading and re-installing iTunes (which contains some libraries to communicate with iOS devices) and that did the trick. Just wanted to add that here in case someone has no luck re-running the installer.

10.2 provided the most recent (and now desupported) version, for mac os 10.5. A version for Lion (note: not Mountain Lion) was planned but did not make it.
Perhaps a 11.2 version comes before year end, or it will be in shape of 12.1, some time after the main platforms get released after OOW 2012 in october.

You will have to try the xerox website for the latest drivers for Mac OX system you are using

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

If images are missing then check that you aren't blocking images from some domains.

*Check the "Tools > Page Info > Media" tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images with the cursor Down key).
If an image in the list is grayed and there is a check-mark in the box "<i>Block Images from...</i>" then remove that mark to unblock the images from that domain.
Make sure that you do not block third-party images, the permissions.default.images pref should be 1.

What version JAVA for Lion?

Apparently I have "Apple" JAVA version 1.6.0.37 on my Mac, which was last updated June, 2011. Firefox says this plugin is up to date, but they call it Version 14.5.0..
JAVA.com however says my plugin in not up to date for Lion and that I need Version 7, update 9.

I've not used Picasa in quite a while but I assumed the OP wants to do more than copy and paste a rectangular selection from one photo to another. I figured something more along the lines of selecting a person from one photo and placing it into the other was the idea. The last version of Picasa couldn't do that.

After installing Lion I saw there is a new FREE Xcode for it, so I downloaded the new one but after installing automatically Xcode for Lion the Developer folder contained the old one. I deleted the old Xcode but the App Store says "Installed" and don't allow me re-download Xcode.
How can I proceed? I'm guessing whether this problem will occur each time I buy an application from App Store.

Yes, that's righ, Xcode installer was in the Apps folder. I assumed it had been automatically installed and the installer deleted after installation (the same way as Lion is installed).
I tried also the procedure for redownloding applications, and MAS showed both Xcodes (Lion and Snow Leopard) and OS X Lion. We see that buttons for Lion and Xcode for Snow Leopard say 'Install' but Xcode for Lion says 'installed' because there is an Install Scode in the Apps folder.

Be sure all your programms will work on Lion. Power PC programms do not work anymore (eg Nikon Scan 4 will not work from now on on Mac OS X). Some versions of Canon utilities for camera's do not work, Canon still have to upgrade. For an App Compatibility Table: http://roaringapps.com/apps:table

You will get a .pdf file with the Redemption Code in it in your registered email inbox. You will have to enter the Redemption Code into the Redeem link on the right in App Store.
You will also receive an additional email with a password to open the .pdf file from the first email.
Enter the password to .pdf file > Copy the redemption code and enter it in App Store > Enter your Apple ID and password in the App Store pop-up > Poof!!! Magic! Your OS X Lion icon shows up in your dock and the download begins!

I upgraded to Lion and opened xcode, but I do not see anything in xcode that updates xcode for Lion. (Does such an update exist for xcode on Lion?)
Do I just go to the some download site and download the latest xcode?
Most other tools have an upgrade or update menu item somewhere. My iTouch aerts me if there is an update.

Make sure you read the system requirements. Also install Rosetta if you want Power PC applications to run.
