XControl not updating properly

So,
i am writing an XControl which works fine by itself and does what I expect it to do, but as soon as I test it and put it into a small programme with a while loop, it doesnt properly update its appearence anymore. To be more specific:
So this is an example for the on/off switch of a camera. If it is running and the switch is TRUE, the camera gets initialized and the indicator changes to TRUE and a little status message is produced and send out to another XControl, which just prints out text (and works fine, I wrote a test programme). The initialization of the camera always works, the light goes green and the correct status message is printed. But the shutdown process doesnt work:
Although its quite similar. So i tested a) the initialization and shutdown VIs, they work fine. b) the information output xcontrol which works fine, too. If I run the XControl by itself it works as expected, too. Just the case where I place it in a test environment fails. Any suggestions?

Shockwave will not update properly

Hi. I have a laptop running Windows 7 Home premium, 64 bit system.I use IE and just installed Firefox, as well. I tried to update Shockwave so I could continue to play my UClick jigsaw puzzle game, and my computer says it installed successfully, but it will not work with my jigsaw puzzle. I have uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it, but no change in response. When I try to open jigsaw puzzle, the Adobe Shockwave loading graphic appears, but nothing happens.
Help!

I understand the two sites are using different plugins/players. I'm not an idiot. However as Shockwave for Director is so old it's listed by Firefox as an unknown plugin and described as being a Netscape plugin ("Adobe Shockwave for Director Netscape plug-in, version 12.1.5.155"), I am merely suggesting that UClick might change to a more recent, robust plugin.

Tried updating my itunes about a month ago, it would not update properly and left me with a notification saying "i tunes was not installed properly, please reinstall itunes" i've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and still nothing.

HT1923 Trouble with newest version of iTunes not updating properly

I tried updating to the newest version of iTunes because I received the Apple Software Update for it. It wouldn't install properly, so I manually installed the newest version. When I tried to open iTunes I received an error message: "APSDaemon.exe - System Error; MSVCR80.dll not found, try reinstalling the software". So I clicked okay and received an error message the iTunes was not installed properly, try reinstalling. Then I uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled it, but received the same error messages about 2/3 of the way through reinstalling. Now iTunes won't install at all. I went to the support page and got the instructions for removing and reinstalling iTunes on Windows 7, but I can't finish the removing steps because Apple Mobile Device Support will not uninstall at all. My husband is having the same issue on his computer. Is this a known issue with the new version of iTunes for windows? How do we fix it now? We really need iTunes on the computers to sync with our phones, iPod, and iPad. Any help would be appreciated...should I contact apple support directly?

Update - I was able to finally uninstall the Apple Mobile Device Support component and the rest of the components. I was not able to delete the common files/Apple folder when checking to make sure all the components were removed; however, I think that is because I have an Apple AirPort WiFi Device. Anyway, the newest version of iTunes did install on my computer after following these instructions. So I believe my issue is resolved. We will see...

Array of clusters does not updates properly

Hello...
I builded a VI to split a series of 10000 values in many segments, each one overlapped by 50 %. The product of all the values of each segment is calculated and by means of visual inspection and Led selection (green means that the segment will be used, red means that the segment will not be used), I can select which segment will be used for the final sum. For example: if I have 20 segments, but only segments 4, 8, 15 are green, only the products of the segments 4, 8 and 15 will be summed to generate the final result. The final result should be refreshed if the Lenght of the Segment is changed or if any Led is switched to green or red, but the update does not occur properly. Sometimes all the segments are showed properly but if I change one Led or the Lenght of Segment control, the given result is wrong. When the Lenght of Segments control is changed, all the Leds need to be adjusted to green state.
I don't know where is the problem in my code, but I think that is something related to the cluster constant that is wired to the first Unbundle by name, since that this constant was created from the cluster before it was inserted into array, and not from the array. If I create the constant from the array, the code returns an error.
To avoid race conditions I used flat sequence.

I spotted one problemous area:
Where you have an uninitialized shift register, so for every event the value of the last iteration is used.
What's the meaning of this piece of code?
I think you devide the length of the array by half the length of the segment?

Purchase Order History not updated properly

Hi All,
The Purchase Order History is not updated correct.
Scenario:
The Invoice is created ( MIRO) with Amount : 1001 USD but in PO History it displays 1000 USD.
The Tolerance is 1 USD ...My Requirement is that it should display 1001 in PO History.

Smart playlists are not updating properly

on itunes 12 i've noted that smart playlists are no longer updating with new podcasts properly. Only only podcasts are added to the smart playlist. Please fix this.

With more testing, it turns out to be just Wow Hits 2012. All my other iTunes-Store-purchased music is updating properly.

one material is sold to customer for rs 9/- insted of rs 10/- the difference amount is posted in sd side, all taxes are updated in background processing. How we will update in customer.

Java SE 6 runtime not updating properly after Mavericks update

Since updating my 27-inch Late 2009 iMac to Mavericks I have an update that will not process. I keep getting a Software Update notification that says, "To open "java" you need a Java SE 6 runtime. Would you like to install one now?" When I click "install", it begins the process and indicates that it gets about 40% into it and then responds that the network cannot be contacted at this time and that I should try again later. This has been going on for days now and pops up multiple times a day.

Same problem for me. I called Apple and they told me this is an old version of Java and that I should go to the Java web site and download the most current which I belive they told me was version 7. I did that, it seems to install properly but it did noting for stoppig this annoying popup window from appearing on a regualr baiss throughout the day. Additionally, I'm haing some programs telling me they can not run wothout the proper Java update which I can't seem to figure out which one is the proper update. I may add to this on Monday after I call Apple again and see if I can't get someone who kows what is going on. I had no warnings of this nature before Mavricks.

Live Updating smart playlists not updating properly

I have been using some live-updating playlists since I first got my iPod. They had been working fine until just last month. I have a Smart Playlist set to be Live Updating, that follows the rule of playcount is 0. It used to work properly; after playing any song on that list, leaving to the menu screen, and going back to the playlist, the song will disappear from the list.
For whatever reason, this playlist will now only update when I sync my iPod with iTunes. It used to update on the fly in the iPod itself, but no longer.
I have not downloaded the updates for iTunes or the iPod, so I don't see what could have caused this change.
And just now, I synced the iPod with iTunes and while the "Yet to be Played" playlist in iTunes shows only four songs, when I go to that same list on the actual iPod, I get 15 songs. I just don't get that at all.

IPod will not update properly - What is going on?!

I've just got a new computer and I accidentally managed to delete all my music files.
Since I couldn't retrieve them, I started putting my music onto this new computer.. the iTunes on it was working fine.
But when I came to update the songs onto my iPod, it made a strange whirring sound, but it was working like it usually did when it updates.
When it said the update was complete, the songs that I put on iTunes that were supposedly updated were not and there were no songs on my iPod!
I tried this a few times and fiddled around with the computer and iPod but it had the same result.
I tried it on a different computer but the result was the same.
I was wondering if this had happened to anyone before or if my iPod is officially screwed [I think the latter, but just to be sure].
I would very much appreciate an answer/some advice. Thankyou.

WITH_ITEM table not updated properly thru BAPI_ACC_INVOICE_RECEIPT_POST

Hi experts!!
I am using BAPI_ACC_INVOICE_RECEIPT_POST to post a document. When I post a document through the t-code FB01 or F-43, it's being posted by even updating the table WITH_ITEM. When I post through BAPI_ACC_INVOICE_RECEIPT_POST, it's posting document and updating WITH_ITEM table also, but the values being updated are wrong. Below is a brief explanation on my problem:
When I give VAT entry, then QSSHB in BSEG will be the result after the VAT is deducted (DMBTR of the header entry subtracted DMBTR under VAT entry). And the same value will also be updated in WITH_ITEM field WT_QSSHB.
When I use this bapi, it is not being calculated bu the same DMBTR under header entry is coming as WT_QSSHB, which is wrong.
The way to solve this is to calculate by some logic, but I am not sure whether this is the correct way to approach. I couldn't find any calculation done in standard FB01, though I debugged it.
Can anyone help me out? Or any other bapi which meets my requirement will also be so helpful.

Hi,
once the document posted thru bapi, check with fb03 whether a new line item is created for with holding tax. And check the tax amount is deducted from vendor line item.

Webpage not updating properly on reload

About 2/3rds down the home page there is an option to show local news and weather. I have this set to my locale but Firefox does not refresh this part of the homepage - rest of page reloads ok.

I have configured adf security in my application, and i am adding users and some roles for them.
While running the i cant see the deployment log in Jdev that the users are updated to weblogic.(because of that its giving incorrect username and password)
But i can see those logs in some sample application, but its not in my application.
why its not showing deployment log while adding in JDev ? any suggestions please..

Step Type not updating properly with LabVIEW

I have a custom steptype that reads the information from the step properties. I also want this VI to be used as a stand alone. So I read the sequence context handle to determine if I am running in TS or standalone. This works fine. Because it is a stand alone I have a cluster of all the variables the I will need input. This is where the problems start. I noticed that when I define the step type in TS that I load the prototype. I choose to use the default values for the cluster input because I will read the real values inside the VI. When I "EDIT" (ctrl-E) the step it works fine. However at runtime I notice that occasionally the default value is used instead of the real data stored in the step type. I assume there is a race condition for when my variables are loaded. I assumed that when TS loads the prototype it will load the default values, then my LabVIEW TS properties will read and set the values of my VI. What I am seeing is that about every other time my LV will read the steps and update the value correctly then other times TS will overwrite the values with the default after I have read them. Some other wierd fluke I would notice that the variables would be updated in a similar but different named cluster. This I haven't be able to reliably reproduce. It is almost as if the references to the controls would get confused and switch to another control temporarily.
One fix that I have done is to not use the default value but pass the actual step value. See attached pix. This is tedious because some of my steps are large. This is not flexible. Some of my variables I would like to point to different locations, such as a FileGlobal instead of step.XXX.
Has anyone seen this before? When does LabVIEW actually write the data from TS into the VI? It appears that I am having a race condition between me updating the variables by reading the step values and when TS is loading the prototype.
I am using LV 7.1 and TS 3.5.

I'd love to try to help you out with this issue you're having, but I'll be honest - I'm finding it a little hard to follow what's going on.
Have you been able to isolate this behavior to only one single VI (the one you're currently working on), or, is this behavior reproducible in multiple VIs?
I ask because if it's reproducible in multiple VIs (a new VI), would you mind giving me sort of "step-by-step" to follow so that I can try to reproduce and decipher the behavior you're currently seeing?
If it's isolated to the VI you're working on and not easily reproducible, can you create a copy of your VI, remove everything not-pertinent to the behavior you're seeing, and post a very simple example so that other users can take a look and weigh in?
