Xdofo:show-carry-forward number-separators doesn't work in Oracle EBS 11i

I am displaying the ‘page total’ from within the footer of the xml-report by using the page total syntax ‘<xdofo:show-carry-forward name="pt" format="99G999G999D00"/>’.
Here the issue is that for report displayed in Spanish we are unable to display the Page Total in the required number format ie. The decimal separator should be ‘,’ and the group separator is ‘.’, since the Page Total is auto calculated and we are not able to save this value to any variable.
Currently Output is coming like: 12,052.00
Required output: 12.052,00
As well as I tried the below statement

But it doesn’t work in Oracle Applications 11i instance.

Besweet, I'm having the very same problem with 60GB colour which was bought new and worked for 6 months before suddenly just not being recognised by PC. I hadn't changed anything at all.
I've followed all troubleshooting advice and reinstalled and updated iTunes and iPod updater software but all troubleshooting routes seem to hit the dead end of either the need to access the iPod via the PC (which isn't possible as it's not showing up at all) or the iPod in disc mode stuck at "ok to disconnect".
It's still under 1yr warranty so will have to take to a dealer.
I'm sorry that's not much help for you but at least you know it's not a unique problem.

On line or otherwise, my number keypad doesn't work, then I get a 'freeze.' Number keypad works durning sign in.

Hi, sometimes Shift+clear works as numlock.
Also open System Preferences>Universal Access>Keyboard tab, & see if Sticly keys is on.
One way to test is to Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, Test for problem in Safe Mode...
PS. Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive
Reboot, test again.
If it only does it in Regular Boot, then it could be some hardware problem like Video card, (Quartz is turned off in Safe Mode), or Airport, or some USB or Firewire device, or 3rd party add-on, Check System Preferences>Accounts (Users & Groups in later OSX versions)>Login Items window to see if it or something relevant is listed.
Check the System Preferences>Other Row, for 3rd party Pref Panes.
Also look in these if they exist, some are invisible...

Apple Keyboard with number pad doesn't work with Mac Pro?

I have a Mac Pro, and have used an Apple Keyboard with a number pad (not bluetooth) with it for quite a while, with no problems. But then my keyboard broke and I ordered a replacement Apple Keyboard with a number pad (not bluetooth). This keyboard doesn't work with my Mac Pro. I have it plugged in, but I can't get the Mac Pro to consistently recognize that there is a USB keyboard connected to it. What magical stuff do I have to do to get the keyboard to be fit for purpose?

It would not hurt to try an SMC Reset. (But if it does not help, it adds credence to lllaass assertion that the keyboard is not working.)

Is cell data turned on? Are you out in the boonies somewhere where there is no cell service? Call your provider to see if they are having a service outage.

Number pad doesn't work, and can't find Num Lock button

Solved - Never mind, I found it. I don't know why I couldn't find it last night. I'd looked for it before without finding it. For some reason, there it was this morning - where it should have been. Subquery for inserting doesn't work in Oracle package

I have experienced a very strange scenario while inserting data inside a Oracle package.
I have two tables:
- table "A"
Columns: "ID", "Value1", "...."
- table "A_Backup", which contains backup data for table A. It has one more column "BATCH_NUMBER" than table A
Columns: "BATCH_NUMBER", "ID", "Value1", "...."
I created following procedure in a package to backup data from table "A" to "A_Backup".

The strange thing: If I create same procedure. But this time I didn't put procedure inside the package, insert query will work.
Please help, I have spent a couple of days on this and never make it work. I also tried cursor, it doesn't work either. It seems Oracle package doesn't support "virtual table" (subquery in insert) or whatever you call it.

Whenever you post provide your 4 digit Oracle version (result of SELECT * FROM V$VERSION).
I don't see any package or test code that calls the procedure or error messages or results from any procedure calls.
You say you have a problem with a package but don't post the package version of the code you are having a problem with.
How is anyone supposed to find a problem in code that you don't post? And when you post use \ tags as discussed in the FAQ.

PreparedStatement.setString doesn't work with Oracle 10g.

Hi all,
I newbie question regarding the method setString of class java.sql.PreparedStatement. My process require to pass throught a file and check agaisnt a Oracle table if the product id of the given record exist in the table .
I use the SQL
select matnr from zncorart_ap where zartleg = ? and zentrleg = ?
to do that. When i try to replace the ? with the setString method it doesn't work and the query always return no row as ? is not a valid value.

Encore suddenly askes current CC subscriber for serial number and doesn't work

I am a long time and current CC subscriber. Yesterday, Encore CS6 worked. Today, when i click to open Encore and the program prompts me to enter a serial number or "quit". There is no other option.
All my other apps are current and work: Ae, Pr, Ps, Mu, Ai, Au, ect, ect. All but Encore.....
Any CC subscriber knows that our subscription doesn't come with a serial number. So I am left wondering why my program worked yesterday and today it doedsn't work. Mind you, nothing has changed between the the time i left my computer to the time i returned. No updates, no new installs, n o t h i n g.
So I follow my first instinct to search google and bing and I find that this appears to be a common problem with no soultions short of re-writing and deleting all kinds of crazy files that honestly just look unscrupulous and only meant to really screw things up worse for the person having the problem.
So, next I follow the walkthrough at adobe's link here: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/ccm-prompt-serial-number.html It didn't help me because it doesn't address the problem. All my other apps work so obviously my address, email, and payment options are up to date.
Next, I click live chat at 6:00pm pst and I am bounced from one guy to the next until at 7pm pst i get the message... "Sorry to hear that your application will not work. Please contact the more experienced tech team later as they are offline." WHAT?!?!?! No solution, just, "Your problem happend at an inconvenient time for adobe so come back later." And no mention of when that time will be. THAT is NOT CUSTOMER Service. This so not cool, moral, or right in any universe. Just leave me hanging. I can not put in to words how upset I am right now. Adobe has really let me down.
When my clients have problems, I deal with it right then and there and I don't leave until it's fixed and done. I may jump ship on this one.

Richard, I tried "run as administrator" to no avail. However, I was able to get in touch with a adobe tech today. After getting passed to about 3 or 4 different techs, one was finally able to assist me.
The tech had me open Pre Pro CC and go to "help" and click "sign-out". When you do that a pop-up appears saying that: signing out will deactivate the following software on this computer unless you sign in again; following with the icon for each Adobe CC app i have installed.
Next the tech had me open Pre Pro CS6, which upon opening askes you to sign in which I did. Once Pre Pro CS6 was open, The tech had me check under "help" to see if the the option "deactivate" was available or greyed out. For me, It was greyed out.
Next the tech had me close Pre Pro CS6 and open it again and check "help" to see if deactivate was still greyed out; and it was still greyed out.
Next the tech had me close Pre Pro CS6 and open Pre Pro CC which prompts you to sign in. After Pre Pro CC launched the tech had me close it and open Pre Pro CS6 again too check under the "help" tab again and confirm if "deactivate" was still greyed out or black (executable). This time "deactivate" was black.
Next the tech had me launch Encore CS6 tto see if it still required a serial number. This time Ecore opened as it should, without requiring a serial number.
Hopefully this stick, or Adobe includes a perminant solution in the next update.

Starting to wonder if the iPhone's been hacked into. The Iphone was working perfectly fine just a short time ago...only 48 hours ago. I never saw a screen on the front of the front of the phone which showed an iTunes Icon at the top of the screen and a cord going down to the bottom of the screen before. I cannot use the phone, get online to get to the internet, take photos of anything.
The phone was working perfectly the day it started working very very strangely and I was able to use the phone, see the time of day, take photos, get online, etc.
How do you fix the phone? I am not going to "restore" the phone & get ALL my info, photos & everything deleted!
Think we need to change the phone number because we also got a strange phone call from a phone number we never saw before!
Need some help. as I'm sure people CAN hack into smartphones.

It's in recovery mode. It's tryijng to tell you to plug it into iTunes and restore it.

Bought Online Number but doesn't work

I bought an online number and it shows up on my account, yet i never got charged on my credit card although it says payment delivered. Everytime I try to call it says you need skype credit. It does not let me call and does not let anyone call me either. It says I need skype credit, but I have used this service before and never needed any. What is the point of paying 60 bucks a year!? Please help!

An Online # is for your contacts to call you. You can't make calls from an Online #.
