XMLP REPORT DOESN'T WORK FOR A DECIMAL PARAMETER WHEN FORMAT IS10.000,00

IN XMLP report there is a parameter p_min_value which accepts Number(15,2) values.
The issue faced is that value of p_min_value is not getting passed to the
data definition XML when the number format is 10.000,00 Please suggest how
can this issue be resolved.
Below is a snap of report log file & data xml.
Customer is using Number format 10.000,00 ( setting it in General
Preference).

Hi, Thanks for pointing it out. So I tried to use HTML insintead. So I entered the following custom text instead:
@[html]"Task Details"
This is on the Activity ID column.
WHen I run the report, there are still problem.
1) Somehow the Activity ID columns shows literally 'Task Detail' in every row (instead of activity ID)
2) I click the link. This time it goes go to the Task Detail screen, but gives me error like "Record not found".
Do you know what I did wrong?

I have tested two strings below. These two string are identical, except the first string has a char ', which has a decimal value of 131. And the second string has a char 'À', which has a decimal value of 192. I am expecting the same output, which is 11, but I got -1 for the test I did using the first string. In the API for public int indexOf(int ch, int fromIndex), values of ch is in the range from 0 to 0xFFFF (inclusive). It is highly appreciated if anyone could provide any insights on why -1 returned when the first string is tested. Thank you in advance.

According to Latin-1 Supplement table, the first char in the output would have the appearance of , instead it has the appearance of ?

Not sure why java prints character for decimal value of 128 through 159 differently from what appears in the Latin-1 Supplement table. Any of your inputs are appreciately.

Rif t.code S_ALR_87012177. This report requires, for working, the flag in th filed "Payment history record" in the tab "payment transactions" of customers master data.
I've adjourned the master data of the customers putting in the field "Payment history record". But the report doesn't work for histories. Is there a program which make the report working for histories too?

The average days in arrears are determined as follows: Every
incoming payment in the periods concerned is multiplied by its days
in arrears. These amounts are added together and then divided by the
total amount from all the incoming payments. This process ensures
that the days in arrears are weighted by the payment amount
but for February month there are 9 payments on one customer and when checked in FBL5N report
there are no Arrears days on each payment document but in the report "customer history ' there showing 2 days as arrears under " payments with Cash discount .Arrears"
User has doubt how this report is working to show the Arrears days
Are there any Formula , can you please advise me

Web Dynpro dropdown doesn't work for Adobe Reader 8

Hi All,
I've developed a Web Dynpro project which uses Interactive form.
The form has a dropdown (simple type from WDJ).
The dropdown works for Adobe Reader 7 but doesn't work for Adobe Reader 8 (when I press the arrow to open the list nothing happens).
Do I need to config/install something for supporting Adobe Reader 8?
I'm using J2EE 7.13.

All of a sudden, report doesn´t work anymore

Getting really tired of this whole SCOM-thing the last days.
Now the reporting doesn´t work anymore. We changed NOTHING.
State went from Zero to Healthy 4:14 PM on friday last week. Alright.
But a few hours later, when nobody was here anymore, it changed to EROR.
How can that happen?
Reports are EMPTY suddenly. You can't start report-tasks anymore. They disappeared.
We checked:
- Discovered Inventory -> Data Warehouse Synchronization Server
- State is Critical.
- Display name is wild numbers+characters, is this normal?
- Health explorer says:

Generally these errors are caused by improper SQL SRS configuration, to confirm SRS is initialized correctly, are you able to navigate to http://localhost/reports or http://localhost/reportserver?
Are you upgraded to SP1 RC yet and have you the latest versions of the MP' as a lot of these reporting issues have been resolved?
Also re-check all your SRS accounts have the relevant permissions and all permissions in IIS are correct?
You could try resetting the SRS configuration and re-install Reporting.
1. COPY the ResetSRS.exe file in SupportTools folder of the OM 2007 media to
C:.
2. Open a Command Prompt and change your path to C:.
3. Type "ResetSRS.exe MSSQLSERVER" where MSSQLSERVER is your SQL instance
name.
4. Then open Reporting Services Configuration Console, select Web Service
Identity and click Apply.
5. Finally, reinstall your reporting service by running OMSetup.exe again.
In addition, please provice the event ID under event vierwers, so that we could analyze it further.

Interactive Reports - group by in SQL - download reports doesn't work

Hi,
I have the following SQL as the region source of an interactive report.
select SERVICELEVEL, SUM(CONTRACTVALUE), SUM(DOLLARVALUE), count(SERVICELEVEL) from "ACSPROD"."CONTRACT" where CONTRACTSTATUS='Active' group by SERVICELEVEL
The report shows exactly as expected. I have also integrated BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.1 with APEX 3.2.0.00.27
Problem 1
The report download doesn't work for any of the formats (CVS/XLS/PDF/RTF). When I rewrite the SQL without the group by clause (not the wanted results), then the report downloads work.
What am I doing wrong?
Problem 2
Irrespective of the above issue - when I add a sum aggregate and download the report (any format) - it doesn't show the summed value.
What am I doing wrong?

I could reproduce this issue at my end. This is a bug. So, I have filed on your behalf (6432429).
When i use tables ( not views) directly in my SQL and use column alias for computed column, it does work fine!
i.e., this query is good with databinding at designtime and runtime:

SafeSleep doesn't work for Mac mini

I use Mac mini (Mid 2011) with hibernatemode=3.
But my Mac doesn't reboot from sleepimage afer I unplug the power cord. I mean SafeSleep doesn't work for my Mac. It boots normally but every program is initialized.
It is strange that I very rarely watch the very moment that my Mac's progress bar when rebooting from SafeSleep successfully.
Please help me to use SafeSleep and to save energy.
I am sure settings are correct and sleepimage is made by the following commands.

Don't be too dismayed that you can't take advantage of Hibernate the way you did in the past on your PCs. See this chart:

At most, you're drawing 1.16W in Sleep. For me, that amounts to a cost of about 10p every fortnight. If it's the environmental effects that concern you, further reading of the PDF should show you've got one of the most environmentally-friendly home computers money can buy.

Application Restart and Recovery APIs doesn't work for windows services

I am using the Application Restart and Recovery mechanism (provided in Windows API Code Pack for Microsoft.NET Framework) to collect some information (i.e. stack information when there's an unhandledexception) before my windows service crash down.
It works well for windows form applications, but the callback method wouldn't be called if the host is a windows service.

But it doesn't specify clearly whether it works for a windows service. It seems that the recovery will only be activated when the user interacts with the error dialog of Windows Error Reporting (clicking "close" on the dialog, for example).
So I am wondering is my guess right that the Application Restart and Recovery mechanism doesn't work for windows services. Or is there a better way to meet my requirement?

I would suggest trying ARR if that's what you want to use. The restart portion won't work, but it doesn't need to as if you fail out of your service, the Windows service controller will handle recovery (up to and including restarting your service).
You configure those recovery actions either through code or one of the built in administrative tools for services such as services.msc.
DebugDiag/ADplus and similar tools ultimately do use built-in APIs; you don't need to add anything external to collect debugging information. You do however have to write a good deal of code to do somethings. It's pretty simple to use the unmanaged
function that I pointed out before and
MiniDumpWriteDump to write a minidump when you hit an unexpected error(the dbghelp.dll that comes installed with Windows has it so you don't need anything additional installed). You can even write a basic debugger that literally debugs a process using
only kernel32 functions (see

In a roaming network, your "main" router is the device that would require port mapping/forwarding to be configured in order to access the IP camera from the Internet. This router is also the one that would be provide the private IP address for the camera which you will want to be a static one.
So as you described your network, the IP cameras should be getting an IP address or you assigned it a static one and this is the address that you would enter in the Private IP address (or equivalent depending on the router used) field when setting up port mapping.
If you are not able to access this camera from the local network, then this should be troubleshot first.

This isn't an issue. Notice the screen prior to the one that shows usage has an iCloud section and a Manage Storage button. For this button to activate ios needs to download a few kb from icloud. Switching back to this screen forces ios to download those few kb.
