  • What does this statement mean: "There is a problem with your authentication, possibly due to inactivity. For your safety, you have been logged out and must sign in again to continue?"

I am able to make it to the site for about 2 seconds and then I am quickly logged off and the statement, "There is a problem with your authentication, possibly due to inactivity. For your safety, you have been logged out and must sign in again to continue."
I don't have a clue as to the problem but since this is impacting my participation in these classes and ultimately could have a negative impact on my grade, I am more than a little concerned!

  • You have been logged out error message.

When I launch Adobe Creative Suite Pannel, I get the login screen. When I log in I get a "You have been logged out" error message. I changed my adobe password but the error still persists.

    Hi Copterdoc,
Please try the steps and let us know if this works.
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE folder
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.

  • You have been logged out because a consistent response...

When I login the VDI manager, have error tell me :You have been logged out because a consistent response could not be guaranteed. Why?

I have the same problem. You can find the following solution at the VDI 3.1 Wiki
    http://wikis.sun.com/display/VDI3dot1/I+cannot+log+into+the+VDI+Manager.
    Basically it suggests three things:
    1) ensure that you have enough RAM
    2) check the cacao
    3) that you should restart the vda-service as a last resort (/opt/SUNWvda/sbin/vda-service restart)
Options 1 and 3 didn't work for me. Option 2 is described in further detail here
    http://wikis.sun.com/display/VDI3dot1/The+system+is+not+reacting+as+expected.
I checked cacao and the service module on my first secondary and I got this:
    # cacaoadm status
default instance is ENABLED at system startup.
    Smf monitoring process:
    9278
    9279
    Uptime: 0 day(s), 15:22
This is right. Then when I checked the service module:
    # cacaoadm status com.sun.vda.service_module
Cannot execute command status: Module com.sun.vda.service_module has not been deployed.
This is wrong and certainly different from my other secondary VDI server (which is working just fine):
    # cacaoadm status com.sun.vda.service_module
    Operational State:ENABLED
    Administrative State:UNLOCKED
    Availability Status:[]
    Module is in good health.
So my problem (and maybe yours) is with the service_module, because it is not deployed. Now my question. How can I deploy the service_module? I do not know at the moment, but if it can help us get an answer...
Anyway, I will look at the logs in more detail and I will tell you later how it goes.

  • "You've been logged out" keeps popping up after I try to log in, I just paid. I can't log into CC

CC desktop application is not allowing me to log in after I JUST paid and started my subscription. I called customer service before and they wanted me to wait 2-3 days for a call back and the issue was never solved. I just wnet with the CS6 trial for the time being and now that's over.I have tried contacting customer service and as you know over the weekend they're closed, of course.
So I finally call today and there's a TWO HOUR WAIT. I have work at 3 and leave the house by 2. There goes any work I wanted to get done and I have an assignment due tomorrow. I've had nothing but issues since trying to deal with Adobe this school-year and their customer service is appauling. Is someone putting together a lawsuit with a petition? Because I would GLADLY sign it. It's a shame that such a company gets away with such terrible and crappy, malfunctioning software.
I wish Adobe woud get their head out and fix these problems with the MILLIONS of dollars profit you would think that stuff would at least WORK. People pay a premium for this crap, so it would nice to not have to miss deadlines and clients ADOBE!!

  • "You have been logged out. Please login again."

I keep receiving this error when trying to login in with my Adobe ID and password via the BC Login Page . There is a green textbox which appears to have a successful login but it does not direct me to the BC interface page.
I've already changed my password once which had no effect. I'm going to open a ticket soon and will post back with my findings if any leads are found.

Have more then one person with that trying to login?
Only one person at a time can be logged in with the single login for security and people seeing this is often the reason.
The other reason is cookies, if you clear your cookies your login info wil be cleared and you will need to login again.

  • I keep getting "You've been logged out" when I try to access my Creative Cloud account.

I have un-installed and then re-installed the program. Confirmed that my log in credentials are accurate by loggin into the Adobe site via the web. No issue. I am using Windows 8.1. I saw a post that said to remove the opm.db file, but I cannot find that on Windows 8 (Users > My Profile > AppData> Local > Adobe > OOBE >opm.db file. This path does not exist on my computer. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

  • "you have been signed out" message when trying to log onto Cloud

Keep trying to log onto Cloud and getting the "you have been logged out" click here to log in, enter credentials and the process starts over. I can't get any of the programs downloaded for the software I've purchased.

  • When I log into Creative Cloud, I get message saying I've been Logged out

This is after I Deactivated and uninstalled CS6. Here are the series of events:
    1. I deactivated CS6
    2. I installed CC
    3. After running a while and seeing both CS6 and CC versions on Creative Cloud, I uninstalled CS6
    4. Now, when I try to sign into CC, I get a message saying "You've been logged out", "Please sign in to continue"
5 When I depress the "Sign In" button and sign in, I get the same message, "you've been logged out", "Please sign in to continue" and the "Sign In" button reappears.
The bottom line is I am able to use the programs, but the Creative Cloud application will not let me log in.

I tweeted AdobeCare and got it fixed. Here's how, from their webpage:
    Close the Creative Cloud application.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the opm.db file.
    Launch Creative Cloud.
They left out one thing: in order to actually get the file to delete, I had to open Task Manager in Windows and right-click on the AAM process and select "End Task". Then the file deleted and the sign in worked. It acted like I was new, but it recognized all of my installed apps. Hope that helps!
