Your site is recommended by a site and after the latest update of firefox, I cannot use your site like I use to do.

the site farmtowngifts.com worked very well prior to the latest update of firefox and firefox is even recommended by this site. Now it is not working properly.

uninstalled firefox ....deleted all files still remaining under mozilla firefox directory in program files ... to avoid having to reprogram all my settings, reisntall all addons as well .. I did not remove anything from mozilla firefox that is stored in either appdata or under the windows users directory (if any)
... the as suggested reinstalled the latest version of the firefox browser using the link you provided in the email ..; tested and several issues still remain present and unresolved ....
so please this is urgent or I will have to jump browsers and start using chrome .. because we work 14 hours a day 6 (sometimes 7) days a week, to get ready for the launch of our newest venture and we cannot lose that much days on browser related issues ... so please instead of putting me through week long step process .. of do this .. do that .. can you please actually look into the issue from your end .. I use firefox for so many, many years thta I deserve this kind of support .. thnx Robert

    I had the same problem. I created an iCloud account and backed up my iPad to iCloud. I then went to www.iCloud.com, signed-in and then I was able to download my spread sheet data. At least I have my data.

    I did figure out what was throwing the error: I was using a Item from a Library that had a Content Item in it. If I deleted that Content Item or used Untag Selection the site would publish without any errors.
    Here is what I have tested: In my Content window I have 3 folders - 1) Collection   2)Sunspace  3)TestNew.... Folder 2 were created using Muse 2014.2 - Folder 3 created in version 2014.3
    If I place any Content Items that are from with-in Folder 2 Muse Crashes when publishing to businesscatalyst. If I add any new content item to Folder 2 and place it on the page Muse Crashes.
    If I place any Content Items that are from with-in any other folder than Folder 2 Muse publishes without any error. I don't know what the issue is with that one folder?

    I regret to learn of any issues after the software update. Let's check some things out on your phone! Does the text message say who it came from? Is it a contact you message on a regular basis? Are you using the messaging application that came with the device, or a 3rd party application?
    I recommend deleting any unneeded messaging threads and then powering the device off/on. Keep me posted!

    Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
    Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
    Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
    Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
    The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
    Please note:
    Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

    The easiest way to turn off the zoom accessibility feature is to connect your phone to iTunes on your computer.  In the Summary pane, click the "Configure Universal Access..." button.  On the next screen, under "Seeing", select "Neither" and click OK.

    I don't really understand your comment about "sing of tubes in RED which is wired". But if you are referring to the display of iTunes and the USB port that is an indication that you must restore your iPhone by connecting it to your computer via USB and then using iTunes on the computer to restore it.

    I am trying to access etsy.com via safari on my ipad. I keep getting this message.
    "You've requested a page on a website (etsy.com) that is on the CloudFlare network. CloudFlare is unable to resolve your requested domain."
    Thiss has only started after my latest update earlier this week. This seems to be the only website where I get this message. Can someone please tell me who is cloudflare, why am I getting this message and  how do I fix this.

    I'm not sure why you posted the Pinterest extension link, but I had no problem accessing etsy.com. Try clearing Safari, force close the app and then reset your iPad. Then see if you can access the website.
    Go to Settings> Safari> Clear Cookies and Data.
    In order to close apps in iOS 7, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.
    Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
    SInce you are not that techie, by your own admission, if you can't get the hang of force closing the app, just clear Safari and reset the iPad and then try again.

    Prior to installing the latest update for Firefox this morning, all was well, but since that time, when I go to Farmville, it won't allow me to open my giftbox, barns, inventory, or bakery.     It's all rather odd because the old account cannot 'no longer exist' - if you don't have the correct password you won't be able to get into it, but you can't actually delete an iCloud account from the server.
    I'm afraid you will need the services of iCloud Support. If you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:

    You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
    If you are not covered by AppleCare, then - in common with other free email services - there is no free support and you may be asked to pay a fee.

  • After the latest update to FF13, I double click the bookmark button and the window won't open so I can edit.

    When I double click the bookmark button (star) a window always drops down so I can edit the bookmark or place it into the folder I want. Now after the latest update to FF13 (june 2012) I can click once and the page is bookmarked to the "unsorted" folder, but when I double click nothing happens. 1) I restarted FF, didn't help 2) I rebooted computer, didn't help.

    Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction. I had 5 extensions installed. I disabled all of them then restarted FF. My bookmark window started working again. Then I enabled each extension one at a time to find the culprit. It was "Compact Menu 2 version 4.3.1". It's a handy extension for me, but I can live without it till they have a version that will work for me. Thanks again.

    Different cable? Checked in Device Manager to verify the proper driver is installed and also manually installed the driver?
