COPA Plan values not appearing in report

I posted COPA Plan values using KEPM and line items are appearing in KE25 but no values are not being appeared in COPA line item report we created using report painter. We used KE94 and KE91.
Actual values appearing correctly in report.
Any help??

Check if you have Plan/Act indicator maintained correctly with the plan value. If it shows up in other reports, I don't see any reason why it will not show up here. I would also check other parameters entered in the report and see if any other characteristic is preventing plan values from populating.

PO Price Value not coming in report

I have problem that when i run report mb51 for a plant and movt. type 101.In purchase order no of line items there.from all line items some of line items not showing po. price value they are showing 0 amt. but this amount exist in GRN doc or Posting Doc. What is the problem that standard report not showing amt for particular line item .Pl help to solve this problem.

Check once PO item value has been decreased (once GR and IV has been completed on PO you can alter the PO value which will have no effect) and also check deletion indicator/ blocking has been set for PO item.

Web Analysis report is not coming with the border/logo/heading while print

Hi All,
I am using 9.3.1 version of hyperion planning were Web Analysis report is not coming with the border/logo/heading while printing with the option "print all object", Only the data grid is coming in the print. If I use "print screen" it is coming with border/logo/heading but it gives a screenshot of the report, that won't cater out need.
So please suggest us with a resolution to have border, logo and heading, while using Print all object.

Hi Sagar,
In scripts when you will see print preview the logo will be not shown up with clarity.Take the print out of the document and check whether logo is printing up with clarity.

Hello Guys
Im new in system center product. I have installed and configured System center config manager. Then software inventory from my clients and trying to report Computer with a specific product. I was right click and Run on this report. Not coming report windows.
Whats my wrong? Any suggestions

So your problem is not that the report is empty. It's that you do not even get a report window. I've seen this before when Report Viewer does not get installed.

I am running the budget report S_ALR_87013558. In that report except budget column, other values are coming(Actual,Comiitment, remordpla, assigned,available)....
BUt I have assigned the budget..It is showing properly in S_ALR_87013557.
In S_ALR_87013228 report, available it is showing in negative.
How to rectify this issue?

new page shows connecting to admin1 only. and nothing else.

i am running report in one system. therefore there can n't be any other report in quee manager.
one thng more i have found when i send report output directly to printer it goes. but on displaying page it has problem.

KE5Z drilldown report does not equal grr3 report values

Hello,
We have a grr3 report where the COGS line is based on functional area and account ranges. The total displayed on the GRR3 report for the COGS cell matches the values I would expect based on the specified account and functional area restrictions assigned to that cell. When I drill into the KE5Z report (Profit Center: Actual Line Items), which is identified as a receiver report, the summed value of the "In Company Code Currency" field does not equal what is displayed in GRR3. The GRR3 report is returning results in the same currency as the company code currency that the report is being executed for so that is not the problem. During my investigation it looks like the functional area restrictions are not being accounted for when I drill into KE5Z. Any recommendations on why the restrictions identified for the cell in the GRR3 report would not be carried through to the KE5Z results? I have been playing with this for hours and have run out of ideas. I can't determine why the COGS cell value is different than the actual line items sum. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jordan,
in my experience the report-report interface can only pass through selections independently.
To give an example: I had a report painter report with line 1 that had a selection on two characteristics (say cost element A and cost center B) then a second line with selection cost element C and cost center D selected and finally a line with the sum of the two lines above.
Now when I jump to a connected line item report by double-clicking on the line with the sum, the parameters passed on are:
cost centers: B, D
cost element: A, C
Therefore, the sum of my line items is not equal to the sum that I departed from, as I get line items with cost element A and cost center D, for example, a combination that was excluded from my original report.
I hope I made the point clear.
Another possibility is of course, that the receiving report has additional selection active (in the form used in the dril down report) that were not present in the original report

Plan next yrs values not appearing in Report Painter

Hi,
In our one of Z report (developed thrugh SAP std Report Painter functionality), Plan next yrs column does not shows any value in output of report.
Basically this column should show next years plan values for WBS Element cost elementwise.
When I double click on any of the cell of this column, I am getting output with 0 records but selection criteria is appearing as Period 7 and Fiscal year as 2999 on output screen on the top. So I am thinking that output is not appearing because of wrong selection criteria field values/characteristics values.
Just wanted to know from you all guys, what things should I check in Report Painter to resolve this issue? Also what are the causes of this issue?
Could you please tell me the remedial procedure and transaction code to resolve this kind of issue?

Reports server not coming up....

Hi ,
During clonign after the changing of APPS password the reports server is not coming up ....
getting the error below....
adrepctl.sh: exiting with status 2
starting Reports Server for CT1RTD on port 25103.
REP-0186: Daemon failed to listen to port
adrepctl.sh: exiting with status 0
Reports Server for CT1RTD is already stopped.
I had changed the CGIcmd.dat...wiht the newly updated apps password and also updated wdbsvr.app...
TNS entry also fine....
port is not used by anything else....
before changing the APPS password it was running up and fine...
anyone have any idea...how ot fix this....

My Trips and Expenses - Create new expense report is not coming up..

We are facing a issue in T&E that, when we try to click on "Create new Expense Report" from My Trips and Expenses it is not coming up..
And same when we execute the backend application through SE80 it is coming fine.
Please anyone suggest the root cause..

Yes, I just tested this thing out in 11.1.1.5. Please find more details below.
1. I create a sample 'BIConsumer' user.
2. Logged into the BI Server.
3. Navigated to Catalog and clicked on New
4. I could get only two options 'Report Job' and 'Action Intelligence'.
To provide proper privileges,
1. Logged into BI Server as BIAdministrator.
2. Navigated to Administration -> Manage Privileges -> Catalog/
3. Given explicit permissions to 'BIConsumer' to create folders and 'My folders and Dashboard'.
To verify,
1. Logged back to BI Server as 'BIConsumer' user.
2. Now, in the catalog could see 'New Folder' option under 'My folders'
For further analysis, can you please check which roles this particular user is having? You can click on username at the top right corner -> My Account->Roles and Catalog Groups.

PR/ Sales order value not coming in condition value routine

As per the requirement while creating a PO I need to add a new condition type and need to calculate condition price for this newly added condition based on some matrix.
For this requirement PO will always be created with reference to PR and with account assignment category as 'E' .
(Hence sales order number /item will be copied from PR to PO in account assignment tab )
Now I have created a new pricing requirement routine ( To add the condition type ) and new condition routine to calculate and update the price.
These routines are working fine if i check them with hard coded price values.
But the problem is that I need the PR number(which we put in item overview ) / Sales order item number (from account assignment ). these values are not coming in pricing tables in the routine...structure EKPO come blank, KOMP-AUBEL is also blank).
Please give your suggestions how i can i get PR/ SO in the condition values routine .
