Creating attachments in FB03 transaction

Hi all,
I tried to create attachments in FB03 transaction but its giving message as 'Folder does not exist'.
Please suggest me how to achieve this functionality.

When you execute the fb03 transaction call in SAP GUI, you got a screen asking you to enter Document number, company code, Fiscal year.
I'm trying to create a web dynpro application that does the same as fb03.
Is there an RFC or BAPI that takes the same set of parameters and return same results.

Create Attachments - Authorization

Hi @ all
I have following example:
My colleague wants an authorization restriction for creating attachments, for example in equipment.
Two issues are important for him:
At first he wants that some employees can create via u201CCreateu2026 -> Create Attachmentu201D (Services for Objects), but some should not be able to create attachments. I have found the transaction SGOS, but there you only can set this option inactive for all users.
At second the deletion of these attachments should not be able in general. I have found the authorization object S_WFAR_OBJ for the ArchiveLink u2013 object which is already maintained. But I haven´t found anything for above mentioned objects.
Could anybody help me? Do you know which authorization objects are necessary?

Problem creating attachments

I use both Firefox and Safari browsers for my Mac, and have a Hotmail account. Normally I can create attachments. Tonight, using Firefox, when I click the attachments link, nothing opens, but when I switched to my Safari browser it did, so it would seem like it is a problem with Firefox as it relates to Hotmail.

I created one attachment from my desktop. how can i copy the presentation server(desktop) file in to application server. application files can see by all users .

As per the requirement transaction type is activity(ACTI) & sales order(TA). when the take order objective is complete system automaticaly craete a new activity of tele sales call or metting with wholesaler.
this is requirement of client.
now i am already create all type of transaction types of activity & sales order & create follow up transaction also. i have doam already create action profile also but when i am assign this action profile to transaction & try to create an sales order no follow up transaction could be create automatically. i think the condition is not right so please help me out in this. what should be the start & schedulec condition for this scenerio

Error in creating business partner through transaction FPP1 in ECC6.0

We have upgraded our system from 4.7E to ECC6.0.Now when we are trying to create business partner through transaction FPP1 we are getting error as " Exception condition "NO_ACTIVE_TAB" raised."

Create Attachments to Generic Object Services from Webdynpro appliccation

Hi,
I have requirement to Create Attachments to Generic Object Services(GOS) in equipment master (IE03) from webdynpro when a user clicks on upload button and also allow the user to delete the attachments .
Can anyone advice me of any Function Modules or logic to use from Web GUI.
I used below logic from R/3 to create attachments, but from webdynpro this method doesn't work.
DATA lo_attachment TYPE REF TO cl_gos_document_service.
CREATE OBJECT lo_attachment.
CALL METHOD   lo_attachment->create_attachment
       EXPORTING is_object = ls_object
       IMPORTING ep_attachment = lp_attachment

Unable to create RFQ in ME41 transaction

Hi,
I have been trying to create RFQ in ME41 transaction after providing the requisite entries. After click on Save button, I get a message mentioning "Document Created <RFQNum> and immediately I get a popup "Express document Update was terminated recieved from author <username>. And the RFQ number is not available in Table EKKO.
Kindly suggest what should be the issue causing the RFQ created to be terminated.

Hi,
That's the message you get from the workflow. I think the workflow of RFQ must be implemented in ur company. Sometimes it gives this message bcoz of some functional related issues. Ask the MM consultant for furthur clarifications.

Help required:Spool Creation for posted document in FB03 transaction

Hi Experts,
The requirement is like I have to send the PDF document to the user by mail once the document gets posted in SAP ECC. The posting is taking place by IDOC.
The problem is how do i get the spool request for the document which is posted in ECC. It can be seen by entering document number in FB03 transaction but there is no smart form or SAP script or any Output type. The document is posted by IDOC.The client wants the PDF document excatly as seen from FB03 transaction. Please help as this is typical requirement i have never come across.
Do let me know some of the user exits where in just after the posting i can write my code for spool creation. The idoc is using the BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST.

Creating Interface through call transaction to send data to XI

I am the new person working in ABAP interface. actually pls help me how i have to create purchase order through transaction code ME21N through ABAP code and it will be transferred to XI. and it should be through user exit or IDOC. user has to put data in ME21N. and save then a puchase order will be create with Number. How the related table will be updated through Internal table also.

Hello Sanjay
When you look at the output of your purchase order (ME21N: header -> output) you should see several output options, e.g. printout and EDI (mode = 6).
You need to define a partner profile (transaction WE20) for your supplier. When you output your PO via EDI it automatically triggers the creation of an inbound order IDoc.
When you define your SAP-XI as receiver of these inbound order IDocs they will be transferred to SAP-XI.

Field Description Problem in FB03 transaction

I got a requirement to change the field description of field DMB33 in FB03 transaction. Since the transaction is a standard one, I have changed the description through Enhancement. After that if I checked for the field DMB33 in FB03 transation, it is displaying only the short text. But I need to display the long text.
Please help me.
