I have a license for elements 12 but am unable to find a download link. I can't afford to purchase 13. Any suggestions for locating the link?

When downloading Elements 13, how do I get the option to choose between the 32 and 64 bit versions? I am automatically getting the 32 bit version which is no good for my operating system.

Afraid that doesn't help. I have successfully gone through the installation process, however it automatically installs the 32 bits version. My operating system is 64 bits and I get the message to download the 64 bit version, but when I try to reinstall I cannot see any page that gives me an option for which version to download.

I've downloaded Elements twice and can't open it

I navigate to the file PhotoshopElements_13_LS25_Win64. When I click on it, my computer doesn't recognize an Lz file and asks me what Ap I should be using. I have Windows 8, which is new to me. Where's the exe file? Anyone know how to open this?

Yes, I downloaded Elements 13 three times directly from Adobe, and not once was there an .exe file in the download folder. After I left this message this morning, I googled .7z files and learned I needed to install Win Zip, so I did that...Win Zip recognized the file, but when I clicked on it I got an error message. Of course I'm taking a Photoshop class and am now 2 days behind. So, this morning I purchased Photoshop Elements 12 from Wal Mart online, and it has been in the process of downloading for the past 7 hours (I have a brand new Lenovo laptop for goodness sake)...but at least it gave me the option of selecting a 64 bit download. I didn't have that option with the Elements trial. So...waiting and keeping my fingers crossed. The download says it's 68%, so I ought to know about 8 p.m. MST.

You can not use File-Upload UI element inside confirmation dialog ,because there is no provision to add any UI ,except Button.
Please avoid my previous reply .

You can simply click on the application to launch it from the 'Applications' folder.

I recently purchased adobe elements and adobe premiere, i successfully downloaded elements but after downloading premiere nothing happens.

After downloading elements a screen appeared for a second final step to download it. after downloading premiere the second screen never appeared and I have tried twice to download premiere only to have nothing happen.

Adobe does not have a download for PSE 5.
You may have to try to find a used disc, assuming you have a valid serial number.

Are you using mavericks (os x 10.9) and Safari?
You only need your serial for the actual installation of pse 9, not just to download it.
When i hit that download button using safari, the download icon jumps across the screen down to the Downloads folder.
If you look at the Downloads folder in the dock or click on the top right of the safari window, do you see any indication that the download is happening?

1. Have you purchased Premiere Elements 11 and/or 12 and do you have a purchased serial number for either?
What computer operating systems are involved - old and new?
2. If you purchased an online download of either product from Adobe, you should be able to download these files from
Adobe http://www.adobe.com in the My Orders section there once you Sign In. You can also get help from Adobe via Adobe Chat by clicking on the following link, and, when it opens, clicking on the statement "Still need help? Contact us." to discuss Orders, Refunds, and Exchanges.
Contact Customer Care
If you did not purchase any of the installation files from Adobe, then this should not help.
3. If you have purchased serial number but cannot file installation files or disc anywhere, you can download and install installation files for Premiere Elements 9, 10, 11, and 12 from the following web site. They are tryouts into which you can insert your purchased serial number and then make that your working program.

this happened after I downloaded the PSE13 SW, extracted the zip file and launched the Set-up.exe for the very first time, and on every retry.
It asked for my Adobe Id, and after entering it, those four squares started to circle and never stopped, as described by jeni69.
All I want to accomplish is to convert a photo catalog from album starter edition 3.2 to PSE.
After failing to install PSE13, I downloaded a trial version of PSE12, and installed it successfully. But now I am stuck with a conversion error. (Sorry, don´t have the English version)
Do you happen to know, which version of PSE would be capable of converting an Album Starter Edition Catalog?

What problem are you having downloading that you need help with?
I don't know where they hide the downloads for Elements nowadays, and whatever they have done to their site has made even finding their products that much harder. But you can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.
