DW CS6 and jQuery Mobile 1.2.0 - does not copy icons folder

Using the trial version of DW CS6
Attempting to create a JQuery Mobile Web site using DW and JQM 1.2.0
This is what I have done.
1. Created a new folder in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\configuration\Third Party Source Code\jquery-mobile2
and copied the following files:
jquery-1.8.2.js
jquery.mobile-1.2.0.js
jquery.mobile.structure-1.2.0.css
jquery.mobile.theme-1.2.0.css
\images - all files copied from the JQuery Mobile download for v1.2.0
2. Edited the following files in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\configuration\BuiltIn\Mobile Starters:
jQueryMobileLocalMultiPage.htm
jQueryMobileLocalSplitMultiPage.htm
and pointed them to the new jquery-mobile2 folder by changing each path from
../../Third Party Source Code/jquery-mobile/
to
../../Third Party Source Code/jquery-mobile2/
3. In DW, File New and selected the "Page from Sample > Mobile Starters > jQuery Mobile with Theme(local) and DW created a file with paths pointing to the local copies of jquery-mobile2 folder.
4. File > Save As and point to a folder and hit save and DW opens a dialog box asking me if I want to copy the 2 CSS and 2 JS files mentioned above.
So I hit "Copy" and it saves the HTML file and also copies the 2 CSS and 2 JS files. But when I open the HTML file created, in my browser, there are no images displayed. I checked the folder and although DW has copied the other files it has NOT copied the images folder. I have to manually copy the folder across and only then will the images display corrctly in the page.
This appears to be a bug in DW CS8 and its handling of the JQMobile template.
Is there a proper solution other than remembering to manually copy the images folder or can this be noted as a bug and corrected as I want to use the latest version of JQMobile.

Fixed it myself. I realized that I needed to leave <link href="jquery-mobile/jquery.mobile.theme-1.0.min.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"/> in index.html and to add a new line <link href="jquery-mobile/y_theme.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"/>

Tried with Jquery Mobile 1.4.0 and it works, so I guess I'll use that for the time being.

Why when I try to copy any thing that I highlight and use the command c it does not copy?

Have you tried going to "Edit" from the menu at the top bar and select "Copy" that way?

JQuery Mobile Theme - works Dreamweaver but not online

I created a new JQuery Mobile Theme in Fireworks CS6: Commands - JQuery Mobile Theme - Create New Theme. Then exported the theme to a folder where I am designing a new mobile app (Commands - JQuery Mobile Theme - Export Theme).
I opened index.html in Dreamweaver CS6 and changed <link href="jquery-mobile/jquery.mobile.theme-1.0.min.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"/> to the new *.css file. I used Find / Replace to change all instances of data-theme="e" to data-theme="y". I saved index.html and clicked on Live View where it looked perfect. I used FileZilla to move all of the files to the server hosting my website. But when I view it either in Firefox or on my Samsung phone, index.html doesn't include any of the CSS formatting. (It had worked online with the CSS formatting when I had just manually edited the color codes in a few places in jquery-mobile/jquery.mobile.theme-1.0.min.css)
If I view index.html as a file on my computer in Firefox, the css works perfectly. But when I upload the contents of the folder to the server hosting my website, it doesn't.
I'd appreciate any input on what I'm doing wrong.

Maybe a Preferences reset can help:

If you cannot close the Pen Tool by switching to another tool, as a temporary measure you may try pressing P (for Pen).
To solve it, you may try the list.
The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file (you may have tried/done some of them already); 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
If possible/applicable, you should save curent artwork first, of course.
1) Close down Illy and open again;
2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to 3 times);
3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible);
5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);
Even more seriously, you may:
6) Uninstall, run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.

hi - my mobile me email account does not recieve any emails - plus, the file structur is not available on my mac. I am using iphone and ipad, there at least the file structure is visible. I received the notification, that my icloud storage is not sufficiant, I extend this to 80 GB, should not be an issue anymore. Just to confirm ... by Verizon Web Portal, you mean the Verizon branded Yahoo! web portal page? Correct?    Just want to be sure you're looking in the right place.
If you go into your account settings on Verizon, does it say there that you are the "Yahoo!" experience (probably also has an option listed to allow you to change to AOL as well).
If it says Yahoo! and you are looking on the Yahoo! web portal inbox, then it sounds like your mapping over to the Yahoo! side is not setup properly within the Verizon cloud.   That would take a call to tech support to fix.
Just for giggles, have you tried changing your mailbox password (and not recofniguring any mail clients, etc.).   Just to make sure something isn't quickly grabbing the mail and downloading it before you can see it via the web portal.   Might want to do that just as an experiment.
Another think to try is creating a sub-account for email and see if mail gets delivered to the address.

The workspace I set up is also gone. I have every explorer box and cleaner checked to save recent. Had to disable nivedia desktop software because of weird display conflict. Have Dell pro support and they cannot fix. Any ideas to help me with this would be appreciated.

Self-solved! I work in column view in Finder so get there in a Finder window with folders and files appearing.
There really is no problem, just select an ITEM in the COLUMN before right-clicking!
The "old" context menu will appear. If you click in the white space in that column (or anywhere in a Finder window) and then place the cursor over a folder or file WITHOUT selecting it and right-click you will bring up the secondary context menu - Open, Copy, Duplicate, View Options and a greyed out Labels option. No "Move to Trash".

You may want to try force closing all open apps and resetting the device as an initial troubleshooting step. Take a look at the articles below for more information.

I connect my iPad to my PC and open iTunes, but the iPad does not show up in sidebar. I want to sync. How do I do it?

I have my PC on, then plug in my iPad (which is on) and open iTunes. The iPad does not show up in the sidebar. How do you get it to show up so that I can select the iPad and then configure the sync settings in each of the settings panes....hoping that these actually show up.
In the manual it says "log in to your computer user account before connecting iPad". I am the only user of this PC...does this mean some other user account. I am confused. I need "baby steps" to tell me how to do all this....very senior and just learning about this wonderful machine. I will very much appreciate your help.

If you are the only user on your computer you probably don't have multiple user accounts set up and can disregard that. If you are using iTunes 11 go to View>Show Sidebar. Now see if your iPad appears under Devices on the left side when you connect it. If it does, click on the name of your iPad on the left side and your iTunes sync settings options will appear in folders with tabbed headings to the right.
If it doesn't appear on the left side, follow the troubleshooting steps shown in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1538.

If the clips are not actually missing, you could try to refresh the timeline by using cmd-0 and then going to the timeline options tab. Then select name only where it says "thumbnail display". Press ok to accept the change, then repeat the process to add thumbnails back to your timeline.

The only part that does work is the genius, and the purchased, but I cannot search for any new apps now have the categories come up. Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after the iPad shuts down, then press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.

The bigger issue is that you have been given the answer to this in many different forms and, because you have no technical background, you fail to see what is being shown to you. That is why I have repeatedly suggested that you hire a consultant.
