  • Sender Axis SOAP Adapter EOIO

    My PI Sender Axis SOAP Adapter is giving me the following error when I try and use an EOIO quality of service:
    The XI SequenceId must be uppercase and 1-16 characters long.; nested exception is:
    com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.InvalidParamException: The XI SequenceId must be uppercase and 1-16 characters long.
    If I use EO then the adapter works fine. Does anyone know if EOIO is supported in the Sender Axis SOAP Adapter? I did notice when I select EOIO there is no text box for the Queue Name.

    Hi Krishneel,
    ExactlyOnceInOrder means that the constructed XI message has its QualityOfService value ExactlyOnceInOrder and it is processed synchronously to the persistence layer of the adapter engine and asynchronously to the target service in the order of persistence.
    To guarantee the exactly once delivery of a message, the client must supply a unique message ID for the message.
    More on this can be found in the SAP Note 1039369 (FAQ XI Axis Adapter)

  • Error While Posting Data Through Tcode MM41

    Hi Experts,
    Getting error when entering article data through tcode MM41 :
    Following errors occurred while posting data :
    E M3 072 : Enter the RP type
    I m already entering RP type in both DC and store tab available on article screen.
    Thanks.

    Hi Friend,
    Youhave to enter for third time for your reference site say for example RFST and again third time i have to enter the RP.
    Idealy you should first maintain for reference site initially.
    eample I am maintaining MM41 for my store (site) so first at DC level and then at store level and then again when I accept to save the article at refercne Store level I have feed in the RP type.
    Hope this solves you query.

    I got a requirement where I need to post data from SCM to XI server. From SCM
    side it is an ABAP proxy. When I tested the scenario and checked in the MONI of

    HI
    Check these
    For Error: HTTP_RESP_STATUS_CODE_NOT_OK 401 Unauthorized
    Description: The request requires user authentication
    Possible Tips:
    • Check XIAPPLUSER is having this Role -SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER
    • If the error is in XI Adapter, then your port entry should J2EE port 5<System no>
    • If the error is in Adapter Engine
    –then have a look into SAP note- 821026, Delete the Adapter Engine cache in transaction SXI_CACHE Goto --> Cache.
    • May be wrong password for user XIISUSER
    • May be wrong password for user XIAFUSER
    – for this Check the Exchange Profile and transaction SU01, try to reset the password -Restart the J2EE Engine to activate changes in the Exchange Profile After doing this, you can restart the message

    Where does the HTML indicate that the Service is not running??
    The error message " The content type text/html; charset=utf-8 of the response message does not match
    the content type of the binding (text/xml; charset=utf-8)" points to a bug in the WCF-BasicHttp described here:
    http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/11796bf5-ba6a-4878-977e-5c854642f67c/the-content-type-textxml-charsetiso88591-of-the-response-message-does-not-match-the-content?forum=biztalkgeneral
    Although not 100% the same, the conclusion here was to still use the old Adapter :-(

  • Error while invoking the ABAP Proxy via SOAP Adapter

    Hi,
    My scenario involves SOAP Client invoking a webservice hosted in PI which in turn invokes the ABAP Proxy asyncronously.
    SOAP Client -> PI -> ECC (ABAP Proxy) . This works fine.
    Next , I have exposed the ECC Service Interface as webservice using SOA Manager transaction. Now, once the service is created using SOAManager, i replaced the XI Adapter with SOAP Adapter and provided the target URL as the URL provided by the SOAManager.
    SOAP Client -> PI -> ECC (ABAP Proxy via SOAP Adapter)
    With this approach, i am encountering the below error message
    2009-05-29 12:17:55 Error Adapter Framework caught exception: null

    Any ideas on the above errror message? Any pointers or inputs will be appreciated.

    This is a generic error message which does not have any information about the error which has occurred.
    Do you see any error messages in the SOAP client?

  • Error While Posting Data Of Multiple File to R/3

    Hello,
    I am currently testing with a scenario <b>where a number of XML files are read by XI and their data is passed to R/3 via an RFC call. Each XML File contains one line item data.</b> I am using BPM to achieve this. The problem is: <b>If I test with a single line item data (single file), the scenario works fine and data is updated at the R/3 end. But if I try to put multiple files simultaneously, only one file's data is going into R/3</b>. What can be the problem? Is it something to do with serialization? I have tried using EOIO; but still the same problem persists. I see in SXMB_MONI that all the messages have chequered flag. I have tried debugging the RFC, but it does not work out for multiple calls. Anybody has any idea how this can be solved?
    Regards,
    Amitabha

    Hello Bhavesh,
    Thanks for your reply. My BPM scenario is as follows:
    <b>Receive->Synchronous Send->Asynchronous Send</b>
    In sender channel for XML files, I have used <b>Filename*</b> as the source file name as my files are coming with <b><filename ><timestamp></b> naming convention. Poll interval is <b>5 seconds</b>, Processing mode is <b>by name</b>.
    AT the RFC receiver  channel end, the credentials are all ok and the <b>number of maximum connections is set to 25</b>. I have always tested with no. of messages<5.
    Hope you find this info useful. Awaiting reply.
    Thanks and Warm Regards,
    Amitabha

  • Error while posting data with BAPI_ACC_ACTIVITY_ALLOC_POST

    Hi All
    I am using BAPI_ACC_ACTIVITY_ALLOC_POST to post documents but getting error as 'The document has too many line items (maximum number = 997). Even though my input file has only 900 records.
    I tried reducing it to 600 . Even then I am getting same error.
    Has anybody come across this , message class BK (829).
    I have traced that this message comes from function module  K40C_DOCUMENT_CREATE which is being called internally in the BAPI.
    Please help me on this , its urgent.
    Thanks & Regards
    Babita Sharma

    Change your code to create 400 line items for each document number. I mean, 1 header for 400 line items.
    That way you will have one structure HEADER and 400 lines in table ITEMS.

  • ALE error while posting payroll data

    Hi all,
    We are trying to set up payroll posting via ALE interface. We have done the following settings
    1. Distribution model setup with filters on for standard bapi's
    2. Partner profile setup
    3. RFC destination setup
    When we try to post payroll data,it was returned with the following errors
           RFC destination is not maintained for object BUS6001 and method PRECHECKPAYROLLACCOUNTASSIGN
           The account assignment objects could not be checked
           RFC destination is not maintained for object BUS6004 and method CHECK
           The G/L account could not be checked
    We verified RFC destination and it is working fine. I have searched all possible links in SCN, but unable to get the solution.
    Can someone help in this issue?

    Hi,
    Using tcode pc_payresult please check whether the off-cycle payroll is executed again in period 06-2010. If yes then try to post off-cycle payroll separately (PC00_M99_CIPE - Create Posting Run) by entering "Off-Cycle Payroll Run" parameters. May be you will get an error while posting this off-cycle payroll because this payroll is already posted. In this case you will have to reverse the existing off-cycle posting and then post off-cycle payroll again.
    Once off-cycle payroll is posted, then you try to post normal monthly payroll.
    I hope your problem will be solved by doing the above work out.
    Regards,
    Waqas Rashid

  • 'Error while signing data-Private key or certificate of signer not availabl

    Hello All,
    In my message mapping I need to call a web service to which I need to send a field value consist of SIGNED DATA.
    I am using SAP SSF API to read the certificate stored in NWA and Signing the Data as explained in
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/a4/d0201854fb6a4cb9545892b49d4851/frameset.htm,

    ' Error while signing data - Private key or certificate of signer not availableu2019.
    Appreciate your expert help to resolve this issue urgently please.
    Regards,
    Shivkumar

    Hi Shivkuar,
    Could you please let me know how you were trying to achieve the XML signature.
    We have a requirement where we have to sign the XML document and need to generate the target document as following structure.
    <Signature>
         <SignedInfo>
             <CanonicalizationMethod />
             <SignatureMethod />
             <Reference>
                     <Transforms>
                     <DigestMethod>
                     <DigestValue>
             </Reference>
        <Reference /> etc.
      </SignedInfo>
      <SignatureValue />
      <KeyInfo />
      <Object>ACTUAL PAYLOAD</Object>
    </Signature>
    I am analyzing the possibility of using the approach that is given in the help sap link that you have posted above. Any inputs will be apprecited.

  • Error in AXIS SOAP Adapter

    Hi Experts,
    Cuurently i am working on  Synchronous scenario.
    My scenario is ABAP Client Proxy> PI>AXIS SOAP ADAPTER(Webservice).
    My client requirement is to use UsernameToken security with PasswordDigest.
    I have deployed all the relevant .jar files and add the modules related to usernameToken security as per *SAP Note 1039369 FAQ XI Axis Adapter* in Receiver SOAP adapter.
    Now when  i am pushing the data from R/3 to PI, data is successfully coming to PI however when the data is going outside PI through Receiver AXIS  SOAP Adapter in RWB is showing
    *The message was successfully delivered to the application using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System*
    *The message status set to DLVD*.
    Moreover when i am checking the message through SXMB_MONI i cant see the chequred flag for Request message and for response message its giving the following
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>
    - <!--  Request Message Mapping
      -->
    - <SAP:Error xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP:mustUnderstand="1">

      <SAP:Stack />
      <SAP:Retry>M</SAP:Retry>
      </SAP:Error>
    and when i am cheking the trace of Respose message (request for message mapping ) its giving the
    <Trace level="1" type="T">Message has no payload</Trace>
      <Trace level="1" type="T">RuntimeException during appliction Java mapping com/sap/xi/tf/_MM_UrlResponse_To_CourseAccessUrlResponse_</Trace>

    Hi Experts,
    In my Receiver SOAP adapter module Tab.
    As my scenario is synchronous  and i required UsernameToken with PasswordDigest security i have added following parameter value in module.(as per SAP Note 1039369 FAQ XI Axis Adapter ).
    Processing Sequence.
    Module Key
    afreq
    xireq
    wssec
    trp
    xires
    afres
    Module configuration
    ModuleKey  ParameterName   parametervalue
    xireq           handler.type         java:com.sap.aii.axis.xi.XI30OutboundHandler
    wssec         action                   UsernameToken
    wssec        handler.type         java:com.sap.aii.adapter.axis.ra.handlers.security.WSDoAllSender
    wssec       passwordType     PasswordDigest
    wssec      pwd.password     ********************
    wssec      user                       XYZ
    trp            handler.type            java:com.sap.aii.adapter.axis.ra.transport.http.HTTPSender
    trp             module.pivot          true
    xires       handler.type           java:com.sap.aii.axis.xi.XI30OutboundHandler.
    Do we need to do any other configuartion apart from above in parameter value.
    While getting response from third party i getting error as WSDoAllReceiver: security processing failed (actions number mismatch)
    Do i need to add  parameter value for WSDoAllReceiver as well as  my scenario is synchronous.
    Please help me out on this as i am not able to proceeed further because of the above errro.
    Please advice.
    regards
