File not showing in wwv_flow_files

Question

After upgrading to APEX 4, my file browse items aren't being written to the wwv_flow_files anymore.
In my Page process, the code below is returning 'No data Found' errors.
DECLARE
p_owner varchar2(30) := '#OWNER#';
p_user varchar2(30) := :APP_USER;
p_file_name varchar2(30) := :P1110_FILENAME;
BEGIN
select blob_content into v_blob_data from wwv_flow_files
where filename = p_file_name;
END;
The file is correctly uploaded in the table wwv_flow_file_objects$, but I can't see the file in the wwv_flow_files or apex_application_files views. Is there something that needs to be done?

Assuming <tt>P1110_FILENAME</tt> is a File Browse item, shouldn't that be <tt>www_flow_files/apex_application_files.<strong>name</strong></tt> rather than <tt>filename</tt>? The <tt>name</tt> column contains a unique file reference component that also exists in the File Browse item.
