Host Information is not updated in System Monitoring tab

Hello Team Mates,
I have installed SOLMAN 7.1 SP06, also we have completed the Managed system configuration.
Now while doing the configuration of system monitoring, I am not getting the any update related to HOST,
apart from its database. Instance monitoring is working properly.
solman_workcenter -->technical monitoring --> system monitoring --> monitor system,
Also in the solman_workcenter-> root cause analysis ->host analysis ; data is not getting updated.
Please guide us on the same, ASAP. Kindly check the attachment.

And also Please check whether your host agents are working, you can done this in managed system configuration -> connect diag agents -> check host agent,

Account Information Does Not Update

I'm starting to get aggravated. I've received a new credit card and have moved. When I go to my account information and update my credit card information and address, then click done, it should save right? I then try to purchase a song. Which prompts the error rerouting me to my billing information to "verify" it's correct. For my protection I imagine. More like, to create a huge pain in my a$$ really because when it reroutes me to my account info none of the changes I made are there. So after going through the process on and off for about 3 months now I htought I'd beat the system and just use a gift certificate. So I purchased a 100 dollar gift certificate and credited my account. And even still when I go to purchase a song it says my billing info has changed. Well no $hit. So I deleted any credit card information from my account by choosing "none." Then clicked Done which lead me to believe iTunes would default to using the $100.15 credit on the account. But oh no! I get that stupid error saying things changed, rerouted to the account info, and all my old stuff is still there. So I thought to myself, this is rediculous... I'm just going to try creating a new account. Sure enough that worked. My new credit card info is saved, new address is saved, etc. BUT there's a huge problem with that... a)I don't want to use that email address or that account I was just testing it out because I'm going insane thinking I'm entering my credit card info or address wrong (which has been proven to not be the case) and b)my $100.15 credit is on that other account so I'm out $100! I've tried sending an email to support asking what to do and they replied to download the new iTunes and re-enter my account info... well hum, do you think I didn't already try that? Guess what, it didn't work. And why doens't apple have a phone number to support anywhere on their website. This is absurd! If anyone has experienced similair problems and have gotten it fixed can you please shed some light?

Can not update my system and not able to repair disk

I havn't used my macbook pro for about a year, and recently I need to travel to another place and need it with me.
I see in AppStore that there is an update for my ios, I downloaded it, and run the install.
however, when updating my system. I run into some error, the installer says the update installation failed, and I should restart the computer and repair the disk before continue.
I tried to restart in safeboot, not working, the screen stucks at the apple logo for over half an hour.
And tried to restart with my harddrive, the system tells me I can not select that disk to restart.
I an able to run disk utility from the installer. I can verify disk permissions .
But when I run the disk verify, it gives me an error:
Verifying volume "Macintosh HD"
Checking file system
Performing live verification
Checking Journaled HFS Plus volume.
Checking extents overflow file.
Checking catalog file.
The volume Machitosh HD could not be verified completely.
Error: This disk needs to be repaired. Click repair Disk.
But the "Repair Disk" button (and the repair permission button)is gray and can not be pressed, when put my mouse over the "repair disk" button, a line of text shows up:
"repair the structure of the disk's file system, if necessary
Not available becaue the selected disk can't be written to."
the repair permission gives me "Not available becaue the selected disk can't be written to." as well.
What do I do now?

Provider hosted RSS feeds not updating

We are using RSS feeds to populate our Kentucky iTunes U site but our collections are not updating automatically within iTunes U. Is there a way to force RSS updating without having to delete the collection and then recreating the collection?

iTunes U updates provider hosted feeds every 24hrs. If the collection in iTunes U hasn’t updated after 24hrs then I think there is a problem.
You can force refresh feeds from within Public Site Manager. Go to the collections page > Select the feed(s) you want to update > and then click the refresh button at the top of the page. I have to say, however, I have found this method to be a bit flakey – sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. I have found that if it doesn't work first time it sometimes helps to navigate to another page in PSM, go back to the collections page and then try again, although. Sometimes when I do this I end up with muliple entries of the same item in preview but it seems to sort itself out when the page is published to live.

I configured system monitoring but I can`t see Database conponent (ex.SID_database) .
I can see another components that are servers and systems (ex.host_SID_SNO)
I checked database in SMSY and rfc commuication is trustconnection between SOLMAN and ERP
Another Servers (ex. BW, XI, EP) are displayed Database component.
how can I solve this problem

Retention amount paid to vendor is not updated in PO history tab

Dear All,
I had activated business function 'LOG_MMFI_P2P'. As a result i am getting Payment processing tab in PO.
There i can define Down payment and Retention percentages. I had created a service purchase order and then service entry sheet.
After the acceptance of service entry sheet i did invoicing (MIRO). Here i get an option to clear down payment (an additional button becomes available to clear down payment). That scenario is working perfectly fine. System also proposes the retention amount. I can change retention amount/percentage or continue with same.After invoice is posted the retention amount is visible under PO history tab against Invoice number.
Now my problem is when i am doing payment of retention amount(after doing payment of services deducting down payment and retention) to vendor the 'Posted Retention in Document Currency' column in PO history tab is not updated.

Thanks for quick Reply.
I think you did not understand my question. In PO history tab for down payment scenario (defined through PO and cleared in MIRO) proper lines are getting created. For retention new line will not be created. But the invoice row in PO history tab is having two columns -
1) Retention in Document Currency.
2) Posted Retention in Document Currency.
The first column is having value which is the retention amount. But second column is not having any value even after the payment (portion held as retention)is made.
I will add one more thing. If i run FK10N for the vendor- then Special G/L account for retention is updated properly.

Support Pack Status not updated in System Component Information

Hi Experts,
We have installed ECC 6.0 with Ehp3 and AFS 603 on AIX 6.1 and db6 V 9.1. We recently added the Vistex Incentive and Payback Module and Vistex Global Functions Add Ons. After the base install the Support pack 1-4 were applied for both Vistex components. For IRMGLB the status screen (System/Status) shows the SP highest Level = 03, while in SPAM screen it shows that Support Pack for for the Component IRMGLB is imported successfully.Because of this we can not apply the remaining Support Packs. For the other component (IRMIPM) Support Pack level 04 is correctly displayed.
Any idea what are we missing? Any help is greatly appreciated.

For future referers, Vistex says its a known issue.

"Automatic Maintenance Certificate" is not updating satellite systems

I want to activate Automatic Maintenance Certificate via solution manager to my satellite systems
Solution Manager is 7.01 at SPS23
Satellite systems are all on Netweaver 7.01 SPS06
Right now, Solution Manager receives automatically the maintenance certificate.
Unfortunately, my satellite systems do not receive it.
on my satellite system (PRD - ECC 6.04), in SDCCN, I see that job "Maintenance Package" shows these messages:
Maintenance Package completed
Updating license data completed from destination [Maintenance Package]
No active master Solution Manager destination maintained. [Maintenance Package]
Updating license data not possible [Maintenance Package]
note that I reviewed completely SAP note 1280664 to no avail.

This is exactly the solution.

In managed system, goto SDCCN, browse through the menu options to reach task specific settings and then edit the RFC destination settings.
In RFC settings you get to see RFC of SM system.
Make the SM destination as master destination. Tick the Master checkox.

Reg : User status information is not updating in Cube

I am loading data to INfocube which gets data from sales order ODS and Master data infoobject PROJECT which has project code. User status is a attribute fo Project (Master data infoobject). 1 WEEK before user staus was changed for a particular Project code in source system ECC system .If i display data in Master data PROJECT ,I could able to see changed user staus for that particular Project code.
Later data loaded to cube from Master data and ODS.If I select a particular Project code and give a sales document number and try to see user status which got changed ,it is not showing changed User status and values are not showing in Infocube.But when i try for another project code its showing correct User status in INfocube.
Kindly guide me to solve this issue.

ACR for Master data load was happend already and we can able to see changed user status in Master data.
But we are unable to view user status ,SALES document values for that particular project code. Sales document is extracting from ods.

Why Yelp informations are not updated

After having written several reviews on Yelp since a few weeks, I noticed the lack of updates of these informations inside iOS Maps for France.
Is there some restrictions to update Yelp integration of iOS Maps ? Or is it just some countries which have an absence of updates ?

FIFO valuation is not updated by system

We have activated FIFO valuation and all configuration was set. We done MIGO with different rate and Consumption also done.
Month end we have don e the following process
MRF4,MRF3 and MRF1
the result is system is taking the moving average price only instead of FIFO valuation.
Goods Receipts

Issues :

As per FIF the following is the rate system to take and post

But system is takinf 200 * 142.22 = 28444.45
can anyone guide me to solve this issue.

check if you hve set the "single receipt" flag in your FIFO valuation method (T-code OMWP). For explanation whats the difference if the marker is set or not see

Check also the "tolerances" setting in MRF1, maybe its made in a way that the FIFO result is not taken into consideration but the material price is taken instead.

Media Encoder CS6 Avid DNxHD video codec settings do not update in video settings tab

I want to encode a file to Avid DNxHD, but I am unable to change the resolution in the codec settings. I am choosing Avid DNxHD codec within the video codec tab, then clicking on codec settings and choosing a resolution from the resolutions pulldown menu. It will let me choose different resolutions from that menu, but after I hit okay, it has no effect on changing the video settings the way it's supposed to. For instance, if I try to encode a file that is 1280x720 with a source frame rate of 23.98, and I choose 1080i/59.94 DNxHD 145 8-bit, the frame size and frame rate does not change in the video settings tab. I am running Media Encoder CS6.0.2 on a Mac with OS 10.8.4. I am using Avid quicktime codecs v.2.3.7, because my system is running Avid Symphony 6.0.2.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No one ever responded unfortunately and I never figured out a work around.
In Media Encoder CC there is a system preset for DNxHD MXF which I've used
to yield Avid files. The weird thing is that the CC version does the exact
same thing as the CS6 if you choose quicktime, DNxHD codec, and try to
change the codec settings. None of the settings update. If you find out
anything more about this I'd appreciate getting an update. Thanks!

Message server information not updated for SIDs in SMSY

How do I get the message server information updated for systems in SMSY?
I moved a system from one server to another but the information is not updating for the Java stack. The informatoin was updated successfully for the ABAP, but not the Java side. I've reviewed the SLD information and everything there is correct.
In change mode the information is greyed out, so it's updated automatically somewhere.
