You cannot.
When you sync to a new library, it will erase the current content.
Use your backup copy of the old computer to copy everything to the new one.

Two entries found in TFS DB for one user, how do I know which one to remvoe?
We had issue with an account that TFS reported to there are multiple users with the same display name. I searched the database and found two entries with the same 'displayname'.
First weird thing is that the account names are only different in some letters with or without capital (exactly "SIvakhno" and "sivakhno"), I thought TFS (and Microsoft) is not capital sensitive, right? Why does it consider the two accounts
are different?
My next question is, if I want to remove one to solve the 'multiple user' issue, which entry should I remove from the database? They have different 'Sid', 'Id', 'AccountName' (as above), 'UniqueUserId' (1 and 0, respectively), 'LastSync', 'SequenceId', all
the other fileds are the same in the table.

There’s two users existing in your TFS Server databases, one is Slvakhno and another one is sivakhno, and they have different SID and Login name in your TFS database, right?
What’s the login names of these two users, which one’s Login name is D_Name\sivakhno2, and which one’s Login name is D_Name\sivakhno?
TFS recognize the user using SID value, every user has the unique SID value in AD although they may have the same display name. If the Slvakhno and slvakhno users have different SID value in TFS database, TFS will think they two different users. But you
received the same SID value for the Slvakhno and slvakhno users after executed the tfssecurity /imx command line, that’s an issue in this scenario, please use these two users’ login name value in the tfssecurity /imx command line, then check the SID result
again.
You said it shows the same display name for D_Name\sivakhno2 and D_Name\sivakhno users after execute the tfssecurity /imx command line, which same display name shows in result?
According the D_Name\sivakhno2 False False result, TFS Server think this D_Name\sivakhno2 is not available, please check this D_Name\sivakhno2 user in your AD, ensure it’s available and check its SID value, compare it with value
in database.
For the change user’s display name will affect other AD groups issue, please contact AD experts for the better response.

I recently deleted many duplicate files. In the midst of it my Itunes songs are not in Itunes. They are in two different folders. One under 'Music' in my ID. And two under a MyMusic file in Documents. How do I know which one to import?
Thanks, this is not an ideal answer but probably the most sensible one in my case.
I will try it unless someone has a better suggestion, but I'll wait a bit as it will take me a few days anyway (I had actually tried to create a new smaller playlist or download by album, but at this stage the music app is not letting me queue a list of songs for download - I think I will have to disable and re-enable iTunes match which will probably delete all the songs).
I have to say I am not very impressed with Apple here - having an online backup of all your data and beeing able to restore it to a new device easily was a strong selling point of iCloud. For music, they are Definitly not delivering at the stage. -
can you have multiple Apple TV's in the same house and network? If so how do you know which one to pick from your Idevice?
Yes, there are even defaults for naming them, such as LivingRoom, Bedroom, etc, or you can even enter your own name with the remote for each AppleTV.

I have 4 differnt iCloud account in my business and recently I tried to reset one of my six iPhones...is there a way to find out which app id was used on my device to lock it?Try to Login to all your iCloud Account one by one and then from Find My iPhone device list you will find all your devices which is associated with that Apple Id. If you have all your other iPhones with you and in working condition and connected to Internet then try to play a sound on that device from Find My iPhone to make sure it is not that device which is Locked after Restore and the other option is Remove all your Device from your Account in iCloud.com Do not select the option of Erase or Lost Mode and once you removed all your devices from All your Apple iCloud Account Restart that iPhone once and this time you should not be asked for any Apple Id or Password to unlock your Device.

Find my iPhone will give you your iPhone name when you track it, so the solution is to give your iPhones different names.
To change the name on the iPhone, open Settings > General > About > Name. -
when I try to drag icons accross the screen thet are sticking for up to 10 seconds. I have just done a recovery (reformatted and reinstalled the OSX 10.8.5 but no change. The activity monitor shows nothing out of the ordinary. I have a MacBook Pro 2012. I am having perfomance isues with ProTools and I'm wondering if the 2 are connected. I installes TechTools 7 and ran tests on everything and it says all is good. Any idea's? Thanks!
JimIf you haven't already done so, eject the card by dragging its icon to the Eject icon in the Dock (where the Trash icon usually is.) Make sure the write-lock switch on the card is in the unlocked position. Then reinsert the card and test.
If there's no change, and the same happens with more than one card, the card reader is stuck in write-locked mode. I don't generally advise do-it-yourself hardware repair, but one ASC member managed to fix this problem. I haven't tried the fix myself and I can't offer any guidance beyond what's in that discussion. If you cause damage, don't expect your warranty to cover it. I suggest you instead make a "Genius" appointment at an Apple Store. -
I seem to have duplicated my 'Library' folder - one inside and one outside my USER folder. (additionally there is a Library folder in the systems folder - but that should be there!). I do not know which one to delete (both 8-10 GB) Help!!
There should be at least THREE Library folders:
1- Inside your "home" folder, the one with your user name.
2- At the "root" level of your boot volume.
3- Inside the System folder at the "root" level of your boot volume.
If it's one of those three, ignore them - especially if you don't know exactly what you're doing.
If it's some other Library folder just floating around somewhere, you can safely delete it. Note that every user account will have its own Library folder inside its "home" folder, and these you should also leave alone. -

Give iPhoto a look at for creating the slideshow. It's easy to assemble the photos in an album in iPhoto, put them in the order you want and then make a slideshow of them. You can select from various themes and transitions between slides and add music from your iTunes library.
When you have the slidshow as you want use the Export button at the bottom of the iPhoto window and export with Size = Medium or Large.
Save the resulting Quicktime movie file in your Movies folder.
Next, open iDVD, choose your theme and drag the QT movie file into the menu window being careful to avoid any drop zones.
Then follow this workflow to help assure the best qualty video DVD:
Once you have the project as you want it save it as a disk image via the File ➙ Save as Disk Image menu option. This will separate the encoding process from the burn process.
To check the encoding mount the disk image, launch DVD Player and play it. If it plays OK with DVD Player the encoding is good.
Then burn to disk with Disk Utility or Toast at the slowest speed available (2x-4x) to assure the best burn quality. Always use top quality media: Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are the most recommended in these forums.
The reason I suggest iPhoto is that I find it much easier to use than iMovie (except for the older iMovie 6 HD version). Personal preferences showing here. -
Firmware how do I know which one I have
I have a G3 333 and it has OS 9.2.2 on it . I was thinking about installing OS X on it but I know you have to have the firmware up to date . How do I check to see wich version I have . Thanks.
It depends on when Apple refurbished the iMac. It's
possible that it has been sealed up in the box for a
while. Unless there's a shipping label attached to
the box, you don't know whether "Computer Geeks"
purchased it directly from Apple or from another
source (wholesale, liquidation, auction, etc.).
The label on the brown box the iMac was sent in was labeled 08/01/06.
The serial number that it was reassigned was YM13003WLGQ. Is this the kind of serial number Apple gives a refurbished computer? There was no Apple part number on the label but a new Computer Geeks SKU of IM500-BLU-B.
If
they acquired it through one of the latter sources,
that could explain the iMac's "dated" firmware.
My gut says this is either something given a lick and a promise by Computer Geeks (they ran the Apple hardware tests and it checked out as Kosher) and then sold as "refurbished" or something that was bought from a school and then represented as "refurbished" but actually better referred to as "used."
Although it may seem intimidating with the warnings
about interrupting the procedure, as long as you
follow the instructions, you'll be fine. After
you've done two or more hardware flash updates,
you'll realize that holding your breath isn't a
required step in the process.
Yeah, but the problem is if it does get "bricked" I can't replace it. There were only 3 left of this model when it was bought and now none left. It looks like I will visit the friendly folks at the Genius Bar for this one. Not gonna take the chance. -
I just had my iphone stolen from me. In the past I have always set up my phones an ipads on to the find my iphone service. I have never deleted them from the find my iphone account and now I have 3 iphones showing and 2 ipads. How can you tell the difference when none of them are labeled as Iphone 4, iphone 4s, iphone 5, etc. No dates are shown as when purchased so it I can't figure out which one is the correct iphone to put on lost mode and send message to.

5. Nope, You just use up battery since the BT radio will continuously look for nearby BT devices.
6. The Personal Hotspot uses your cellular internet connection from your phone or other cellular device; whether you consider that secure or not I cannot say. It also depends on what you are doing while connected to the Hotel's wifi. I would not do online banking while on vacation though. -
In order to save using data when traveling I want to delete apps from my iPhone that I don't need. However I do want these apps on my iPad and with the new IOS8.0.2 and Yosemite I think they are all now integrated so that if I delete from one device it is deleted from all and if I add to one device it is added to all. It seems that firefox installed correctly, but then it wouldn't open. I restarted my computer and still the same problem. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still the same problem.
Also having the same problem.
I have tried the following with no luck.
*Uninstalling and deleting profile + profile.ini then reinstalling
*deleting the .parentlock file
*deleting and reinstalling version 3.6.8.dmg
*Checked the activity monitor that the application isn't listed as running
*Downloaded addtrap and uninstalled again
all with no luck.
Try some of these first as they might fix your problem but not mine! ;)
If anyone knows of something I may be missing I would appreciate any help.
