You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
Apple seem to have made this as difficult as possible. You may be able to do this using http://expresslane.apple.com - click 'See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'iCloud', 'Account and setup' then 'This topic is not listed'. Explain the situation in the box provided and wait for a response - include a phone number. However you may find you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare.
In that event you will need to phone them directly, using the Apple Online Store number given at the bottom of this page. The first person you speak to may tell you to do it from the iCloud website but this is not possible. Politely insist on escalating the issue to a more senior person and eventually you should be able to get through to someone who can deal with this (you may have to wait for them to call you back) - you will be asked security questions and for part of your credit card number to identify yourself.
If it is more than 15 but less than 45 days you may be able to get a partial refund by the same method.
If it is more than 45 days since you purchased the storage you cannot cancel it for a refund; you can downgrade your plan as from your next renewal date. Please see

1) Copy all music files to a thumb drive / external hard drive.
2) Open iTunes on your MacBook Pro (congrats!)
3) Under the File Menu, select "Add to Library." Navigate to the folder with your music in it and click "Open." Bam! Music. -
I want to install Win7 on my new iMac using bootcamp. I got a USB drive for the win7 install-disc, but I don't own a cd for the Mac OS (since it was preinstalled when I got it). I read somewhere that I need a mac OS disc as well to complete the bootcamp installation of Win7 ?

you don't need OS X install-disk, but I strongly recomend to burn a Win 7 disk. You may have some problems with installing it from a USB Flash :)

I am using Numbers on my iPhone5 and cannot get the app to do a simple (SUM) calculation. It shows the formula correctly in the cell, but all I get for my long list of numbers to add is 0. How can I get this to work?
Oaky, at least we got that far. Next step is to determine if all those "numbers" are really numbers. Changing the format to "number" doesn't necessarily change the string to a number. The string has to be in the form of a number. Some may appear to you and me as numbers but will not turn into "numbers" when you change the formatting from Text to Number. Unless you've manually formatted the cells to be right justified, one way to tell if it is text or a number is the justification. Text will be justified to the left, numbers will be justified to the right.

If it's not available in the store in which you have your account, you're pretty much out of luck. In order to purchase from the U.S. iTunes Store you need a)a valid billing address in the U.S., b) a credit/debit card billed to that address or an iTunes prepaid card purchased in the U.S. and c) to be physically located in the U.S. at the time of purchase.

I purchased an icloud storage upgrade in anticipation of using it to manage my apple email across two systems - desktop and laptop. Teh desktop is snow leopard the laptop testing lion.
Unfortunately the chance in how apple manages email proved a showstopper and I am NOT prepared to upgrade my desktop to lion - yet - as I have key applications that would require additional upgrades and purchases I dont want to make yet.
So - how do I get the upgrade (as yet unused) cancelled and refunded. In speaking with support it seems the downgrade options only apply AFTER the annual period has elapsed. If support is reading this - please downgrade and refund my card... thank you... and return me to the default 5GBThis is a user-to-user forum: Support do not read or post here. There's no way anyone here will know the password to that network. If this is your own home network, the password would be whatever you set up on the WiFi router. If you've forgotten it, you'll have to reset the router. Consult the router documentation. If this is a commercial WiFi network you're trying to access, contact whoever runs the network.

You need to Update to OS X 10.6.8 = Snow Leopard so you can Update iTunes to Sync your iPhone.
Upgrading to Snow Leopard = OS X 10.6.x
It is Not available as a download... It is a Paid Upgrade.
Do this first...

If you were upgrading from below 5 to 5.1.1, you likely disconnected the iPad from your computer and iTunes before the full upgrade completed. It's actually a lengthy process to rebuild your app library on the cloud and then replicate them fully on your iPad.
So, connect your iPad to your computer and in iTunes, when your iPad is found on the left side of the iTunes screen, click your iPad's name once to open it in iTunes. Then, click on Apps and choose the apps (either all Apps or just those you want with a check mark). Click apply on the lower right hand side of the iTunes screen then Sync to build a backup. -
