Are you actually seeing charges, or are you just asked to enter your CC info?
If you're actually being charged, it could be:

It is a problem if you can;t download/install apps. If you are sure that the card data is correct and the card is valid I would contact the itunes store. I would go here and select iTunes Store Account and Billing.

It's a built-in app, so it can't be deleted nor downloaded from the store. If you can't find it on any of your homescreens or app folders, and you can't find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right), then is it hidden by Settings > General > Restrictions > Camera being set 'off' ?
If not then have you tried a reset to see if you can find it after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
Why can't I download apps I have to pay for on to my new iPad Mini. I have had an Apple id for my iPhone for years and have downloaded app to it, no problems. When I try to download apps to my new iPad Mini, it tells me my billing info has to be confirmed. After confirming with same info that is already there it tells me to contact support, no help up to this point.
Could the credit card be expired?
Beyond that, what you need to do is contact iTunes support, they can tell you exactly what is wrong, none of us here can do that.

When I try to download the iMovie Update :

To update this application, sign in to the account you used to purchase it." shows -but I don't know what other accounts it is talking about? I Only have 1 Apple Id !Maybe this will help. This example is not exact but shows a good amount of wat u should understand whoever reads this, PLEASE RESPOND AND ANSWER TO MY QUESTIONIt sounds like your Windows OS is either Vista or Windows 7 and the installation is being blocked by User Account Control (UAC). When you run the FP 10.3 installation file, rather than just double-clicking it, try right-clicking on it just once, then in the context menu that opens, select (left-click once) the Run as Administrator option.
The message you posted is also trying to install the Google Chrome web browser. Is it your intention to install Google Chrome? If not, you may want to deselect it.

When I try to install my CC apps the progress gets stuck
I am a Cloud Memeber and I had no problem installing any of the apps using Adobe Application Manager. Recently, I upgraded my PC to Windows 7 and I have not been able to install any applications from Adobe Application Manager. I downloads the app, it either gives a message Waiting on Install.... or it sits there at 2% installed for hours. I have tried rebooting my system, reinstalling Adobe Application Manager, and I tried installing the trail verison as recommanded in another forum, but nothing works. Basically, I am paying for a service that does not work.
I was all excited today reading that the new applications had been released to Creative Cloud.
I logged into the creative cloud website, which triggered an update to my Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
This update failed. After the failed update I can no longer start AAM from the Windows start menu (it is simply not there anymore). It also does not show up in my list of installed programs.
After deleting cookies / browser cache I went to the creative cloud website again. When trying to download Photoshop CC it offers me a download of 2 MB (AdobeApplicationManager.exe). I download this file and run it. The program exits after showing the message "Launching Adobe Application Manager". However, the AAM is not launched. Again I delete cookies / browser cache and try to download Photoshop CC. Again the system offers me to download the AdobeApplicationManager.exe file. That is obviously not going to work, so I start Googling for a solution.
After a while I decide to give the creative cloud website another try. Delete cookies / cache again and try to download Photoshop CC. This time it offers me a different download of 3.68 MB (CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe). I download this file and run it. Again... Failed to install... This is getting ridiculous.
I also tried downloading AAM 7 directly. Same story though, installation fails.
Something is making these installs fail. Some leftovers from the old AAM perhaps?
Is there a tool to clean out the old AAM? I cannot afford to clean out all Adobe software since it is critical for my job and don't want to risk not being able to install it again after cleaning out. -
All of my downloaded apps will not open, how do I correct this? The same thing happened a few days ago, but when I received an alert from the sport app, all the games opened up and I could use them. This morning they are all closed again. Everything else that's on the ipod is working fine.

btw, the device I use is an iPhone 4sI recently hit the update itunes button ever since then when i try to go into my itunes store i see the labels for example the movie titles but no pictures. When I hit the button to rent or buy a movie or any thing elese I get an error message with the number (309) saying I can't access itunes store try again later.
Is that a 306 rather than a 309?
If so, try the following procedure.
(1) In your Start menu, select Control Panel.
(2) Open the Internet Options control panel. (You may need to select Classic View on the left before you can see Internet Options.)
(3) Click the Connections tab.
(4) Click the LAN Settings button.
(5) Uncheck "Use a Proxy Server for your LAN". (If that option is already unchecked, try checking and then unchecking it.)
(6) Click OK to exit the LAN Settings dialog.
(7) Click OK to exit the Internet Options control panel.
(8) Restart the PC and try connecting to the Store again. -
Downloaded the newest iphoto app in the mac app store and I saw somewhere that said the ios version is a free upgrade. But when i go to the ios app store is says i have to pay $4.99 for it...is this just wishful thinking?

They are different Apps, one for the computer and one for the mobile devices.
You have to purchase them separately.
Mac App Store for apps for the computer, iPhoto = $14.99
iTunes App Store for apps for mobile devices, iPhoto = $4.99
Unfortunaltely if you want it on your mobile device, you would have to buy the $4.99 app -
Lately my Ipod 5th generatioon charger hasnt been working very well. I wanted to know if this is a problem in where if i go to apple they will give me a new charger in which i need to pay for or will i go to apple and they will give me a new one for free. I've already had to pay for 2 new chargers somewhere else so i really hope someone can give me an honest answer because to be honest i really dont want to pay for a new charger! Hurry please
If this is an Apple charger less than a year old, Apple will replace it under warranty.

I have a corrupted bookmark file and want to totally delete any information on the bookmarks and settings. I have deleted any files which reference Mozilla and Firefox from my hard drive and have gone into the Registry and deleted all references to Firefox. But every time I reinstall Firefox the program finds this information. Is it in the sync folder and how do I clear out that folder?
