The amount, $24.99, ties up with the cost of iTunes Match in the US - have you subscribed to it and/or is it due for renewal ?
You can view the purchase history on your iTunes account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent is above the list).
If you didn't make the purchase, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

I have noticed that some emails were sent to me saying Receipts of purchases, and my iTunes account balance was depleted. How can I reverse these charges and hand my account readjusted. I immediately changed the password, so I just need to undo the damage.

I am so angry - there has to be a misunderstanding. my Itunes was disabled as there was a charge that I did not authorize and I cannot find the phone number for security and the dingbat girl who I'm emailing send me a link that does not work. My checking account was debited by itunes for a subscription i did not order. How do I go about having it taken off? The entire Apple website and the itunes website is competely non-helpful for resolving problems. They should make their site equally as unfriendly when it comes to enticing you to buy their products.
You could simply type "Contact itunes support" into the google search bar. This would give you the link to contact itunes support.
Or you could just click the word Support at the top of this page, then click the link under Contact Apple Support. -

Since you disputed the charges with your credit card company, the CC company reversed the charges and Apple (correctly) locked the AppleID.
You will need to contact Apple -> http://www.apple.com/support/appleid/contact/
and explain what happened. -

I wanted to syn my phone to my ITunes today, so i could put an audio book from my laptop to my IPhone and ITouch. When I opened IYunes, there is a "Shared Library" that I did not authorize that is in my ITunes that is over 550 GB of data. I don't want it, and I want to earase it, but can't figure out how to do that. Can you help me get rid of it? Also, how di I set up my ITunes to not allow this in the future? I am in the military deployed in Afghanistan, so communications and internet are terrible. Please help.
ThanksEdit > Preferences > General tab, untick Shared Libraries so you don't see those shared by others on the same network, then go to the Sharing tab and untick Share my library on my local network, if ticked, so that you are not sharing yours. Click OK.

I have just won an iphone 3gs in a raffle but when i put in my sim it tells me that it is not supported how can i get the iphone to work?
In that case the procedure assuming it is a PAYG phone is to get an o2 PAYG sim, put £20 on it and then make a few calls making sure you leave £15 on the sim to pay for the unlock. Then there is an online unlock request form on the o2 site just fill this in. It takes between 1-14 days and you get a message from o2 telling you how to complete the official unlock through iTunes.
I got my o2 unlock in nov 09 so this is not just opinion. -

You are saying the phone is locked, but then you are saying there is no provider. The two situations cannot peacefully coexist. Contact Apple and they can tell you if the phone is locked and if locked to which provider the phone is locked. People on this board are not Apple employees and cannot get you that information.
