I have a charge on my itunes account that I did not authorize. Finding help for this type of problem from Apple or itunes is impossible. Who do I contact to get this charge taken off my account?
My checking account was debited by itunes for a subscription i did not order. How do I go about having it taken off? The entire Apple website and the itunes website is competely non-helpful for resolving problems. They should make their site equally as unfriendly when it comes to enticing you to buy their products.
You could simply type "Contact itunes support" into the google search bar. This would give you the link to contact itunes support.
Or you could just click the word Support at the top of this page, then click the link under Contact Apple Support.

Since you disputed the charges with your credit card company, the CC company reversed the charges and Apple (correctly) locked the AppleID.

I have noticed that some emails were sent to me saying Receipts of purchases, and my iTunes account balance was depleted. How can I reverse these charges and hand my account readjusted. I immediately changed the password, so I just need to undo the damage.

The amount, $24.99, ties up with the cost of iTunes Match in the US - have you subscribed to it and/or is it due for renewal ?
You can view the purchase history on your iTunes account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent is above the list).
If you didn't make the purchase, and nobody else has access to your account or devices and made it, then try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

The migration process is likely to have signed you out in System Preferences>MobileMe and you will need to sign in again. Then you can mount your iDisk on the Desktop (command-shift-i). Or you can access your files at http://me.com/idisk.

The problem is with your email provider. I suspect someone has hacked your account because you use the same password for most of your online work. You should change your password and not use the same password for most of your on-line accounts, most people are lazy and don't use different passwords because they can't remember them all. You should begin changing your passwords and using a password management tool to help you remember. If you need help choosing one Google "OS X Password Managers" to find some reviews.
