I just got the Droid Turbo. I deleted several emails yesterday and now today, I am not receiving any. When I try to refresh, I get an internal error. I have tried turning the phone off and checked my settings as well, but still getting nothing. Any ideas??
I figured it out. Deleted and re-added the account.

"Rebooting" means restarting &, as fruhulda said, that won't cause things to disappear. If you mean you had the hard drive erased & the system reinstalled, you will have to find the original disk with the AppleWorks installer.

I copied my iTunes folder to an external HD and now I cannot delete it. When I try to move it to the trash it displays: The item “iTunes” can’t be moved to the Trash because it can’t be deleted.
Close iTunes. Click the icon to start it, then press and hold down the left shift key. Keep holding until asked to choose or create a library. Choose the iTunes folder on your external drive. That should bring back all your playlists, ratings, play counts etc. You may have to settle for removing and reloading the media onto the device again. That's not too bad, but what you don't want to have happen is your apps being removed and reloaded as then you can lose settings and data. If that looks likely backup and then restore the device rather than sync it.
If for some reason rebuilding the library the way you did has moved files around then the restored library may have trouble finding things. If so post back and I'll explain what to do...

1. Restart your MBP and try the back up again. If this fails try step #2 below
2. Unplug your Time Capsule from the AC giving it thirty seconds or so to discharge, plug it back in and retry the back up again once you're back online.

I have a CC subscription and had it loaded on my Mac and my old MacBook pro. I bought a new macbook pro and turned off CC on my old laptop but when I try to load it on the new one it keeps saying I already have it activated on two devices. Help!

Lightroom 2.7 cannot launch any application
Lightroom has worked flawlessy on my system (XP64) for a long time, but now it shows a number of issues that, I think, share the same cause:
when I try to open another catalogue, LR exits and nothing more happens. When I subsequently restart LR, it opens with the desired catalogue.
when I request "show in explorer" I get the message "[Explorer] Windows cannont access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." This is on a local file while being administratror.
when I try to access the printer settings, nothing happens.
when I try to edit in PhotoShop, nothing happens.
when I try to print I get the message "Could not start print job" and the progress bar top left remains there for ever. However, I can print, provided I first activated the printer driver software from another program. E.g. only accessing the printer settings from notepad is sufficient to make the printer accessible.
I looks tro my as if LR is contained in a kind of sandbox. Regrettably, turning off any virus protection, firewall and anti-spyware I can find does not help. I twice ran the repair option of the installer and then removed and reinstaled the program. Still.
I could do with some advice, therefore...

WimI have found the culprit: it's Comodo security, to be precise: Comodo Defense Plus. I do not understand how this can be, for the first thing I did was completely exiting Comodo. This didn't solve nor alter the problem. But when setting aside the settings file as Lee Jay suggested, I noticed some activity in the Comodo icon and against my better judgement I had a look again. I found Defence Plus in "training mode"; setting it to "disabled" immediately solved all lightrooms problems.

I keep getting notified I have an update available but when I try to update I get the following msg ,"You have updates available for other accounts To update this application, sign in to the account you used to purchase it.". I only have one account with apple and the software was preinstalled when I purchased my macbook in Aug 2012 with that account. Has anyone had this problem or know how to find out what account apple needs?
You log into the App store using the same Apple ID you used to set the computer up, verify that none of your apps are hidden and that they have all be accepted and then download and install the update

The App Store says I have updates for I-Photo and Garage Band. When I try to update I get the following message: You have updates available for other accounts To update this application, sign in to the account you used to purchase it." Both apps came with my computer and as far as I know I only have one Apple account. Any thoughts? Thanks.
KarenThanks for you reply. I'm 99% positive that I'm using the user id and password that I used to set up my computer. That's why I'm stumped. I read the solution someone else suggested (type your user name without @gmail and create a new password. When I tried it, I was asked for my birthday. It didn't recognize it. I know I got my birthday correct. Oh well...

It seems that all apple products used in my house at times will not connect to our wifi. It's hit and miss. It says I am connected, but when you try to connect to any search engine it does not. I have disconnected and reconnected the power to the dsl provider and to our wifi units. I have rebooted the computers. I have reentered the password. Still no connection. We do not have connectivity issues with our PC products. Anyone have any answers for me?

Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.
