There is no Apple here, this is a user to user forum. When you said you restored, then you restore as NEW?
If you restored as New and still the problem persiist, then it time to take a trip to the Apple store.

after downloading after IOS5 software the zoom of the cam its not working and also the option of opening the cam from the lock screen also not avilable

Once you see the lock screen, you have to double-click the home button to access more controls.
Not sure about the zoom. It works for me :/

try hard reset and see if it works and let me know if it does. take phone off. press (green call) key, (*) key, (3) key and power button then wait for phone to come on then let go of keys.

Camera/torch not working iPhone 5s after update

As soon as I was prompted to update to 8.1, camera stopped working, just a black screen with no image.
But the camera works in Instagram so I know it's not the hardware. Added to this, the torch does not work either.
I assume the torch is linked to the camera flash.
Tried soft reset, deleting any conflicting apps etc.
Any ideas?

Camera will not work after iOS 8 update

AAfter I installed the update 8 my camera stopped working. The front works for a split second but the rear has a black or blurry screen. I've reset it and nothing works.

I callef Apple and they suggested I restore it and wipe it clean. I did that and it still wouldn't work. I took it to Apple inside the mall and they instantly said it was a problem with the hardware and replaced it. They said the problem might have always been there and the update just brought it to the surface. They had me out in 15 min with a new phone. But as I was walking out of the mall I realized the screen would not respond to touch. I turned around and went back. They write DOA on the box and switched that one for another. This one works great now. They said all Apple prodycts have a one year warranty, thankfully I've only had my phone 11 months so they was able to give me a new one. I was very pleased with the help at Apple. I'm sorry you all are having the same problem, it was very frustrating and I had wished I'd never updated it. I highly suggest taking it to Apple and I hope they will do the same they did for me.

Wifi is not working properly once i updated to the new operating system.

My I pphone 4s wifi is not working properly once the softwere is updated to the new IOS.
It shows the wifi but when selected its says "unable to connect". I tried connecting to many wifi networks but gives the same error message.

We have a content query web part in the sharepoint site but it is not working after changing the DNS Entry for the web site ipaddress from one server to other . But it is working fine on the server, if we try to access the site from other system content
quey server its not working fine and its giving error message as bellow.

Try closing the Camera app:
1. Double-click the Home button to reveal the Task Bar
2. Hold down the Camera app for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close app
4. Tap area above Task Bar to return to Home screen
If the above doesn't solve the problem, do a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider
