Report : To display VBRP details based on BSID Records

Dear All,
       I have to display the Item details from VBRP based on the BSID Table. So Now I am selecting the VBRP details based on the VBELN in BSID. But For some BSID records there is no vbeln value. Then
1 )  How can I display the item details of that records.
2 ) Where it is stored.
3 )  Is it something related to type 'RV' ?
Please help me...

Dear  LIJO JOHN,
U will get VBELN i.e Billing Document field only for "RV' document type in BSID & for all rest others u will get blank.

      That means
    if  BLART not equal 'RV'
          then threre will be no Item details for the particular record.

  • 12.1.3 BI Publisher report not displaying the detail section on first page

    Hi,
    As part of our R12.1.3 upgrade, I designed a Purchase Report as a RTF template.
    Header and footer sections generate fine, but for some reason the detail (text body of the RTF template) does not display on the first page but starts on the second page (this is a PO with many lines). I am using MS Word table to display the detail section.
    Is there something I can check?

    I am looking for a report in MM which will display the list of purchase orders for a cost center, Internal orders etc.
    The report output should have ALV grid format,The output of the report should have material no or short text, PO quantity, PO Price, PO value. GR qty, GR value,IR qty, IR value, G/L to which consumption has posted etc.
    Reports ME2K, MB5S, ME80FN do not show the G/L account to which GR value is posted.
    Basically I am looking for a existing report which is readily available.

    VBFA has VBELV and POSNV can be used to map VBAP (sales order item) i.e.
    VBFA-VBELV = VBAP-VBELN AND
    VBFA-POSNV = VBAP-POSNV
    with VBTYP_N = J Values available in VBFA-VBELN and VBFA-POSNN will be LIPS -VBELN and LIPS-POSNR
    VBTYP_N/ VBTYP_V = J stands for delivery and C stands for order

    First I have to select the details from BSID. Then on the basis of VBELN fiels in BSID , I have to take the Details from VBRK & VBRP based . But VBELN field is null for some BSID Recors. Then How can I pick the VBRK & VBRP Details?

    Pass the RSEG-BELNR & RSEG-GJAHR joined together into BKPF-AWKEY to get the MIRO Doc date BKPF-BUDAT, vendor invoice number BKPF-XBLNR& Vendor invoice date BKPF-BLDAT.
      Pass the RSEG-BELNR & RSEG-GJAHR joined together into BKPF-AWKEY to get the BKPF-BELNR & BKPF-GJAHR to pass this into BSEG-BELNR BSEG-GJAHR to get the BSEG-LIFNR, BSEG-DMBTR, BSEG-ZTERM corresponding to the vendor code.

    Set the option PRINT OBJECT ON to First Page, I think this might resolve your problem.

    May be somebody knows how I can show selected values with select-options in top_of_page using REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY.
    This shoud work for all the reports and diff selection screens .
