SAP BW Universe displays only total row

Hi all,
I've created an universe from a SAP BW cube. When I'm using Xcelius I can only see one total Row in the list view item , no detailed Data. The following query I've created:
(Customer) (Material)  (Amount)
--> No Filter selected

    I have a table having some similar rows for some columns and multiple different rows for some other columns
    i.e

    Hello,
    i need to make a query that i want to show as a graph. But in the query there 's only the total i need to show and not all the details.
    Is there a way in a query to show only total or in a graph to use only the total of the corresponding query ?

    Thank for your answer.
    But i can't elimitate all characteristics from drilldown. I need to make a subtotal before calculating final result. The characteristic is set with the 'No display' property.
    I show the detail (only kf) for each value of characteristic.

    I am using Crystal XI and need to output several columns worth of data. Do to so I attempted to have the data presented in 2 rows within the same section.
    Example:Page Header b contains:  7 columns  5 columns
    Details a contains:  7 columns  5 columns
    When exporting to excel data only I only see the bottom 5 column header info and all the detail data in the correct order. How do I get all the Headers to display on the export file?

    I have the same problem. Have you find the solution yet??
    I'm trying to export as Excel data only and have 2 page header band. It only display the 2nd band with the bottom label. None of the 1st band shows up. 
    Page Header a contains:Report TitleDate Range
    Page Header b contains:Dept Name4 columns

  • E-mail Body Displays Only 1 Row From Select

    Because APEX doesn't currently (easily) support attachments to e-mail, I've created a process to call the apex_mail.send procedure that then displays specific criteria in the body of the e-mail. This is gathered via a cursor, etc. The problem is, my query only returns 1 row and should return more. I know this because the select for the cursor is essentially the same criteria as I'm using for a report.
    My process is listed below.

    I've included the carriage returns and have also tried substituting the ||utl_tcp.crlf|| with ||char(13)|| and ||char(10)||, to no avail. The e-mail displays the body and one row of the select.   • How to display only one row in report when...

    Hi,
      I've a report display in which i've 3 fields EBELN, LIFNR , MENGE. EBELN, LIFNR are from EKKO table and MENGE id from EKPO table .
             On clicking the EBELN there will be getting another report in which we get EBELN,EBELP and MATNR and MENGE from EKPO table .
           The problem is while displaying 1st report if the purchase order has two items in EKPO table then its displaying two times. How can i get only one time and the MENGE should be sum of those two item prices.

    Remove caldate from drilldown and always allow result rows for calmonth.
    But then your aggregation seems funny.... you have 200 and 500 for Feb and show 300 in the desired result ??

After i click create button i want only that record to be displayed so that i can edit it to add detail records. Kindly help me? thanx in advance. I want to do the same exact thing - seems like a simple enough requirement and fairly intuitive flow: I am in my Master-Detail form performing a Create action and I want to add the Detail portion on the same screen rather than hit Create on the Master - then have to go back, Search for that Master record and update it in a separate action by adding the Detail.

  • Quantity fields not getting displayed in the second total row

    As per the requirement I have to display 2 total rows for an ALV report using CL_GUI_ALV_GRID. I am able to get the first total row properly using method get_subtotal(). However for the next total row only the character fields are getting displayed and the quantity fields are coming blank.
    The second total row will have different values based on a formula.
    Please help me out in resolving the issue.

    You can provide first row as the SUBTOTAL and next row as the TOTAL.
    Get one extra column on which you can do the SUBTOTAL.

    For the amount field / quantity field in the field catalog give DO_SUM = 'X'    for WHOLE total
    For SUBTOTAL
    For subtotal you will have to create an internal table sort..Let's say you want to do subtotal for each customer..

  • Custom Sort of Duplicated row walues in Webi based on SAP BW Universe

    It is a duplicate thread i have already posted in Integration kits - SAP section.
    This is regarding custom sorting of row value which are duplicated in Webi which is based on SAP BW Universe.
    I have created Webi Report based on Characteristic structure. Using Alerter I provide some space for child node to notify it as child node below a parent node.
    Please see a sample table below:
    AAAA
    onpeak
    midpeak
    offpeak
    BBBB
    onpeak
    midpeak
    offpeak.
    If I enable Avoid duplicate row aggregation, i will be able to see duplicate rows for "onpeak" etc. Since Webi does a default sorting, I have to make a custom sort to replicate the structure followed. And in custom sort i dont see duplicated rows, and i see only one "onpeak". Accordingly if I try to sort using custom sort, then the result will be
    AAAA
    onpeak
    onpeak
    midpeak
    midpeak
    offpeak
    offpeak
    BBBB.
    Please let me know if anyone has any solution for this.
    I have already created report with modifying the row names in backend by adding letter before its value for example "1offpeak" for the duplicated row and then removing the letter "1" in webi using substring. But i know this is the crude way of doing it.

    I have changed the naming convention in BI structure by introducing a white space before the name to avoid duplication and used it in report. Not a good solution anyway.

    My Matrix has 10 columns so will appear horizonal scrollbar so it doesn't solved this problem. My Idea I will add row after the last row and display total but i have problem: 8 columns that i want to add total have column type is checkbox so I can't. HOw to convert column type only the my row? Or give me the other solution. THanks

  • Input ready query and display only rows

    I am trying to replicate scenario which is equivalent to creating manual layout in SEM-BPS with settings for layout category - Key Figures in Data columns, and rows defined individually.  In this version it is possible to restrict certain rows as comparision only.
    How can I acheive this using Input ready query? In my query I have created a strucure for Planning Items, but I am not able to show certain planning item selections as display only.
    Any thoughts?

    Can you please let me know what exactly you meant by set the input flag on the cell level? What settings I have to change to set the flag, do I have to use any formula?  In my example I have three rows for Planning item row structure and I want only one row to be selected as display only row.

    Hi, In obiee 11g, the pagination will be 1-25. Is there any possiblity in obiee to show the total rows count next to pagination. Ex: if the result contains 120 rows. it should display after the pagination
