Wo ist Signal erfassen.vi

Hallo,
ich arbeite die 3 Stunden Einführung in Labview von National Instruments durch.
Auf Seite 35 des Dokumnetes (Seite 31 des Textess) wird die Erfassung der Daten der Soundkarte beschrieben.
Ich habe zwei Probleme:
1) Das im Text angegebene VI ""Signal erfassen.vi" existiert nicht in der Palette.
2) Das Beispiel auf Seite 50 des Dokumentes - wo ebenfalls ein Audioaufnahme.vi benutzt wird liefert mir eine Fehlermeldung, dass die Konfiguration nicht geeignet ist, obwohl
das Einstellen und Testen des Mikrophons perfekt geklappt hat. Ich verwende Realtec HD Audiotreiber.
Da dies aber die Grundlage des gesamten Tutorials zu sein scheint, wäre ich für jede Hilfe dankbar.
Bisher habe ich die Erfahrung gemacht, dass alle möglichen Tutorials - teilweise auch für Labview 7 - unbrauchbar für Labview 2012 sind, weil keines davon so funktioniert wie es sollte,
Entweder ergibt sich eine Fehlermeldung oder das VI existiert nicht oder das Programmverhalten ist inkorrekt etc.
Bisher hat von dem 3 h Einführungstutorial zwar immerhin schon die Übung 3.1 geklappt, aber ansonsten ist das Forum meine letzte Hoffnung mal weiter zu kommen.

danke für die Antwort, ich hatte nicht mehr damit gerechnet.
ich beziehe mich auf Seite 35 der Datei bzw. 31 des Dokumentes.
Obwohl nur ein leeres VI mit einer Audioaufnahme verwendet wird, soll man auf einmal ein VI "signal erfassen" neben einen Filter legen.
Im Übrigen scheinen die entsprechenden Komponenten nicht in der Lösung angegeben zu sein.
Oder habe ich da irgendwas nicht mitbekommen??
Sicher ist, dass es für Labview - Anfänger eine wirkungsvolle Abschreckung darstellt,
Tutorials zu schreiben, die für den Anfänger nicht nachvollziehbar sind.

PS: Aus unbekanntem Grund behauptet die Webseite, dass es sich nicht um ein pdf-Dokument handelt, obwohl es mit einem pdf-Reader zu öffnen ist,

Hallo,
Ich bin am erstellen eines Leckageprüfstandes mit mehreren Drucksensoren, Durchflusssensoren und Ventilen die digitale Signale ausgeben bzw. aufnehmen. Jetzt zu meiner Frage.
Ist DIADEM auch eine Steuerungssoftware mit der ich die Ventile ansteuern kann und sagen kann auf und zu? Und kann die Software RS232 Signale erkennen?

DIAdem ist eine Software, mit der man beliebige Signale erfassen, verrechnen und ausgeben kann. Beide Fragen können somit mit JA beantwortet werden.
Zu dem Vorhaben Ventile anzusteuern, muss man auf jeden Fall erwähnen, dass eine konventionelle I/O-Karte i.d.R. keine Leistungsausgänge bietet, mit denen man Aktoren wie Ventile direkt ansteuern kann. Hier muss man eine Leistungselektronik oder Relais zwischenschalten.
Die Frage nach RS232 Signalen ist etwas unspezifisch. DIAdem bringt Treiber mit, mit denen man Geräte über RS232 ansteuern und auslesen kann. Die dafür benötigten Kommandos und die darauf folgenden Antworten sind geräteabhängig. Die angesprochenen Treiber kann man über selbst zu erstellende, gerätespezifische Dateien auf die gewünschten Aufgaben konditionieren. Welche Befehle das Gerät versteht und welche Antworten vom Geräte kommen, müssen dazu im Handbuch des anzusteuernden Gerätes nachgesehen werden.

SignalExpress stürzt immer ab?

Hallo,
ich habe immer ein Problem mit LabView SignalExpress 4.0.
Ich arbeite mit einem Laptop mit Windwos XP.
Immer wenn ich im SignalExpress die Anzeige ändern möchte z.B.: von Diagramm auf Große Anzeige, Rundinstrument,... dann stürzt mir SignalExpress immer komplett ab (ohne Fehlermeldung)
Was kann das sein, hat jemand eine Idee?

ich habe den neuen Treiber instaliert, dies war aber leider nicht die Ursache, mein Pragramm stürzt weiterhin immer wieder ab :-(
Es stürzt sogar manchmal ab, wenn ich ein digitales Signal erfassen will.
Hast du noch eine Idee?

Is there a pure digital signal path from Game to Receiver (using XiFi and DD

Hi Everybody,
when using Dolby Digital Li've on one of the later XiFi cards: Am I fortified against electrical interferance within my computer? That is, is any of the analogous part of the soundcard still working?
I'd like to use the card mainly for games. It will be connected to a receiver via digital output. Therefore, everything up to the receiver could be digital: Game sound (Multiple spatial sound sources), sound processing in the card (resulting in 2-8 digital channels), encoding into a dolby digital stream (via DDL processor), transfer to receiver. Only there, qualitity digital/analog transformers start to work and the analogous signals are well protected from the electrical pollution within my PC.
Does ist actually work like that? Is part of the signal path on the card always analogous? I really fear the interferance of the electrical field within my PC with the sound signal. I could imagine that the DDL-Processor takes analogous signals as input. I did find nothing contrary on the dolby web site.

actually DDL is software encoder and yes if U use it the analogue section of the card will not be used at all the bit stream will be passedthrough to your receiver.

"No signal" on screen with new mac mini

Hi
I have just bought my first Mac Computer. When everything ist properly connected and I start the Mini, the monitor shows "no signal". The Mini ist switsched on and starts (light goes on). The Monitor is a 4 year old TFT with Analog port (white adapter neccesary to connect it to the MAc Mini). I tryed with another Monitor (6-year old Phillips) and the Screen still stays black.
Help would be highly appreciated.

The fact you are getting the same symptoms with two displays suggests the mini or the DVI/VGA adaptor may be at fault.
I would suggest you follow the suggestions in http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=300583 and if that doesn't help, since this is a new mini, call Apple without any further delay.
Note that in the above document it refers to resetting the PMU. This is something related to the earlier minis. For your Intel model instead of resetting the PMU, you need to try an 'SMC reset which is done as follows:
-Switch the system off
-Unplug all cables from the computer, including the power cord and any display cables.
-Wait at least 15 seconds.
-Plug the power cord back in, making sure the power button is not being pressed at the time.
-Then reconnect your keyboard and mouse to the computer.
-Press the power button on the back to start up your computer.

Phasenabweichung & Frequenzbestimmung von 2 Signale

Mein System wird 2 Signale aufnehmen: die Kraft(N) und die Geschwindigkeit(m/s) für unterschiedliche Frequenzen, die von DIAdem 9.0 eingestellt werden, zwischen 5 und 150 Hz. Für jede Frequenz werden Messungen und Aufnahmen durchgeführt. Die signale sind annährungsweise als SINUS anzusehen. - 1) Wie kann ich die FREQUENZ der beide Signal messen, um die Einstellung der Steuerung zu kontrollieren ? Müssen für jede Messung (z.B. für jedes 1 Hz) eine FFT durchgeführt und gespeichert werden, und wie ? - 2) Wie kann ich die Phasenverschiebung zwischen Kraft und Geschwindigkeit bestimmen und auswerten ? - 3) Wie kann ich die Messung der unterschiedliche Phasenverschiebungen für die 145 Messungen (150-5 Hz) Automatisieren ? - 4) Wäre eine stetige (kontinuirlische) Messungen der Phasenverschiebung in Abhängigkeit der Frequenz möglich ? Wenn ich Sie richtig verstanden habe, so lesen Sie zwei analoge Spannungen mit einer bestimmen Abtastrate (welcher ?) über Ihre Datenerfassungkarte ein.

-> Wenn Sie 100%ig wissen, dass es sich bei Ihrem Signal um ein Sinus handelt, so können Sie einerseits eine FFT (in Diadem -> Analysis -> Signalanalyse -> FFT) über Ihr Signal laufen lassen, oder Sie bestimmen programmatisch den Nulldurchgang der Sinusfunktion. Für die letzte Möglichkeit wäre es von Vorteil, dass das vorgegebene Signal bestimmter Frequenz für mehrere Perioden vorliegt. Sie können durch den zeitlichen Zeitabstand der Nulldurchgänge so einen Rückschluss auf Ihre Frequenz ziehen. Beachten Sie bitte, da es sich um ein Sinus Signal handelt, eventuell eine Richtungserkennung (Nulldurchgang von - auf + oder von + auf -) zu implementieren oder einfach die berechnete Frequenz zwischen zwei Nulldurchgängen ohne Richtungserkennung zu halbieren.

-> Sie können die Phasenverschiebung zwischen zwei Signalen z.B. mit einem Referenzpunkt bestimmen. Wenn Sie beispielsweise die Phasenverschiebung zwischen zwei Signalen mit einem Oszilloskop bestimmen möchten, so setzen Sie je einen Cursor z.B. bei den Nulldurchgängen (von - nach +) auf den entsprechenden Sinus und können dadurch, durch den zeitlichen Versatz auf die Phasenverschiebung Rückschluss ziehen. Schwierig wird es, wenn Sie einen Phasensprung zwischen Ihren beiden Signalen bekommen (d.h. ein Vielfaches von 360°). Diesen Phasensprung müssen Sie programmatisch bestimmen.
Leider weiss ich nicht genau, welche Hardware Sie in welcher Diadem Version einsetzen und auch nicht welche Signalpegel Sie bei Ihren analog Inputs erwarten ? mV ? V ?
Eine weitere Möglichkeit, sich die Phasenverschiebung zwischen Referenz- und Eingangssignal berechnen zu lassen, ist der Einsatz eines Lock in Verstärkers. Allerdings wird dieser meistens bei kleinen Eingangsspannungen eingesetzt (nv...mV). Die vom Gerät ermittelte Phasenverschiebung zwischen den beiden Signalen kann dann beispielsweise über die serielle oder die GPIB Schnittstelle abgefragt werden. Diese Alternative ist mit weiteren Kosten verbunden.
Um Ihre Abläufe automatisiert ablaufen lassen zu können, können Sie sich ein DAQ Schaltplan in Diadem erstellen, , dass die Ausgabefrequenz mit entsprechender Amplitude steuert und auswertet.

i run the helloworld sample project ,it works fine in ecllipse,cmd prompt window and i am try to run FX and signal generation sample program in eclipse ,i can't able to run in eclipse but i can able run in cmd prompt window.i want to know whether ocep projects can be run only through cmd prompt or both (cmd prompt and eclipse). if u have solutions to run in eclipse means help me please.Thanks in advance

Wir haben ein Problem mit unserem RPS 675 und wollen die Signale
RPS_PRES (RPS present)
RPS_CTRL 1
RPS_CTRL 0
PWR_GOOD (power is good)
überprüfen.
Kann mir bitte jemand sagen welche Signalspannungen (Art der Spannung, Größe der Spannung) bei den jeweiligen Kontakten anliegen bzw. wie diese wechseln wenn:
die Versorgungspannung in Ordnung ist
die Versorgungspannung nicht in Ordnung ist
das RPS auf StandBy geht.

ADSL Signal aus StarterBox vom Keller in die 1. Etage verlängern!

Hallo Leute,
ich möchte meine neue TC nicht in Keller stellen, wo der heutige ADSL WLAN Router steht. Das Signal ist zwar ganz gut, aber arbeiten tue eben nicht am Computer im Keller. Ich würde nun gerne das ADSL Signal direkt hinter der StarterBox (bei mir von Arcor-Vodafone) über die im Haus verlegt Ethernetkabel an eine bestimmte Ethernetdose lenken (leiten). Nun die Frage, ob das überhaupt so geht oder ob wegen des ADSL Signals Längenrestriktionen bestehen.
Vielleicht liest das hier jemand!

I would like to put my new TC not in cellar where the today's ADSL WLAN Router stands. Though the signal quite feels well, but I do not work on the computer in the cellar. Now I would the signal ADSL directly behind the starter box (with myself from my carrier arcor-vodafone) about the house installed ethernet cabel. Now the question whether this will work in general or do i fail because of the signal ADSL gets in confusion why there is a length restriction.
Maybe somebody reads this here!

sorry I can only answer in English.. but adsl as in phone line can suffer issues if there is a lot of rf noise in the house.. this is not normally a problem.
If you connect the ADSL modem in bridge to the TC (Time Capsule) working as a router by ethernet cable.. then there is no problem at all. I am not sure if you use PPPoE though.. if not you will have to decide on another method.
The options are running the current modem router in full router mode.. and use the TC in bridge.. this removes the routing from the TC but allows it to still do everything like wireless and Time Machine backup.
You can put the TC in the DMZ of the modem-router.. you will need to check the manuals.. the TC is then also a router.. but the DMZ will pass all the unconnected packets to the TC, meaning you do not suffer issues with double NAT.
Hope it makes sense in machine translation back to German.

MacBook keeps dropping Airport signal

My new MacBook keep loosing ist connection with the AirPort Express.....i'm not sure if its the Express or the MacBook....there is only a few feet of distance between the two and all updates have been added to the MacBook. After 3 bad Pro's and one bad MacBook I really want to keep this unit and any help you guys could give me would be great.....i'm a new mac user. Cheers.

I had the same issue with my new MacBook and thought it was the notebook.
Here's my story: I went back to the Apple Store where I bought my macbook and told them that there is something wrong with my AirPort card inside the macbook that is "defective" because it kept dropping signals. I would get a connection for a few minutes or seconds and then lose the signal the next! The manager had NO CLUE why that was happening and asked that I show proof by reproducing it inside their Apple Store! I told the manager I would like a new one and she was nice enough to exchange it for me at no cost.
After doing my own research, I discovered that the problem was not with my MacBook, but rather it was with my Linksys wireless DSL router. Luckily, all I had to do was update the firmware on the Linksys DSL router and....I have not lost signal since!
My suggestion is to update the firmware of your router (e.g. Linksys, Belkin, D-Link, etc. All I had to do was go to Linksys' website and download the updates and run it through my router system) and see if that fixes the problem. Good luck!

Ist mit DAQmx eine online Darstellung ohne Zwischenspeicherung möglich?

Hallo. Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen.
Verwendung:Labview 7.1, PCI 6220 mit AD-Wandler von NI
Ziel: Signaldarstellung von einem Lock-in-Verstärker über AD-Wandler
Die Ansteuerung funktioniert insoweit. Mit Hilfe von DAQmx lassen sich
die Signale (derzeit noch Rauschen) einlesen. Für mich ist es wichtig,
dass die Darstellung
online (also in Echtzeit) funktioniert. Da ich sehr lange Messungen
geplant habe ist es für mich sehr wichtig sofort und direkt zu sehen,
was in meinem Diagramm passiert und nicht erst nach den Messungen.
Bin ich da überhaupt richtig mit DAQmx, kann das mit Labview so realisiert werden?
Hab mal irgendwo gelesen das es einen Diagrammtyp gibt, der die Werte
nicht zwischenspeichert, sondern direkt ausgibt.... wenn ja welcher Typ
ist das, denn so einer wäre für mich sehr hilfreich?
MAX hat leider nicht funktioniert, da hierbei die Daten irgendwo
zwischengespeichert werden und dann erst im Diagramm die Darstellung
erfolgt je nachdem welche Frequenzen man einstellt.
Für Hilfe wär ich sehr dankbar.

schließe die Ausgabe der DAQmx-Funktion an einen Graphen an, dann siehst du sofort die aktuellen Messwerte...
Alle indicators zeigen ihre Daten sofort an, sie verwalten höchstens ein Kopie der Daten!
Versuche nächstes mal auf Englisch zu fragen, dann erhälst du wesentlich mehr antworten

Triggering signal

Hello,
i am doing some acceleration measurement on a gear box. On the shaft there is installed a rotary encoder with 2048 lines. At the casing there is an acceleration sensor. I want to accquire one acceleration sample each time a falling edge of the rotary encoder occurs.
So the sampling rate will be dependent on the number of revolutions of the gear box.
How can i handle this problem?

I checked the signal with an oszilloscope. There is some nois and peaks. But how much noise is okay??? Has anyone experience with noisy signals???

Signal, Noise and Rate level

Hi folks,
got my new airport exrem yesterday and must say, that I am some kind o disapointed. No problems with the setup, but 5 times more speed and a trippled range. I cant determin that.
But anyway. Does anyone know, how to read this numbers in the "Wireless Client" Menue.
My Signal and Noise levels number have a "-" in front. So does that mean the smalller they are, the better the signal is. Whats with the noise number. I have numers around -90? ist that good or bad. Same with the Rate. Numbers go from 54 to 18.

Rate is the speed...
so 54 is 54Mbps, 11 is 11Mbps (at least that's what it looks like, although I am also getting a 12 and the AirPort Express is showing "-1"!)
Anyone have any ideas?

Kein signal zwischen ps4 und beamer

Hallo liebe community,
Ich bitte euch um Hilfe und zwar habe ich meine ps4 an einem beamer (benq w1070 full hd 3d) angeschlossen Und seit 3 Wochen bekomme ich kein signal bzw. Bild mehr an meine leinwand.
Komischer weise hat alles normal funktioniert, weiter ist komisch wenn ich die ps3 oder meinen Kabelreceiver drann hänge bekomme ich normal ein Signal bzw ein Bild normal in full HD.
Die ps4 kann auch keinen defekt haben weil wenn ich sie an meinen Samsung TV anhänge funktionert sie auch einwandfrei.
Das hdmi Kabel habe ich auch schon erneuert und alle möglichen Einstellungen ausprobuert, leider weis ich nicht mehr weiter weil eben vor einigen Wochen noch alles normal funktioniert Hat vielleicht könnt ihr mir helfen!!

ja, ein Script über Tastendruck zu starten, sollte möglich sein.
Dazu benötigen Sie den Script-DAC-Treiber unter Verarbeitung.
Als Eingänge sollten dann ein Daten-Signal von der Taste und ggf. das zu korrigierende (tarierende) Signal in den Block reingehen.
Raus sollte dann dabei das korrigierte Signal kommen.
Im Script, muss dann nur noch auf das Signal von der Taste abgefragt werden.
Eine Alternative hätte ich vielleicht noch, wenn Ihnen es ausreicht, den Wert in DAC zu tarieren, d. h. einen Offset permanent vom aktuellen Signal abzuziehen. Anbei ein DAC-Plan für letztgenannte Lösung.
