I can certainly understand questioning why your recent purchases may have been awarded zero points.  I used the email address you registered with the forum to review your account and believe that I can explain why zero points have been posting to your My Best Buy™ account.  It appears that you had used Best Buy gift cards and My Best Buy™ certificates to make those purchases, which are not considered qualifying forms of payments when it comes to earning points.

  • Report missing point for purchases at Pacific Sales

    Hi,
    I forgot to give My Best Buy™ account to the sales asscociate for the purchase order. How to associate My Best Buy™ account with my purchase order at Pacific Sales within best buy store? I don't have the Customer Service Pin number on my receipt to add my missing points on Report Missing Points page, and I don't see the options for Pacific Sales or sales number. 
    Please let me know how I can attach my purchase order to My Best Buy™ account.

    If your My Best Buy account was not attached to your Pacific Sales purchase when it was processed, then points are unlikely to post on their own.  In most cases you should be able to report a purchase as "missing" on BestBuy.com if it was not attached to your account; however, a purchase made from one of our Pacific Sales or Magnolia stores cannot be reported online, which means we may need to see if points can be added a different way.

  • Did not receive points for purchase

    Hello,
    I purchased a Frigidaire oven back on 11/23/14 but was not issued any points. Please let me know what is needed to rectify this situation.

    After looking over your account using the email address you registered with the forum, the reason why the Frigidaire oven you purchased was not awarded points is because you applied it to an 18 month promotional financing offer.  Based on the Program Terms, a member can either select standard financing and points OR promotional financing and zero points (base and bonus).  While your purchase may not have qualified for points, it should still have counted towards reaching Elite and Elite Plus status.

  • Can't see my membership status, and I don't get 2x points for purchases, but I do see the discount

    Hi,
    I have Gamer's Club Unlocked on My Best Buy account (bought 2 memberships last month - 4 years worth) and I do see the discount that I receive on new and used games when I add them to my cart, BUT it doesn't show the 2x rewards (e.g. for a $23.99 new game, I only see 23 potential points awarded, not 46), and I also cannot see my Gamers Club Unlocked membership tag with the membership expiration anywhere (I was able to see it last month). Can someone please help me with this?

  • User Exits for Purchase order & requistion to control Material description

    Dear Experts,
    I am creating a Purchasing requisition & Purchase order for certain Material Type. Currently user can change material description at item level without anu check. Now I have different material type like PACKING(ZPAC), Raw material(ZROH) Etc.
    My requirement is like such that i want to allow change of material description of packing material(ZPAC) but system should not allow for Raw material type(ZROH). so from where i can control this?
    Can any one give me EXIT name or enhancement point for Purchase order & requisition.

    You can achieve this by Field selection in SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Requisition > Define Document Types > Here get the Field Selection Key for PR Doc Type
    SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Requisition > Define Screen Layout at Document Level > Here for that Field Selection Key, for Selection group "Basic data, item", make field "Short text" as display.
    Similarly do for PO also SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Define Document Types > Here get the Field Selection Key for PO Doc Type
    SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Define Screen Layout at Document Level > Here for that Field Selection Key, for Selection group "Basic data, item", make field "Short text" as display.
    Note: - But in case of text Purchases, you need to create a new PR and PO Document Type. So that this config. will not have any impact on Text Purchases.

  • Points didn't add to my account for purchase at Pacific Sales

    Hi,
    I purchased washer and dryer at Pacific Sales and gave My Best Buy™ account to the sales asscociate for the purchase order on Feb 27th. But when I checked my rewards balance today, I didn't see that part of points added to my account.  I checked my receipt, there is no Customer Service Pin number on my receipt to add my missing points on Report Missing Points page.  
    Please let me know how I can attach my purchase order to My Best Buy™ account.

    Welcome to the Best Buy forum, and thank you for posting.
    A purchase made at one of our Pacific Sales or Magnolia stores is considered separate from a Best Buy store purchase, so points will post a bit different.  While it will usually take 20 days for point to post for a qualifying Best Buy store purchase, it may take up to 35 days for points for a qualifying Pacific Sales or Magnolia purchase to post.  That 35 day time frame will also not start until after any scheduled deliveries have been completed.
    A Pacific Sales or Magnolia purchase would need to be reported as "missing" if a member's My Best Buy™ account was not attached to the purchase when it was originally processed in-order for points to post; however, those purchases cannot be reported as "missing" on BestBuy.com like a store purchase because they have an invoice number and not the typical receipt pin number.  That is where I can help, but we would need to wait until after a full 35 days.
    With that all having been said, please do not hesitate to send me a private message if it has been more than 35 since your purchase was delivered and points have still not posted, and I will see what I can do to help attach it to your My Best Buy™ account.  You can send a private message by clicking on the blue button in my signature that is labeled "Private Message."

  • Missing 2X points for games purchase

    Unless I am missing something,I am not receiving the 2X points bonus for purchasing new games as a Gamers Club member.
    The first transaction was 12/27/14 for 79.98 which I only see receiving 79 points for.
    The second was on 11/28/14 for 44.98 which I show receiving 44 points for.
    Hoping to get these transactions corrected along with any going forward.

    It does appear that your orders were applied to your My Best Buy account and standard points were applied in the correct time frame.  As your account does show as being in the Gamers Club I'm not sure why the double points didn't post,but I'm happy to correct it.  Please watch for the points to post within 24 hours.

  • HT1725 I have been trying to purchase points for a slot machine game using my itunes card. It has subtracted all the $$$$ off the card but I never got the points. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Have restarted the ipad and still nothing.

    I have been trying to purchase points for a slot machine game using my iTunes gift card. It subtracted the right about of $$$ but never gave me my points....not sure what I am doing wrong.

    That is a great question!  As far as I know, a purchase made from the Best Buy eBay Store is not eligible for points because Best Buy on eBay is not associated with the My Best Buy™ program.  It would almost be like the products that are sold through our online Marketplace, which are also not eligible for points.  I have provided a link to the Best Buy eBay Store FAQ below if you have any additional questions.

  • Never Received Points for an Ipad Air Purchase even When No Financing Was Choosen

    I'm hoping to find resolution on this matter, so I'm posting it here. I did call customer service many times and to no avail. as well as the credit card company. It was just a waste of time and I was frustrated at the lack of knowledge (I was told different things), the wait time, and their lack of effort to help you. In my last call, they gave me a claim number as they will let the back office research it. I read a post that the back office was no help as well, so I'm posting it here.
    I ordered an Ipad Air online at a store last June 2014 and at the same time I applied for the credit card with a membership in your program. The guy who helped me told me that I will earn points with purchases and can convert it to a reward certificate to use. Points doesn't expire but when converted to certificate, the certificate does. Anyway, last week I went to purchase something fron Best Buy and ask for my points balance. The lady told me that I don't have a reward certificate, but said I have to open an account online to check my points. I opened an account online and to my surprised I didn't get any points for my purchase. I called your customer service and was told that my purchase was already more than 3 months and too late to report missing points, One customer service told me, it needs to be reported within 6 months. One was even rude and blamed me for not checking and that I should just let it go and stop wasting my time and that sometimes, even when you use your credit card, it fails to attached the purchase. Best Buy Customer Service is really something! I called the credit card customer service and asked why my purchase was not attached to my membership ID when I use my credit card. I was trasferred to the Rewards customer service and was told that points were not given because I choose Zero Financing. I told her  that I choose No Financing and was eligible for double points as stated in my receipt. She put me on hold and consult a specialist. She told me that I choose Zero Finacing and I said that's not true. She trasferred me to the credit card customer service to verify and I told her to stay in the line. She hanged up before the credit card customer service confirmed that I had no financing ( I paid in full when I got my statement). I called the Rewards customer service who opened a claim and told me that the back office will research my claim. At this point, I'm not hopeful, so I'm hoping somebody can help me. It does state in my receipt that I choose No Financing for double reward points.

    Before we get to the heart of the matter at hand, I would strongly suggest saving yourself the time and not calling Citibank again because they have no say over the My Best Buy program.  I would also suggest that you read over the Program Terms because whatever information you may have been told is not exactly correct.  A certificate will be automatically issued based on your certificate preference (defaults at $5) and points can be forfeited if an account goes 12 consecutive months without activity.
    With that out of the way, I can confirm that the iPad you ordered back in June 2014 did post to your My Best Buy account.  You should be able to see that order by logging into your My Best Buy account and scrolling your purchase history back to 2014; however, you were not awarded any points because the iPad was applied to a 12 month promotional financing offer.  As you have come to find out, any purchases that are applied to a promotional financing offer do not qualify for points (base or bonus).
    I do want to apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced, as you should not have had to spend so much time on the phone trying to get all of this figured out.  I am going to send you a private message so that I can gather some additional information and to go over your My Best Buy account with you.  To check your private messages, you will want to log into the forum and click on the little yellow envelope icon located at the top of the page.

  • HT201079 How do I use my store credit/vouchers as a purchasing point for my Children(family members) as opposed to my Credit Card in a  family sharing setup?

    I have a certain amount of store credit or vouchers available to me to use.
    I would like my Credit/vouchers to be used before it goes onto my credit card when my children or other family member purchase anything from the app store or itunes store.
    How do I go about doing this?

    You have to redeem the gift cards to their account, not to yours.  Here is how it works:
    After you set up your family, any time a family member initiates a new purchase it will be billed directly to your account unless that family member has gift or store credit. First, their store credit will be used to pay the partial or total bill. The remainder will bill to the family organizer's card.
    The store credit on your own account will only be used for purchases on your own account.

  • Shipping point to create delivery for purchase order

          I have created PO in ME21N and I need to create delivery for this, so I have used VL10B Tcode, here it is asking for shipping point, which value we need to give for this. Actually I have given the plant which was given in ME21N, but I'm not getting PO number here to deliver, Is there any problem, or which value we nee to give as shipping pioint.

    Check shippinng tab on your PO item level. If you can not find shipping tab that means shipping point is not determined.
    Shipping point determination :
    In SPRO>>Logistics execution>>Shipping>>Basic shipping functions>>Shipping point Determination->>assign shipping points>> For your Loading group,Shipping Condition and Supplying plant combination >>Assign shipping point here
    Also check shipping condtion in yor coustomer master and loading group in material master.

  • Release strategy for purchase requisition does not kick in

    Hi Gurus!
    I've been struggling with this issue for some weeks now.
    I have set up the release strategy configuration for purchase requisitions with classifications.
    However, if I create a purchase requisition the release functionality is not taken into account by the system.
    See below some more information regarding my configuration:
    1. I've created a new characteristic "REL_PR_GROUP". Status: released, Multiple values, Number of Chars 3, 7 values (TR1, TR2, TR3....TR7), Table name: CEBAN, Field name: EKGRP, Procedure for value assignment set to not ready for input.
    2. I've created a new class: "REL_PR_ANPC". Class type 032, Status: released, Same classification: do not check, Char: "REL_PR_GROUP"
    3. I have one release group "T1", Rel. object 1, OverReqRel is marked, Class: "REL_PR_ANPC"
    4. I have 5 release codes. Grp: T1, Code: 01....05
    5. I have 2 release indicators:
    "R = Released", Rel. for ordering is marked, Changeabil: 4, Value chgs. 100,0
    "X = Blocked",  Changeabil: 4, Value chgs. 100,0
    6. I have 1 release strategy:
    "T1 with Grp T1"
    - one release group, 01 Manager
    - release prerequisites not applicable because of only one release group
    - release status, nothing marked = blocked, 01 marked = released
    - classification, purchasing group is TR1 or TR2 or TR3 or TR4 or TR5 or TR6 or TR7
    I intentionally kept the configuration as simple as possible so I can try to get it working first.
    Now if I create a purchase requisition for an item with release group T1, I would expect the release strategy to be activated. However, this is not the case. I don't see the "release status" tab in the PR, and if I try to relase via ME54 the system says the PR is not relevant for release.

    Have you checked in CL30/CL30N if your release strategy is derived successfully?
    See section 3 of Note 365604. A small section of it:
    You can use transaction CL30 search for an object using the data
    of the purchase requisition/purchase order. Here, it is important
    that the object search determines exactly one strategy. If this
    is not the case, this indicates that there are overlapping
    strategies in the system or that the release strategies in
    Customizing do not correspond with those from transaction CL24.
    See the previous point. If the object search returns more than
    one result, the system subsequently determines an incorrect
    release strategy or no release strategy at all.
    If it is derived successfully, next, check the user exit EXIT_SAPLEBND_001 as per Note 371667:
    The following assignment statement has to exist within activated SAP
    enhancements M06B0002 (include zxm06u13) and M06B0005 (include zxm06u31)
    for purchase requisitions:
         E_CEBAN = I_CEBAN.

    I moved from Japan to Australia. I need to change from Japan App Store to the Australian App Store. I get the following message every time I try using My MacID which was set up in Japan: "This Apple ID is only valid for purchases in the Japanese iTunes Store. You will be switched to that Store." At one point... by which path I do not remember... I was instructed to created a new ID. I fill out the new ID forms, but the address is rejected each time... quite confusing. Does it want a new name? But it says I cannot use an apple domain (tag?) even though I guess it has to be an apple address... ? So I have iTunes crdit cards purchansed in Australia, can't spend in AUstralian iTunes Store, get directed back to Japan each time, and can't open a new ID... What am I doing wrong?     You must have a separate Apple ID registered in the other store along with a valid bank-issued charge card in the other country, and a legal billing address in the other country.
    Sorry... But... You cannot use other countries itunes stores.
    You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country..
