Did not receive points for purchase

Hello,
I purchased a Frigidaire oven back on 11/23/14 but was not issued any points. Please let me know what is needed to rectify this situation.

After looking over your account using the email address you registered with the forum, the reason why the Frigidaire oven you purchased was not awarded points is because you applied it to an 18 month promotional financing offer.  Based on the Program Terms, a member can either select standard financing and points OR promotional financing and zero points (base and bonus).  While your purchase may not have qualified for points, it should still have counted towards reaching Elite and Elite Plus status.

    After using the email address you registered with the forum to review your account, I can see exactly why you were awarded zero points for the gift cards you purchased.  That reason is actually mentioned in the terms of the "Choose Your Points" coupon that you included in your above post.  While the purchase of Best Buy gift cards is usually excluded from bonus points offers, they were not excluded from that coupon; however, it looks like you purchased prepaid Visa gift cards and not Best Buy gift cards, which were still excluded.

    The receipt usually takes more time to receive. I got my receipt from about 7:00pm yesterday at about 10:00pm today.

    I have made a purchase within an app where I did not receive the purchased product. I have made a few other purchases in the same game and have always received my content immediately. How do I get a refund or redownload in app purchase?

    Even after disabling in app purchases (General > Restrictions) and setting the password requirement to 'immediately', I tried another in app purchase (for a smaller amount) and again it went straight through without asking for a password.

    Seventy one is correct, you need to take this up with the manager of the store.
    Ultimately, if the guy who handled the return at the store didn't enter it into the system correctly, or if the paperwork was somehow lost, or anything else along those lines, your refund receipt is the only thing you have proving that they owe you money. If you have lost that receipt, it's quite possible that you will have lost the money that it represents.
    Go to the store. Talk to the manager. Try to recall which person at the store handled the return, and see if they remember you. Be polite but insistent, and remember that without the receipt, you are depending on those people to help you out.

    I paid for in app content and it said my phone could not connect to itunes and my purchase had not been finished, i did not receive anything. I left it a day and re-tried and this time was sucessful. however I have been charged twice, once for the original purchase which gave me nothing and again for the second which did give me what I was expecting.     I tried phoning them today but it said something about being iPhone only hotline. I am busy all week so I will just go into the store with my receipt next week-end to see them I guess.
    I did get the education discount and they took my student card so they must have just forgotten the app store card. Hopefully they will be ok with it...

    My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now.  About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

    I purchased some pro-cash for Tiger Woods golf on the iPad, through an in-app purchase. However, I did not receive the relevant credits, but was charged in full and received my iTunes Store invoice to confirm this.
    I have followed the instructions provided in the support guide on how to 'Report a problem' but the links don't function the way the guide says they shoudl and there are no contact details for the vendro (EA Games). How do I go about escalating this properly?

    I would suggest that you contact the developer of the app to see what exactly you purchased, because itunes store support can get you the refund, but they can't tell you exactly what you purchased. They just handle the money, they don't necessarily dictate what the app's devloper sells
