1 table showing data from 2 different weeks ... how?

I have an aggregated fact table with some very simple columns. Week, Store and Category. Then I have on each row aggregated measures like Items sold, Items sold on Recommended price, Items sold over Recommended price and so on ... 7 simple measures. So it could look something like this:
Week: 201334 (In Sweden we show it like this ... YearWeek)
Store: A
Category: X
IS: 300
ISRP: 250
ISORP: 50
And like this week by week store by store. Simple right?
Now to the problem. I need to make a table were I show the Categories and show a column for 2 different weeks ... 201334 and 201332 ... and the measure show is something like how many stores that obey my recommended price is one particular category. The problem here is that the data is already aggregated I cannot set the measure as Sum in the RPD in the Aggregation tab. My formula is something like (how many stores follow my recommended price / all stores) in %.
When I calculate the "how many stores follow my recommended price" and put it in a seperate column (just to see that I do get something) and have a COUNT(Store IDs) as "all stores" .... I do get numbers and they are correct ... but when I put those to in a third column I get 0,000% ... why?
So ... Categories and then compare how week 34 stands against week 32 in proportion of how many stores are behaving themselves.
Any suggestions?

Try using SUM in rpd regardless of aggregation in table level and see how it works.
