1099 (S_P00_07000134) doesnt select zero 1099 items
Hi,
We are currently using s_p00_07000134 / program RFIDYYWT to generate our 2009 1099 MISC forms and file. All the necessary configuration is done and we are able to generate the forms and files as expected. Although, We are not able to generate 1099 forms for zero items.
For example: we have a 1099 vendor for which we reported amount 1000$ to the IRS and sent the vendor the 1099 form. It was alter discovered that the payment was incorrect, so the invoice and payment were reversed. A new 1099 form needs to be generated and sent to the vendor and the 1099 correction file should have this corrected amount for zero.
But for some reason, even though i deleted the minimum amount in the selections screen and also deleted the configuration (Financial Accounting
Financial Accounting Global Settings
Withholding Tax
Extended Withholding Tax
Define Minimum Amounts for 1099 Report)
I am still not able to create a file or form. I only get a message that "No records are selected"
I did find a workaround to generate the 1099 forms (using output group "US_1099G" and assigning the 1099MISC form to it. But when i use output group US_1099, it doesnt pick the zero items).

Friends I have an issue of program RFW1099M( T.CODE :S_PL0_09000314 - 1099-Misc ) not working as expected. We are in the process of migration to ECC 6.0 and testing to create 1099 Mise IRS file. As per SAP report in New version is with different name than in 4.6c.
When I run this report It is not picking up the records of vendors whose tax code in generic like "78547218" and picking up records of tax codes in the form "22-4587458",What we noticed is ECC 6.0 is looking for tax codes in the Federal tax formats.
Please let me know any one has this kind of issue and let me know the fix also.

INVOIC01 fails that contain zero dollar items
Hi Experts,
We are trying to implement electronic invoices by cXML transmission with an XI interface. During testing it was found that any invoice which contains a zero dollar item will fail at the IDOC with an error, 'Item not selectable'. This occurs due to the fact that when the zero dollar line item is sourced by the buyer agent, they must deselect the 'Invoice Expected' check box under the purchase order line item follow on documents. This is the only way to source a zero dollar line item. Is there a way to adjust something so that the IDOC will not fail for zero dollar line items?
I also posted a similar question on the SRM forum to see if there is a way for us to source zero dollar items and still keep the Invoice Expected checkbox checked. I just didn't know if there might be an option here on the R/3 side to address the problem as well.
We are on SRM 2005 SP12 and on ERP 6.0 SP13.
Any guidance is appreciated!!

You can try following solutions.
1. Try making the error message as warning and order the PO. See if ECC accepts the PO.
2. Use BBP_ECS_OUT_PO badi to pass the invoice indicator in ECC PO.

Can you select a specific item from a listbox via scripting?
This seems like it should be easy, but I've spent quite a few hours trying to figure this out, to no avail. I'm trying to create a button that would automatically select a specific item on a listbox. I though "selectedIndex" would do the trick, but this seems to only work if the user actually selects a specific item on a listbox. I'm looking for the opposite effect, where a person will push a button where a specific item on the listbox gets selected.
Any help would be much appreciated...thanks!You can use the setItemState method for this purpose.
To select the third item use:

Problem in refreshing the combo box on selection of an item in another comb
I have a situation where values to be displayed in 2nd combo box depends on the selection of an item from the 1st combo box.
Problem observed:
The 2nd combo box is not getting refreshed if the selected item from the 1st combo box has mapping to more than 10 items.
for ex:
A - AA, AB, AC, AD, AE, AF
B - BA, BB, BC, BD, BE, BF, BG, BH, BI, BJ, BK, BL, BM, BN, BO, BP
C - CA, CB, CC
D - DA, DB, DC, DD

If the value selected from the first combo box is A, C, or D then 2nd combo box refreshes with repective values. But when the value selected is B, then 2nd combo box is not getting refreshed with respective values.

Reset Row Selection from Web Item Analysis in WAD 7.0
Hi All,
I have a Web Item Type Analysis and I use the Row Selection (SELECT_ROWS) value multiple.
Is there a way to reset the selection via a function?
The user select some rows and start a planning function via a button. If they would like to start the function for an other selection they first have to remove the old ones and have to mark the other lines.
A function to remove all selection from the item is needed!
PS: It is getting funny if there is paging and the selection is not even visible because it is on an other page.

Error in sales order when selecting a warranty item in configurator 'Please enter required information - Service Reference Type Code'
Not able to book the sales order because of this issueOrder Management does not support the inclusion of optional service items in a configured Model BOM (see Support article #1296751.1 for more detail). Allowing for such would therefore require customization.
As you've found, there's no modeling restriction that prevents you from creating a Model BOM that includes optional service items, nor is there any problem with creating a Configurator Model for it. And required service items (such as a warranty item that is a required child of an optional BOM component) do not present a problem; they have nothing to do with Configurator, and would never appear as sub-lines in OM. The problem arises in OM, which requires that any service item be "associated" to the item it's "servicing". OM does not automatically make such an association with service sub-lines, even though it might be argued that an association may be inferred by the BOM structure (i.e., OM does not assume that an optional service sub-line is necessarily associated, from a service standpoint, with its BOM parent). OM customization is therefore required in order to hook any service item up to its corresponding product item. Many customers who configure service along with product have implemented such a customization.
(Another gap in such a solution that may be relevant to you is that for an included optional service item requiring recurring billing, Order Management does not create the requisite Service Contract. Customers have likewise developed customizations to address this, as well.)
As this is not specifically a Configurator matter (you could have created your order without using Configurator at all, and you would have experienced the exact same behavior), please do not take my explanation as being either authoritative or comprehensive (I am a Configurator expert, and only knowledgeable enough about Order Management to be dangerous). It would be advisable for you to seek more detailed information/recommendations from the Order Management forum.

In Field Selection for open item clearing (t-code : O7F1),
can I maintain non standard field such as "XREF3" (Reference KEY 3) ?
I tried to insert "KIDNO" into O7F1 and system allowed it.
But when I checked in F-51, the XREF3 (Reference KEY 3) was not in the field selection.
Have anyone get the same issue?

In firefox 4 I cannot select previously searched items in google toolbar search through mouse, I have to selct it by keyboard or retype it.
Also during switching between tabs I notice black screen.I just tried clicking the left button of the mouse BEFORE placing the pointer above the drop-down arrow of the Google search and worked. If the word was deep down the list, i scrolled down the wheel of the mouse. Always keeping the left button pressed and releasing it once i had pointed my choice.

Since installing Firefox 4 RC2, and now Firefox 4, Firefox constantly hangs on every action. Just in typing this message, the program pauses for a second or two every few words. Opening a tab, selecting a menu item or even moving the Firefox window incurs a brief pause of a second or two. This makes the users experience terribly slow. I've tried turning off sync and starting Firefox with extensions disabled. Nothing seems to help. I upgraded from RC2 but then deleted and reinstalled Firefox.
I'm having this problem on my MacBook Pro, which is pretty new (less than a year old) and otherwise very fast (i.e., i7 processor and 8Gb RAM). I have the newest version of OS X (10.6.7) and have updated all extensions.
I've watched my system monitor and Firefox is constantly and repeatedly going from low to near 100% CPU use every few seconds. I have no special, unusual settings (I've gone through preferences).
This is getting so bad that I'm about ready to abandon FireFox. Any suggestions would be helpful.I had the same problem, I kept searching and found this:

Selecting a jlist item and placing it in view
i have 100 items in a jlist. then i scrolled to the bottom of the list.....so now the first item is not in view anymore.
i have a button on top that retrieves rows and rebuilds the jlist.
which it does.
however, if i am at the bottom of the list and hit the button i want the first item to be selected and viewed in the screen.

but its not in view till i scroll back up again.

Selected file system item could not be found
I have an issue with a volume that seems unrelated to the other post to which I replied here. This particular volume is an extra slice/partition on the primary software RAID drive (simply made up of two internal drives).
When I select the Volume from the Volumes tab/list in Server Admin I receive an exclamation mark at the bottom with the error: "The Selected file system item could not be found"
Each time that I try to press the Share button and actually set the properties for it and Save and then refresh the shares, that volume is never shared. Seems like an odd issue as there do not appear to be any problems with the volume otherwise.
II am getting the same error message, but only on my Xserve RAID volume. I'm able to adjust permissions on anything else. I currently do not have the option of reformatting the RAID volume right now.
What my initial assumption is that this RAID used some complicated permissions and was connected to a OS X 10.4 Server. I did not do an upgrade to the server but a full format and reinstall of OS X 10.5 Server. My workaround to date has been to change he permissions in the Finder but that's a real pain.
I've tried renaming the volume and a few other tricks.
I'm not sure what to do next to get the OS X 10.5 Server Admin to work with the permissions on my RAID. -

In Windows Explorer - How to select the first item once we open the explorer using keyboard shortcut. I typically use downward arrow, it goes to the 2nd item in the list, then I again have to use upward arrow to go up.
Is there a shortcut to select the first item in the list using keyboard? This is not specific to Windows 7, it has been the behavior even in previous Windows OS versions.

MallikOpening a Microsoft Ticket is probably your best option. Unfortunately the change will not happen immediately and it will require multiple users to send in a ticket. I hope this ends up being resolved though.
