11.1.0.7: got ORA-07445 [qesmaGetTblSeg_INT()] errors; no help in MetaLink

A string of ORA-07445 [qesmaGetTblSeg_INT()] and [qesmaGetIdxSeg_INT()] errors were raised in DB 11.1.0.7 Enterprise Edition (64-bit) on Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 Edition, SP2. A check of MetaLink and other search engines turned up no related references. These errors appeared in trace when the database became unresponsive, and again, briefly, about 5-10 minutes after I shut down the database and restarted the server. Would someone kindly suggest a source of useful information about these errors and possible corrective action(s)?

I have this error on a Oracle database 10.2.0.1 with WIndows 2003 standard edition ORA-07445: [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [_pevm_CMP3N+21] [PC:0x60BA7455] [ADDR:0x6] [UNABLE_TO_READ].
I look into the metalink but the parameter [_pevm_CMP3N+21] does not exist as note, bug or something like that. There anyone can know what could be the problem of this error.
On the oracle alert log says:

The backup software that we are using is RMAN programmed via the Windows task scheduler on the night this happend at 13:00pm so i think that is not for the HOT BACKUP COPY. But as you say the antivirus installed on the server is a Mcafee Viruscan, I can't really know if he may can interfere on Oracle's background process. Do you know anywhere where I can find more answer about this?.

Occasionally got ORA-12545 error

I have 2-node Oracle 10g RAC set up. From a remote client, i run my sample program to retrieve scott.emp data. Occasionally i got ORA-12545 connection error. Using cpp app and Perl DBI app for tested it. And I got the same problem.

I have query that is using the new Result Cache hint in Oracle 11g (release 2). The query when rendered started producing the error listed below in the alert file and created trace and core dump files:

ORA-07445 : internal error code, You are getting oracle internal error(ORA 600) which mean you could need to work wiht oracle support team. Please see below note, if its not help than i suggest log a sr:

2. shutdown DB & startup DB
After that, Oracle Enterprise Manager "Space Summary -> Problem Tablespaces " from 5 become 0.
And since these days, it did not change.
This is on solaris 10 oracle 10.2.0.4
How can I make it normal?

I thinks its the Index block corrupt - So you have following options
1) Apply the patch - which is possible by seeing the exact bud
2) Try to recover the block
3) Try to drop and recreate the index - If its a non sys object.
You need to check and populate V$DATABASE_BLOCK_CORRUPTION for blocks which are marked corrupt.
Use dbv,rman validate commands to populate V$DATABASE_BLOCK_CORRUPTION view
Use - Identify the corruption extension using RMAN/DBV/ANALYZE etc [ID 836658.1] note for identifying the blocks that are corrupt.

In most of the cases, the ORA-600 errors are coming from Oracle core and you should work as closest as possible with the Oracle support to solve it.
In your case, it could be a physical corruption, take the log file and raise a Service Request to get Oracle people help.

my database was working just fine, I was copying export dump(exp/imp) from 'A' hard disk(external) to 'B', as it was urgent I gave a table for import(imp) from 'A' hard disk which had the original dump.

To add more I was studying/practicing "Auditing in Oracle", yesterday System table space was getting full hence, exported "IDL_UB1$" and truncated it.

i have a problem after executing the following codes

I got the following error:

i saw this document but it seems the bug that is raised dosent match to my condition.
my db version=10.2.0.4
my os = oracle linux 64bit-U 5.4
i dont have this problem on the other machine with the same config.could i say this is Bug?
may i must to request SR?

I was running an PL/SQL application using PL/SQL Developer and after a while, the application will be disconnected from the database with error 03113: end-of-file on communication channel. I checked the alert.log file of the database, at that time an ora-07445 error happened:
Errors in file c:\oracle\product\10.2.0\admin\dbtest1\udump\dbtest1_ora_4820.trc:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [unable_to_trans_pc] [PC:0x0] [ADDR:0x0] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []
My environment is oracle 10.2.0.4 on Microsoft Windows 2003(32bit).
My friends helped me search on metalink about this error and didn't find a similiar workaround. Can anybody take a look at this error or give some hint?

I hope that I can log a SR because the metalink account is in our dba hands and till now, almost one month passed we got no answer form him.tough situation - Mystery Problem that you can't deal with directly, having to work through the powers that be second-hand to get support. You probably haven't heard from the DBA because the DBA hasn't heard anything back from MOS - a pure guess on my part, but according to my experience in logging SRs quite possible.
You have some options - not good ones but they do exist. The ideas below are different variations based on the idea that if you can figure out where the program is having trouble you might be able to work around the problem.
There is no trace in PL/SQL as such, but there is a debugger. I'm not sure if you are using All-around Automations's PL/SQL developer or Oracle's SQL*Developer but both support the debugger. You can compile stored code in debug mode and use a GUI interface in both products (TOAD too, for that matter) to set stopping points to monitor your progress. There is information about the debugger in the Oracle documentation and elsewhere on-line. IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE THE DEBUGGER USE A GUI INTERFACE TO SET IT UP AND RUN IT - the command-line interface via PL/SQL APIs in SQL*PLUS is nearly impossible to use effectively.
Alternately and more easily you can put your own markers in the code and execute it. This can take the form of lines like DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('Got to line 999') or more elegantly using dbms_application_info to set a column value in V$SESSION to put a message there (procedure name, line number, whatever you want within reason). You'll only see DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE data after the program(s) finish or crash so the dbms_application_info method might be a little bit more useful
