15 to 20 minutes a number of days a week is great

Ageless Alpha So many ask BCAAs they must ingest everyday. You will find a lot of viewpoints on to inform the truth there is not merely one reply and this. It'll be determined by each person. I'd express at minimum you must be making your way around 20g of BCAA daily. The strong athletes are becoming significantly more than 35g each day period.

  • How do you show the number of days per month?

    How do you show the number of days per month?
    I am working on a budget.  I want to know how much to amortize each month to fund an investment.  Income comes monthly, but expenses leave in days, or weeks.  The number of days and weeks in months vary.
    I want to figure out income and expenses per day, per month and per year, so I know how much can be invested each month, week or day.  For a start I would like a formula that shows how many days are in each month?

    thanks..
    I solve my problem as
    public class MyExample {
        public static void main(String a[]) {
            String stdate = "2009-03-01";
            java.sql.Date currentDate = new java.sql.Date(System.currentTimeMillis());
            java.sql.Date preDate = java.sql.Date.valueOf(stdate);
            System.out.println(currentDate);
            System.out.println(preDate);
    //        int dateCom = preDate.compareTo(currentDate);
    //        System.out.println(dateCom);
            long diff = currentDate.getTime() - preDate.getTime();
            int days = (int) Math.floor(diff / (24 * 60 * 60 * 1000));
             System.out.println(days);

  • Timekeeper Access to 'Past Number of Days'

    Hi,
    Currently as per the setup in 12.1.3, Normal Users (Self Servie Time Responsibility) can update timecard based on '*Past Number of Days*' but Timekeeper (OTL Limited Timekeeper Responsibility) can update timecard *'Past Number of Days' + 1 week extra*.
    For Example:
    Current Date = 11-MAR-2013
    *'Past Number of Days' in USER Edits* = 27
    Self Service Time Responsibility can update till = Week 16th FEB till 22nd FEB
    OTL Limited Timekeeper Responsibility can update till = Week 09th FEB till 15th FEB
    Do I need to do any settings or any profile setup so that even Timekeeper can update Timecard based on 'Past Number of Days' in USER Edits rather than 1 week extra ?
    Appreciate your help.
    Regards,
    Khan.

    forgot to mention....
    Status Allowing Edits = Retro
    Future Time Period LImit = Active Assignment
    Past Number of Days = 27

  • Query for getting Last 4 Day of weeks - need help

    I am having a table profile that contains a column 'Modified_Date' that stores date values. The table contains records for the last one month.
    Now, I need a query that gives me the last 3 wednesdays (Including today)
    i.r,. I need the last 4 wednesdays including today.
    How can I acheive this.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Raghu.

    Hi,
    explain? I'll try.
    Level is a pseudocolumn used in conjunction with connect by. In connect by I used < 5 as a condition since you wanted the last 4 Wednesday. I used it to get a number to be used as a multiplier.
      1  select next_day(sysdate,'wednesday')-(7*level) weds, level lvl from dual
      2* connect by level < 5
    SQL> /
    WEDS             LVL
    06-AUG-08          1
    30-JUL-08          2
    23-JUL-08          3
    16-JUL-08          4
    next_day(p_date,'wednesday') returns the calendar date of Wednesday after the date in p_date
    (7*level) a week is composed of seven (7) days multiplied by level or number of weeks to get number of days between weeks. I then subtract this from the result of next_day function

  • GP: How to wait a specific number of days?

    Hello everybody,
    I am searching for an idea how to create a step in my Guided Procedures process which waits until a specific day (or a number of days from it's start).
    I have thought about implementing a Java Callable Object which waits until completing the step - but I fear to create a lot of server load with that.
    Does anyone have a different idea?
    Maybe there is a way to use due days and a loop?
    Thanks for any suggestion
    Ingo

    Hi,
    I think you can do it :
    STEP A - Complete
    STEP B - Waiting
    STEP C - After complete B
    You can developer a Job that uses Guided Procedure API (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwce10/helpdata/en/44/0d3e1626821c9de10000000a11466f/content.htm) to complete STEP B, based on creation date. This Job can execute on each hour, 15 minutes, day. Or on way that you need.
    So, after execute JOB and a step was select, complete it, so STEP C was activated.

  • How to calculate number of days between two date in Template design?

    Hello guys
    I have a situation where I have to create a template that returns data, and one of the thing of the existing report is that there is a column that is actually the number of days between start date and end date columns..
    So in template, how would I be able to do the same? I have start date and end date columns on the template, now when I created another column using expression like end date - start date and preview the template, I am getting errors saying :

    Hi
    There is an extension function you can use, from the javadoc:
    date_diff
    public static long date_diff(java.lang.String format,
    java.lang.String fromDate,
    java.lang.String toDate,
    java.lang.String locStr,
    java.lang.String tzID)
    Method to get the difference between two dates in the given locale. The dates need to be in "yyyy-MM-dd" format. This function supports only Gregorian calendar.
    Parameters:
    format - the format to which the difference is required; allowed formats are y (for Year), m(for month), w(for week), d(for day), h(for hour), mi(for minute), s(for seconds) and ms(for milliseconds)
    fromDate - the first date
    toDate - the second date
    locStr - locale string -> lang-Territory
    tzID - timezone ID ->http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/java/util/TimeZone.html
    Returns:
    the difference in dates in the desired format
    For example
    <?xdoxslt:date_diff(‘d’,’2009-09-14’, ‘2009-09-20’,’en-US’,1)?>
    give a result of 6
    You can substitute in columns for the dates, just remember the date format required.
    Regards
    Tim

    Hi,
    I need to calculate the number of days between two Calendar objects. Here is some sample code:

    now.set(Calendar.MINUTE, 0);
    now.set(Calendar.SECOND, 0);

    // get a calendar that represents a day in the past
    Calendar aDayInThePast = getADayInThePast();
    aDayInThePast.set(Calendar.HOUR_OF_DAY, 0);
    aDayInThePast.set(Calendar.MINUTE, 0);
    aDayInThePast.set(Calendar.SECOND, 0);
    aDayInThePast.set(Calendar.MILLISECOND, 0);
    // how can I calculate the number of days ago this was??
    //it would also be useful to get back a negative number if the day is in the future

  • Number of days left

    Is it possible to show the number of days left from a date too 'sysdate' ? So as an example, if there was column with value of 'due_date' of 23/11/2013 and I wanted to see how may days there where left between SYSTDATE (today) and the 23/11/2013 (which would be two).. How can I do this as an SQL ?

    Hi,
    Sure:
    SELECT  DATE '2013-11-23' - TRUNC (SYSDATE)  AS days_left
    FROM    dual;
    If d1 and d2 are DATEs, then d1 - d2 is the NUMBER of days between them.  If d1 is earlier than d2, this will be a negative number.
    Remember, all DATEs in Oracle include hours, minutes and seconds.   In the query above, the hours, minutes and seconds are not specified in the DATE literal DATE '2013-11-23', so they default to 00:00:00.
    If SYSDATE is 00:00:00 on November 21, 2013, then the difference between that DATE and SYSDATE is exactly 2.000000.
    If SYSDATE is a minute or so after midnight on November 21, 2013, then the difference will be around 1.99.
    If SYSDATE is 06:00:00 on November 21, 2013, then the difference will be 1.75 days
    The query above, using TRUNC gives the differences as exactly 2 when SYSDATE is any time on November 21, 2013.
    Oracle calls this Date Arithmetic .
    For more, look up "date arithmetic" in the SQL Language manual:
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e26088/sql_elements001.htm#SQLRF00208

  • How to show number of days:hours:min:second

    Hi !
    Need your help on this one:
    I have to calculate the number of (  Days;Hours:Minute:Second  ) that a ticket have been opened
    But I have a problem to display the format that I want:  DD:HH:MM:SS
    EX:the ticket have been opened 2011-05-03 11:00:00
    first I create a formula to show number of second to show how long the ticket have been opened since the currentDate in seconds
    Formula Name is:
    {@number of seconds OpeningTime}
    Crystal Syntax:
    DateTimeVar dt1:= {@DTOpenDate};
    DateTimeVar dt2:= {@CurrentDateTime};
    If dt2 >= dt1 Then
    NumberVar ds:= (Date(dt2) - Date(dt1))*86400;
    NumberVar hs:= (Hour(dt2) - Hour(dt1))*3600;
    NumberVar ms:= (Minute(dt2) - Minute(dt1))*60;
    Numbervar ss:= Second(dt2) - Second(dt1);
    NumberVar ts:= dshsms+ss)
    Else
    NumberVar ds:= (Date(dt2) - Date(dt1))*86400;
    NumberVar hs:= (Hour(dt2) - Hour(dt1))*3600;
    NumberVar ms:= (minute(dt2) - Minute(dt1))*60;
    NumberVar ss:= Second(dt2) - Second(dt1);
    NumberVar ts:= dshsms+ss)
    then I create another formula to display the format that I want:Ex:if the ticket have been opened for about 25hh:00mm:00ss
    i want to show 01:01:00:00
                             DD:HH:MM:SS
    Formula name: {@DTConversionOpeningTime}
    I use Crystal Syntax:
    WhilePrintingRecords;
    StringVar Days1;
    StringVar Hours1;
    StringVar Minutes1;
    StringVar Seconds1;
    NumberVar Duration:=0;
    Duration:= {@number of seconds OpeningTime};
    If Duration < 0 Then
      "Cannot have a time less than zero"
    Else
      (Days1:=ToText(Truncate(Duration/86400),0);
    Hours1:=ToText(Truncate(Duration/3600),0);
      Minutes1:=ToText(Truncate(Remainder(Duration,3600)/60),0);
      Seconds1:=ToText(Remainder(Remainder(Duration,3600),60),0));
    //Display format
      (if length(Hours1) < 2 then '0')+ Days1 + ":" +
      ["0",""][length(Hours1)]+ Hours1 + ":" +
      ["0",""][length(Minutes1)] + Minutes1 + ":" +
      ["0",""][length(Seconds1)] + Seconds1;
    Thanks for your help

  • Prorate absence Quota monthly based on number of days worked.

    Hi All,
    I need to Generate Absence Quota Prorated Monthly on the following criteria.
    4.5 days Per month.
    0 - 5 day = 0.5
    6-10 days = 1.5days
    11- 15 days = 2.5 days
    16-20days = 3 days
    21 - 25 = 3.5 days
    26 and above = 4.5 days
    54 Quota Yearly entitlement
    Negative Time evaluation -
    Time evaluation run at end of the month.
    If use Base Entilement as .15 / days and daily accural in Table T559L ,
    then without any PCR quota is generated but for 31 days it generates 4.65 days and people joining middle of the month is not as per the criteria mentioned above ie as per number of day worked.
    Can any one guide me with the steps and PCR's required if any.
    Thanks
    Sethu

    Hi Dinesh,
    Thanks for your response. I have already created and  assigned it in T559L. The below is the Rounding rule.
    Lower inc     Upper     Target     Rollout
    0.00000 X     0.75000      0.15000 X
    0.90000 X     1.50000      1.50000 X
    1.65000 X     2.25000      2.50000 X
    2.40000 X     3.00000      3.00000 X
    3.90000 X     4.65000      4.50000 X
    As per my earlier thread description when i make it daily accural and assign this rounding rule then for 31 days it calculates 4.65 days and for people joining middle or last week of the month it is not prorating as per the requirement,
    Thanks

  • "No limit" not displaying for number of days to sync email

    I recently purchased 16GB iPad w/ retina display (MD513LL) running IOS 6.0.1
    I successfully set up MS Exchange email account, but it does not give me the option of "no limit" under number of days to sync.
    I read in a few prior posts that deleting the email accounting and setting it up again works, but I tried that at least 6 times (it worked for my new iPhone 5, but not the iPad).

    I might be wrong but I don't think so because I set up the same account on my iPhone 5 which allowed for the "no limit" option.

  • How to get PO and vendor payment term number of days??

    Hi Experts,
    I want to have a) Purchase order payment term number of days as well as
    b) vendor Payment term number of days.
    For  a) For  Purchase order payment term number of days I am using table EKKO and taking ZBD1T field which is giving payment
               term number of days.
              Is it correct??
          b) vendor Payment term number of days I am using table LFB1 field Zterm to take payment term key not number of days.
               Based on this key i will go to table T052 and find corresponding number of days as told MM consultants .
               But this is not BW work. We need one single table from which we can take the field or enhance the current extractor
              with that field.
    So is there any other option for (b)
    and Whether steps for (a) is correct???
    Please confirm this.
    Thanks in Advance,
    Uday Shankar.

    For a) For Purchase order payment term number of days I am using table EKKO and taking ZBD1T field which is giving payment
    term number of days.
    Is it correct??
    Payment terms for purchasing doesn't come delivered as part of the R3/ECC tables and is usually is added as a custom field to EKKO and populated via a User Exit. That looks to be the instance in your case because the field that you show as being the payment terms begins with a Z (custom fields begin with Y or Z). That appears, without being able to actually validate in your R3/ECC environment, to be the correct field to use. You would have to validate, however, with the end customer or your MM function consultant to be 100% certain. If this is the correct one to use, you're going to have to enhance the 2LIS_02_HDR extractor by enhancing the extraction structure and creating the User Exit to read it from EKKO and populate into the DataSource.
    b) vendor Payment term number of days I am using table LFB1 field Zterm to take payment term key not number of days.
    Based on this key i will go to table T052 and find corresponding number of days as told MM consultants .
    But this is not BW work. We need one single table from which we can take the field or enhance the current extractor
    with that field.
    You can enhance the 2LIS_02_HDR extractor with the Vendor Payment Terms by joining the following in your User Exit:
    EKKO-LIFNR = LFB1-LIFNR
    EKKO-BUKRS = LFB1-BUKRS
    LFB1-ZTERM = T052-ZTERM
    This could either be done in a SELECT statement in the User Exit to do this equi join, or you could create a view on your R3/ECC environment and SELECT from that view.
