2012r2 Incident- Affected User CI not populated (grey) but data appears elsewhere

Maybe I'm staring at this too long but I have an issue and not sure where to attack it
Repro- Creating an incident, I populate the affected user and usually the 'Affected User CI' box below will show the computers for that user from SCCM. In my new build it is blank and actually greyed out not sure if that is due to the user info not
available or a config issue.
When I look in Configuration items I see all the users populated and the computers too. However when I check the User and look for related Computers it's blank. However I see their computers in the area for Devices. SCCM Asset Intelligence is up and operating
and appears to be correct.
I am trying to get access to my lab environment (onsite with customer this week). This just doesn't seem right and I am looking for clues

That information is popuated by the SCCM connector from config manager user-device affinity process, where in a device will automatically identify a primary user based on most frequent logons, and the user will identify their primary device by selecting
it from the cm website. 
if the client has disabled this feature in CM, then there will be nothing for Service Manager to replicate.

    We are using SAP SRM 7.02 with NWBC and  we are testing this in sandbox.user id has been assigned to sap_all and new and SAPSRM/employee_ehp1 role.
    NWBC Launched --> Click on SRM user settings---> not populating the details/page navigation to details page is not opening.Pls see the screen shots.
    When click on the SRM user settings same page is opening.
    Please provide you inputs to resolve this.

    You observation is correct and it is the standard design of such portal roles as SRM Administrator, SRM Strategic Purchaser, or SRM Operational Purchaser to not have "personalization", but only Employee Self Service role.

  • User is not logged on, but the system thinks it did!

    Hi,
    We're having a problem with one user. When you try to log on with his userid and password, this notification screan comes up: You have already logged in. Do you want to logout and login to a different Organization? "YES" "NO"
    Trying again, doesn't work.
    When you watch the logged on sessions with the admin console, you will see that there is a session with the user and that he is indeed logged on!
    BUT this is not how it is for real, cause he is NOT logged on, doesn't get further then this notification screen!!
    Someone knwos what's wrong? We still have to try to restart everything, but it's a production system so we'll have to wait till nobody is logged on :-S

    - it is possible to terminate the session and the user is logged of (also get's the message)
    - when the users answers no (to log of and log in to a new organization) you stay at the same screen notification
    and the admin console shows the user as logged on
    - when the users answers yes (to log of and log in to a new organization) it get's the logon screen (default logon screen)
    and the admin console shows the user as logged off
    - when i inactivate the user and it is logged on, it get's after trying to logon new this message: This user is not active.
    Contact your system administrator, but it stays logged on .. shows the admin console
    - i also can delete the user from the organization (after one time logged on it has a profile under the users from the logged on organization)

  • User login not starting up but others do

    I have been frustrated by the fact that the main login for my intel mac running snow leopard will not log in, but other user log ins will. The computer will boot to the log in screen, and if I select other users (wife, kids) it logs them in no problem. My log in hangs immediately after selecting my name. I can safe boot to the login, and if I safe boot, do verify and replace permissions, then this also "sometimes" works for one log in, but otherwise it hangs. I have cleared the start up items, but still no luck. Also, if there is a major osx update, then if I download and install the update the first time I restart it will restart. I would like to keep this login going, if possible, otherwise I will have to back up itunes, iphoto, etc. and delete the user and make my wife's the main one. I can't see any difference in the initial log in screens between users, it seems the same things are loading up.

    I would recommend starting the machine up from the dvd disc that came with it in the box, and do the repair permissions from there (also may be worth doingh a repair disc while youre in there too).

    user belongs one of the group XX and he was tring to enter the data in webform it showing the error as ****could'nt abel to save the dataform***
    but the user could abel to enter the data before.
    when i checked with provision he has proper provision and he does have write access to all the secured dimensions, and he does write access to webforms.
    This is happenig with only one webform, where as he could abel to enterdata and save the other webforms.
    so, i kindly Request you to provide to various options to resolve the issue.

  • I would like to add administrators to my team, but the users are not receiving invitations, but the status is "Invitation Sent". How can I add Administrators?

    I am trying to add 2 administrators to my Adobe Team. I am the Administrator (primary)
    I followed the instructions.
    Click Administrators in the left navigation pane to open the Administrators tab.
    Click +Add more link located at the bottom of the table.
    Enter the email address and name of the person to invite as an administrator.
    Click Add Administrator.
    When this did not work I had the invitee create an Adobe ID.
    Both my invites did not receive an email for the invitation.
    Is there a work around?

  • K9N2 SLI Platinum: LED's not 4 greens but system appears to work

    I'm getting an LED error code but my system works. The error is reds on groups 1 & 2 and greens on groups 3 & 4 which the manual describes as "Initializing Hard Drive Controller. This will initialize IDE drive and controller.". I would have guessed that once the OS is starting to load everything should be green (I know that's how it used to be).
    What does this mean?

  • Exchange Connector / Office 365 Not matching affected user to AD user

    We use Office 365 to host our email services.   AD is not synchronized to office 365.  We're bringing Exchange on premises soon so there isn't a lot we want to invest in that existing infrastructure.  I'm using Service Manager 2012 R2.
    I have the ADConnector configured, bringing in Active Directory users/groups/computers.
    I've gotten the Exchange Connector running in order to retrieve emails from an "IT Services" Office 365 mailbox and automatically create tickets.  Notifications back to the users are working fine.
    The problem I'm having is the affected user is not being set properly when a user emails the mailbox and an incident is created.  It is setting the Affected User to that user's name, but when I double click the Affected user, it brings up the "User
    - <UserName>" screen.    All of the information that would be coming in from AD is blank.  So that association between my office 365 email address and the AD user account is not being made.   Even though it says my name with
    correct (username) on the incident as the affected user.  And even though my email address is stored inside of AD in the e-mail field.
    What am I missing in this process?

    I ended up messing around and added a UPN to AD Domains and Trusts matching the domain of our email accounts through Office 365.  I found this because similar preparation is required for AD sync to Office 365, so a proper match can be made.
    So for example, if our internal domain is Contoso.Local, and our email addresses are [email protected]
    I added a UPN for contosolimited.com in Active Directory Domains & Trusts.  Then I changed my UPN in Active Directory Users and Computers (Account tab), to @contosolimited.com.
    Now when the AD Connector ran, it set my user CI UPN (in the Extensions tab) to [email protected]  I then sent an email to [email protected] and it matched my email correctly to my user CI created by the AD Connector.   
    Now I just have to run a script against AD to update all user UPNs to @contosolimited.com from @Contoso.local.

    I am new to this Identity Manager Technology. I really all ur support.
    I am using oracle Identity Manager 9.1.0.2 version with JBoss server. The Target System is Sun One directory.
    1. I added the custom field street in Resource Object--Object Reconciliation Tab for Xellerate User and also for Iplanet Users objects.
    2. In Process definition, for iplanet user provisioning Process and Xellerate Users provisioning process, in Reconciliation Field Mappings. I mapped the street field to the UDF(street) and also for UD_iplanet_Street .
    3. When I run the task schedular for Iplanet User Recon, the string associated with the field in Iplanet is reflecting in resource profile of the user view/Edit. However, it is not populated in OIM User Form Field.
    Can you please help me in resolving the issue. I will provide any further needed information.

    Yes. I tested it.. I can see the street field in the process form is populated with the string. However, I cannot see the same in the OIM User Profile Form. That Means, When I go to User folder in Admin and User Console, Manage Users and then select the user associated with the street field, the street field for the user is not populating and is empty without any string.
    Please clarify me.

    ThanksThere are several obvious issues that come to mind -
    1. If the user cannot view the output but can only print it, then the only way he/she can verify that it is the correct output is after printing it - seems to be a possible waste of paper.
    2. What if the printer jams (or runs out of ink etc etc) when printing the output ? What is the option to print a second time ?

  • Value not populating in the print out (sales order) for the 1st time

    Hi friends,
    While saving a sales order, the order confirmation going to the user is not populating the LDC field. LDC is Last date of change. This field can be found in the Additonal data 2 tab of the material in the sales order. When I enter a date in this field and save, the print preview of the output has this value, but the print out does not carry this value.
    Another weird thing about this issue is that, the second time i trigger the output, the print out has the value.
    Please give me some clue on where to check and how to go about fixing this problem.

  • Line Item Field "Assignment" not populating

    I am posting a KR doc. The assignment field in the line item is not populating with the date on the document is being posted in either of the line items, posting key 31 posting to Vendor and posting key 40 posting to an expense G/L account. The assignment field remains empty. I have checked some documents in the other company codes where this field is being populated with the date in the yyyymmdd.
    Please let me know what controls this and how can I make this field populate.

    Th Sory key for the GL for that company code should have the document date as the sort key.... check in FS00

  • Virtual Characteristic value not populating in the query output

    I am new to BAPI and I am using this to populate the values of virtual characteristics.
    I wrote the below code to populate if an order status got some status value then i need to populate the flag y if not n.
    I got the order value in the reprot. I need to go to order master data and should get the status and then i have to do the comparision and populate the flag zww_teco in the report.
    The below is the compute method of my implementation class.

    And it is firing me a dump in select statement. Also when I click c_s_data i am getting S____274, S____505 fields like that in the structure but i could see p_cha_0cs_order
    Can you please guide where i am missing ...

    In my case , even then i clciked generate report,
    even after that P_CHA_0CS_ORDER = 35
    and after assign component P_CHA_0CS_ORDER of structure c_s_data to <FS_0CS_ORDER>.
    the <FS_0CS_ORDER> is nothing , here i should get the value of cs_order value of that record but it is coming empty which i am not able to rectify. How should i change or i need to put any other setting to get the value populated into my <FS_0CS_ORDER>.

  • User does not exist in this period / ESS does not work anymore ;-(

    Hello experts,
    starting any ess application on portal side (leave request), I get the follwoing error code:
    com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.java.FPMRuntimeException: User TESTUSER does not exist in this period
    Starting application personal data I get the message: "There are no services in the area."
    I know, that this error has often been discussed in this forum. So I check the hints I found, but I could not solve my problem.
    The HR user TESTUSER is assigned to the portal user TESTUSER in IT0105 and the user is not exceeded.
    TESTUSER got SAP_ALL on HR side.
    The error appears for all users, that worked propably a few days before.
    Login on portal side and HR works. ESS overview is shown for TESTUSER. For a user that has not a login to HR system it does not appear. So the single singn on (SSO) between portal and HR system seems to work.
    The ESS applications worked fine until two days ago. Portal guys said, they had not done any changes on portal side.
    Where could the error occure on HR side? How can I recognize if any changes have been made on HR side?

    TX HRUSER seems not working.
    Using the function 'Set Up and Maintain ESS User (Overview)' in TX HRUSER with my test-PERNR it is shown under 'Employees with deleted users'.
    Clicking on it I got the Information:
    PERS.NO: 12345678 (i.e.) NAME: Test User FROM: 01.01.2011 TO: 31.12.9999 USER: Name:  FROM: TO: User does not exist.
    But in IT0105 the PERNR is assigned to user TESTUSER in that period.
    When I try to assign  PERNR to TESTUSER with TX HRUSER under 'Assign Employees to Existing Users' I read the follwing information:
    USER: TESTUSER Name: FROM: 01.01.2011 TO: 31.12.9999 USER GROUP: IT PERS.NO.: NAME: FROM: TO: no employee assigned.
    Trying to 'assign employees' I get the message 'Error occurred when creating relationship for user ESSUSER-B to employee'.
    Please create the appropriate assignment manually in HR master data.
    But I have assigned it manualy in IT 0105.
    Concurrent employment (CCURE PAUIX) is not activated.

    hello while doing billing cost of goods is not populating  ,the unit amount appears but the condition base value which is the quantity itself is coming as zero for some items ,but the quatity is not zero then why it is showing as zero in condition base value
    which is making my unit amount * zero as zero value for cost of goods

    In third party process, the Cost of Goods sold wont get updated . But you can see the raw  materials getting updated in MIGO
    As the goods are getting shipped by the third party you cant see the final product Cost of Goods sold
